The ease of use and ability to switch views of dashboards, tasks is great. The functionality of tracking time without using a third-party tool is also great.
Customer support is more than awesome, they're amazing. There's a community forum where we post ideas and improvement suggestions which are actually heard and worked on.
I love how easy it is to see how much work you have done and the way you can organize every project and task. Also, the desktop app is great, very useful and intuitive.


Could use a lot more simplification and visual design. Frustrated in the number of steps it takes to add items and this has been a barrier to use.
The demo project is ok but I needed a kill switch for it. Deleting the demo data and retain everything else.
Speeds up invoicing and reduces the risk of billable time not being recorded at all.
