Pros

As for timer, it's dominating your screen, so it saves me from distractions of all kinds. Overall, what I like the best about this software is the blend of simplicity and feature-rich functionality.
Paymo is a combination of some kind of CRM and PM tool. It's good we can track budgets and payments, and also great integration with slack.
Easy to implement and to use. I can add as many projects as I want, tasks, view these in different formats, and never undercharge again thanks to the awesome time tracker.

Pros

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
Notifications and customizations are very helpful. The ability to add users from different companies to collaborate in a project is amazing, and for me, it is an edge over other similar PM tools.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.

Cons

As for its negative side, it should be taken into account that paymo does not track the cost of each project directly on the fly.
The filters can get confusing, sometimes its to many filters or not enough.
This buffers a lot and has many technical errors.

Cons

Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
I did not noticed any 2FA warnings when signing from new devices. That's an issue, because projects and tasks may contain some sensitive info.

PaymoApp is an all in one project management application with time tracking, invoicing, and so much more features at very affordable prices. Currently testing their free trial (no credit card required for the trial!) I love the UI, indeed very user friendly. Their reports are far more better than the rest I have tried. Overall, I'm so happy I found this application, since I was finding an alternative for the one we were using - Teamwork.

Cons

found Teamwork when the necessity for time tracking, project management and employee/client collaboration was needed at my job. I had already been using a similar system called Paymo at home for my freelance work. So I had an idea of what I needed, and knew Paymo wasn't structured very well for my use. I researched the heck outta these kind of sites, like close to 15 ones, and test drove at least 5 of them with trials. Teamwork provides many features to help manage your project from start to finish. The features are robust and offer flexibility along the way. It's very easy to add users, assign permissions, and assign tasks. To get started, Teamwork offers an easy way to import tasks from an Excel spreadsheet

Cons

Teamwork more pretty than functional. Teamwork claims to be a 'project management' tool, but it lacks many fundamental PM features, and it's clumsy. Areas needing improvement: - One of the most important tools for project management are gantt charts. Teamwork's gantt chart is one of the worst I've seen compared to other PM software/apps. Robust functionality of tasks and projects. Clean intuitive design. Collaboration ability and allowance of unlimited users.

Cons

Time reporting lacks in depth data, customization and visual graphic representations. Invoicing is almost embarrassing in its looks, almost no customization, and zero financial reporting.
