Paymo seems to serve the purpose well and I haven't had any problem using it.

You should use the Add bulk time option to add time for multiple days, projects etc at once.

It Fantastic Fast and easy to use.

You can now set company and user leave days so your performance won't be affected.

I am in the Software & Web Development industry and I need a tool for management my daily tasks, report hours and time tracking in order to have a clear understanding about how my projects are going on: progress, hours worked, tasks done, percentage of efforts in each task, and so on. Definitely, Paymo is a great tool for that purpose. Solved my need with excellence. Congrats to that team.

I've been using this system for the past 6 years. It's the best tracking system I've found. I'm able to accurately time my hours, stop and go, manage projects and manage my team. 

It really helps my company.

Great program and app

I love the reports functionality. I have ten reports saved, all that update in real time. Also, the system is extremely user friendly, easy to learn, has a really terrific UI, excellent dashboard, and gives me exactly what I need. I evaluated ten different products, and this was by far the best. And the pricing was better than the competition. I've also had just a couple minor questions, and was amazed with how quickly the company answered my questions.

For a very small monthly payment, I have been able to capture so many more minutes that have turned into hours! The benefit to my small business has been phenomenal and I couldn't possibly go back to my old, haphazard time sheets!

Being able to create instant client reports has been invaluable too. Just last month a client queried an invoice and I was able to give such a detailed summary of my hours on that account that the matter was settled immediately.

My two favorite features are invoicing and timer. Invoicing is neat, the design is simple and clean and your clients will like it.

The task manager is a very simple and nested task is also a very attractive feature for me. To manage projects one man is enough, this helps me to save a lot of time and money.

I love the ease of use when it comes to time tracking. I usually jump between projects and the app makes it really easy to switch between jobs.

The CRM functions that paymo brings integrated are very precise, and help to achieve a much more stable remote work in terms of productivity.

As for its negative side, it should be taken into account that paymo does not track the cost of each project directly on the fly.
