Pros

She has been very helpful responding to queries efficiently and effectively and always with great courtesy. She is an asset to your organisation.
I worked with redmine before and on the first impression plan.io looks like a very stable and cosistent setup with nice features like backup, agile board, timesheets and integrated repository.
I would just like to thank you so much for the excellent customer service I have received from your member of staff Louise Engel.

Pros

M sure there is still more to know about the system that would benefit both the support team and the customer. I welcome any opportunity to participate in brainstorming or more feedback.
Very good experience and great tool to allow us understand how to manage our equipment on site.
Overall I am pleased with the experience with utilizing the PINC solution. I marked down the customer service portion, but that is more reflective of accounting issues or engineering delays.

Cons

I raised a ticket and within an hour I had received an acknowledgement of them being able to reproduce the problem and that an engineer had been assigned the issue.
Louise Engel was the customer support person that I dealt with and she was very prompt and professional while handling this problem.
If there is a negative, it's that the company makes assumptions about its user base which in our case do not apply, especially in the area of external task status change notification.

Cons

It does not show inbound and outbound. Once an Outbound trailer is marked as OB the inbound information disappears.
Nothing that I can think of at the moment that can make me dislike using this software, or possibly want to change it.
One of the things I don’t like about the system is the drivers cannot talk back through the system to the inside supervisors.
