Pros

As for timer, it's dominating your screen, so it saves me from distractions of all kinds. Overall, what I like the best about this software is the blend of simplicity and feature-rich functionality.
Paymo is a combination of some kind of CRM and PM tool. It's good we can track budgets and payments, and also great integration with slack.
Easy to implement and to use. I can add as many projects as I want, tasks, view these in different formats, and never undercharge again thanks to the awesome time tracker.

Pros

The integration is good and it has at least 90% of the features any small to medium business would want. It has a generous free tier so you can invoice your first few clients before subscribing.
Automation workflow it's just simply great to save time. All the connections with the CRM works perfectly and makes you to save lots of time.
The most important feature which I like is the branding ,you can put your own logo and customize invoices accordingly. Second most important feature which I like is integration with stripe and Paypal.

Cons

As for its negative side, it should be taken into account that paymo does not track the cost of each project directly on the fly.
The filters can get confusing, sometimes its to many filters or not enough.
This buffers a lot and has many technical errors.

Cons

My problem with zoho invoice lies in the loss of operability when the internet fails, reducing the productivity of the product and forcing us to have alternative plans to supply this failure.
As a freelancer, invoicing can be time-consuming, messy, and frustrating.
I don't like the reporting tool that i find a bit hard to use.

Time Tracking, Invoicing, and More...All In One!

For a few years, I've been using Paymo and it has become an essential part of project management for our business. We're able to keep our project, client and time reports organized, as well as files and invoices...yes they offer an easy invoicing system that integrates with the tasks and projects created very well. So, they've been good to us and are constantly improving to keep up with the needs of their customers!

Pros

Everything I listed in my experience, as well as the other features like team collaboration (that we haven't tried yet, but are going to in the coming months)

Cons

Without the invoice add-on, you only have the option to create one invoice per month...I wish it were at least 2 :(

Admin software for people who dont like admin

I have been using Paymo for 8+ years, software is fantastic but what makes the actual difference is the tech-support. Paymo rocks. End of Story. :)

Converting my time spent to invoice with a couple of clicks

Not being able to manage / delete multiple invoices and estimates.

The time log does not save the date for the invoice

When creating invoices based on track time, you can attach time reports to your invoices, thus giving clients more details like dates for example.

Great project management software

I've been testing and using different platforms during the last years, including planbox, wrike, producteev, activecollab, asana and and others (some years ago I even build my own PM application). But Paymo absolutely stands out, it has a complete set of feature, much more cheaper than wrike and with an awesome support. The application is fast, intuitive, includes time tracking per task, and even a desktop application for unnatended time tracking. The only missing feature frmo my point of view is know what the other team member is working on! But you know what? Is easy to request new features to developers! they are always listening for suggestions! this is the best and most important piece of software for project management. PERIOD!

Pros

Great time tracking, good organization of tasks, invoice support, increidble good support, fast and always online

Cons

Need to improve communicatino between members, need to improve streams of activity, would be really cool to know in which task another team member is currently working and for how long.

Paymo works very well for time tracking, project management, and invoicing. Free for one invoice per month but worth the relatively low cost for more.

Pros

Excellent PDF invoicing capability Easy, fast UI Very responsive support

Cons

Project / Task details can be tricky to set up. Default invoice name is cryptic.

I am currently just a freelancer, so in that a one man company :) But my the amount of invoices and quotes I started to send out started to really pick up. Paymo made this process really fun, simply because I love data and tracking of how the business end of my projects are going. This includes a really well built in system to track the time spent on projects. There is even an app on android that syncs...

Pros

Cons

Can't customize the email notification PDF not included in email notification Unlimited invoices only assigned to one person

All the features to manage my work, projects and invoicing

First of all, Paymo is easy to begin to use. I need to keep a record of the time and tasks I execute in the projects I work, but also I need to invoice my clients. Some invoice should be sent recurring, so I needed that feature. Also, I found that Paymo have an API to import my current clients and projects.

Pros

I was using another sowftware but no new features were realeased during years and the support was inexistent. Then I searched for another software to help me to organize my work and tested a lot of options. Paymo was perfect for what I was looking for and the support service was always ready. Also, since I was using the software new features were realeased.

Cons

It was not easy to understand how the recurring invoices work, so I have to read some help documents. I think that general usability is good, but I think that some features should be made more easy to use.

Top notch secretary

Iv'e been using project managers for a while now, tried a few and never found any other PM with so much free features and with the possibility to upgrade a ton more on the fly. Very easy to use, very flexible, no giba jabas of having to complement my PM with some 3rd party app. Paymo got it all. For myself as a freelancer, I need a triad, Project Management (Manage clients and projects), time tracking and invoicing systems and so far and by far, Paymo is the best option. Bottom line, its a TOP NOTCH multitool and costs like and indie one. Ohh and I have to mention the brilliant customer service, they're relentless

Pros

- Easy to use - Tons of features - Project manager, time tracking and invoice system perfectly integrated - modular feature system - Awesome Customer Service - Totally worth the money

Cons

- Task system could be better in terms of task organization and options - They could offer like 5 invoices per month (but thats just me wining :P)
