prima:Time Features

It is a very intuitive service. Finding what you need when you need it is not difficult. It is simple and elegant.

With some of our workers it has presented continuous failures in that it does not record time or freezes, but it may be due to the type of computer they have.

The software is best for its visual time tracking features. This is why I prefer it to other software. I also use this feature to plan the week. I can see all my tracked time in reports, so I can easy track my productivity plus those of my employees. And of course I can see how much time I spent on my projects. The billing feature is also great for calculating bills for your clients.

I really miss that I can't really plan a project. I would be great to have the ability to assign tasks with a suggestet max. duration. I think primaERP could learn a lot from Harvest, Asana or Timley. Also I really miss native Windows 10 (or Mac) Apps and proper iOS versions!

I enjoy that the reports lets me select 'unassigned' in order to see where the gaps are in the weekly hours. Billing software is easy and I love that I can customize which fields on the invoice I want seen.

I don't like that there is no capability to modify records in bulk (i.e. the client field). I also wish there was a feature to send messages to my users (i.e. a splash screen or chat) on filling out their time records or tips for them based on how I see their system being used.

Hi Michelle, thanks for great your review! You mentioned that there is " no capability to modify records in bulk " In fact, the function is there. In Dashhoard > Team Overview > Table view you can move time records to other projects and do other bulk changes. Hope this will make your life easier! The best feature I guess is reporting. The possibility to use reports on different levels (e.g. team, project, personal or "over all") is really great. I use reporting every single month to get an overview about my working hours for my customers and to see what I have to charge to my customers. I also use PrimaERP to track work which I cannot charge (e.g. short phone calls, paperwork, etc.). This gives me an overview about the amount of "not billable" workload every single month in order to see how efficient my work is. And it is easy. Just click on report, select "non billable" report and there it is... cool!

Sometimes, the response times are little slow. Time tracking on smartphone/tablets are not so smart... I always use the website since I work on my desktop every day. But a smart app would be cool :)

What I like the most about primaERP is the easy way to control your projects, making it easier to search for information. ​The reports are easy to understand have greatly improved the customer layout.

What I believe could be better is the way you control a team and delegate tasks you need resources like sending emails, adding members more quickly macro view all projects and activities of each member.​

Easy to manage. It allows to create many clients/projects/tasks, each with its own price/hour or per project. You can pause the clock if you want to take a break and just continue afterwards. I use it a lot, even with just the free version.

Instead of colored circles to recognize projects easier, it could color the whole tab of the project. Also, making other colors more differentiated available would make easier to recognize projects. Monthly registers of time (not just weekly)

Offers a lot of time tracking (android app included) flexibility & project management for free! Very straight-forward in use, and the reporting is pretty diverse. Works really well for independent contracting.

I wish the project management was integrated with email, like creating tasks automatically. Customizing invoices with CSS and subtasks or KanBan style boards would also be nice.

great free hourly time tracking + bill calculation program, lets me sort projects by client. allows me to archive projects once they're finished.

these are little buggy/ UX issues, but you have to click through too many times to change hours logged for a specific day, and sometimes the time will re-set if you try to type in the hours/min area when logging, so it's a bit annoying.

I like the possibility of generating different projects. So it is easier for me to track my time and just chose the right project. And on the end of the month I can make a quick check how I spent my time.

Sometimes I have to wait a lot of time until all my projects are shown. Especially when I want to change the weeks. Maybe you should develop some more possible analyses (also connected with different graphics).

A time-out on the projects, an overview of the prices and, above all, the possibility to immediately debit the work for the client. She keeps me in work camp and everything else does for me. Excellent control, simple and purposeful design. I warmly recommend!

Not much. Perhaps the biggest problem I have with myself is to run the program before I start working :-)

easy usability fvery fast, very to the point, very friendly hotline support good feature selectivity I tried a few time tracking apps, there is none which is from the start usable. The usability and selectivity of primaERP are just excellent. CAn highly recommend it !

not yetfound anything. Oh the name "primaERP" is just awfull. Dont understand it and nobody in the office can remeber it. We never say have you used primaaERP , alway just time tracking. For such a great product I recommend to select an easy , nice name.

PrimaERP is easy to use, free for small business and can almost do anything I want. I can fav my most used projects and can switch between them very easily. The design of PrimeERP is inviting and I have multiple fuctions to track my time, income and projects. If you invest little time in setting up your projects/costumers/data it will really safe you a lot of time. There's also a handy app for the one's, who like to track their time on their mobile phone.

What I'm missing is a feature to set up a monthly budget for projects. That would help for long-ranged projects which with monthly billing. Unfortunately, PrimaERP doesn't cover this function.

Hi Aaron, than you for the review! You are missing a feature to set up a monthly budget for long-term projects. You can create a "template" project with the usual monthly budget and to copy it every month.

Existence of the android application that is simple and clear. Web application is intuitive and report are perfect.

Disability create invoice directly in the application and hard process implementation in teh FlexiBee. That is a pitty.

Simple, easy and complete. The reports are very complete and allows administrator to manage the costs accurately for each project.

Support have some undesireble delay. Every time we tried to get some help, support delay 2 days to answer.

You can nicely see and manage your work hours. Inputting time and date is easy and straightforward. Comprehensive reports.

Refreshing after I leave the window open trough night. I would like some ability to set default time, if there is none. Like my typical working hours or so.

The ability to use it on both my desktop and mobile devices; Option to set price values for project/task; The great amount of features.

I think it can become a bit overwhelming if you just need a simple time-tracking solution with simplified budgeting.

Easy Time tracking also with the App for Iphone. Daily and monthly overviews for easy accounting.

Managing of Projects should be solved in a better way. Specially the handling of individual time periods.

I use this for my big IT projects. I can track times, costs, and invoices. It’s easy to access and use.

The reports are my least favorite feature. A bit more customizable options would go a long way.

I love how easy it is to setup and use. The mobile app works like a charm, tracking time never was so easy. The free account is more than enough for personal use, and the UI is great also. You can easily see how much time have you invested in a specific task, or with a client, anything you want.

I would like to have further customization and filtering options, sometimes I'm very specific with my task and can't group them with just "Project - Client - Activity - Task" but other than that, the software is perfect.

I love how easy it is to track time with PrimaERP. I use it everyday in my phone to know in what I'm using my time. The way it organizes activities also helps me to understand better how I manage my time. And the best part, for personal use its free!

I wish reports could be customizable, but besides that I don't dislike anything else about this software.

It does anything that I am looking for in an easy way. Now it is possible to manage and report a lot of different Jobs and Projects.

Just trivial matter, not worth talking about! Reports can be exported to Excel only in the XLS-form. I use a Excel 2016 witch use the xslx-form.
