Pros

Best part I liked about PayMo was the ease of use the interface allows especially with rich features to collaborate on Projects of all sizes.
1 user for the free plan is great but sometimes I need the 2-3 user to help me with one projects, then I have to use trello as it supports multi-user for the free plan.
I love how easy it is to see how much work you have done and the way you can organize every project and task. Also, the desktop app is great, very useful and intuitive.

Pros

I like the organization and order and Trello complies with all this, it is one of the best tools to organize each project and better optimize time.
Ease of organization and simple, intuitive layout are the strengths. Undoubtedly, for the cost benefit, one of the best software I have ever used for this purpose.
For me to keep track of my personal to do list and notes, trello has been a good tool. I am a fan of the "notebooks" that you can set up as that keeps me better organized.

Cons

Could use a lot more simplification and visual design. Frustrated in the number of steps it takes to add items and this has been a barrier to use.
The demo project is ok but I needed a kill switch for it. Deleting the demo data and retain everything else.
Speeds up invoicing and reduces the risk of billable time not being recorded at all.

Cons

It probably does not work well for team collaboration. The display of the cards becomes annoyance once you have too many of them.
I dont like how the software doesnt really have any templates to it which can be extremely confusing at times; it has caused me to create my own templates which was annoying.
And we were not working on major projects, we just needed to cut out the text messaging and relentless emails back and forth.

Paymo

Using it since 2016 and every update makes me happier

It works, never failed me. Questions with support are always quickly answered and they're very helpful.

Pros

I've been using this product since 2016 and did so in several ways. Every time an update is implemented it's surprises me on it's effectiveness. It just keeps running smoother and smoother. Besides that the tools in the app are nicely designed an clearly structured i like the (multiple) supporting apps to track time very useful. Also nicely integrated with other apps through API. It's just a great product.

Cons

I'm finding more and more ways to implement other workflows in there. My Getting things done method and trello (kanban) are easy to implement. Maybe a notetaking system to implement Zettelkasten (knowledgebase) in there aswell.

Overall I have been really impressed with Paymo, it has merged many of the tools I would often have to use seperate services for and that alone is a massive time & cost saver. Support has been excellent in the few times I have had to contact them, & I have enjoyed implementing the service as the hub for my project management needs. I look forward to the updates the Paymo team bring in the future.

Pros

The biggest selling point for me was the project management facility alongside the app & timer for time tracking. Prior to this I had used a mix of Toggl + Trello, then when I moved to Quickbooks TSheets + Trello + Quickbooks. Switching to Paymo streamlined this so that I could do all the project management and time tracking in one suite. Quickbooks integration was a necessity also considering all my finances have been handled there too. Support has been excellent as well, tickets are resolved quickly and always someone available to give a helping hand or to receive feedback.

Cons

The biggest con was actually a feature I asked about before signing up for a subscription. At present the task management boards have no guest access facility. This was a feature I was really looking for as previously I used Trello to share proofs & receive feedback from clients. Having contacted support they have informed me that this feature is on the roadmap and undergoing testing, so hopefully...

    A great task management and time tracking tool. Really awesome!

    I am in the Software & Web Development industry and I need a tool for management my daily tasks, report hours and time tracking in order to have a clear understanding about how my projects are going on: progress, hours worked, tasks done, percentage of efforts in each task, and so on. Definitely, Paymo is a great tool for that purpose. Solved my need with excellence. Congrats to that team.

    Pros

    The User Interface is awesome. Very friendly, modern and intuitive. You get a whole view, graphically and textual, about what task you are doing in your projects and how the things are going. Obviously a good UI also comes with a set of features that does this tool a very useful tool to do task management and time tracking.

    Cons

    This tool is more oriented to project management in a general and administrative perspective (progress, tasks, hours worked, etc.) than a tool for manage the software development life cycle (Agile projects, and so on). If you are looking something for manage software projects using Agile methods, it might be not the right tool. In such sense is not like JIRA or Trello, for example.

    Paymo

    Paymo is the app i need to use every day to track my time

    Pros

    Paymo is really a great application. I was not convinced to work with Asana or Trello to manage my personal work flow. With Paymo, I found everything I needed: a CSM to manage my leads and my clients, a to do list to put my tasks in order, a project manager to take notes during my discussions with customers. In addition, I was able to link Paymo to Quickbook to transform my quotes into an invoice. Now, I track all of my time to find out exactly how much time I spend on my customer contracts and my personal business.

    Cons

    I don't like the IOS configuration. It's not so complete than the web app.

    Simple and powerful project management

    Overall this is a nice and simple project and time management system. As it provides free plans for a freelancer I can use it for my own projects. I recommended it.

    Pros

    Google signup is more secure than traditional login system as they don't use any kind of password and google work as an auth server. Setup is straight forward and simple. As paymo also support kanban boards I want to check them out, Tha additional time tracking is really a good and nice option. It helps me remove all the time tracking applications that I am currently using. 1 user for the free plan is great but sometimes I need the 2-3 user to help me with one projects, then I have to use trello as it supports multi-user for the free plan. I GB storage is decent as I don't use storage here.

    Cons

    I didn't find any problem but the manual time should use dropdown and 5 min interval.
