I run a digital agency business remotely and I always require to use a tool to manage my projects thus I have used many different project management solutions to manage my projects, but what I have always been struggling from is that those tools seem so complicated and confusing for my team as well as for my clients, which is really frustrating, and it is not possible for me to teach them a new tool...
I think being a business owner I need more integration options with other leading tools to run the business smoothly. But when I see their project roadmap on https://project.canny.io/ it makes me feel happy and satisfied that they are already working on so many things and they are executing things fast.

Our small marketing company just started using Project.co to manage our planning workflow and creative services for our clients. It's so nice to have everything in ONE place and even integrate the apps and resources that we're already using. We also love the public roadmap forum (feedback.project.co) that lets us request new features and see the new updates they're working on.
We're excited to start using Project.co to connect with clients more efficiently regarding video project feedback and also to connect more easily with freelancers and outside contracts.
There are still some features that other project management tools have that Project.co doesn't, but it's nice to be able to request those through their public feedback forum. Some updates could be made for general ease of use, such as being able to change a task's status and other fields without having to click to open the task details. I would also like to see some added organization, like folder in folder capabilities in the projects view (for us hyper-particular people). These things are not deal breakers, but they would be nice.

Security is upmost important for our company. Please implement 2FA and other security features.Nevertheless, great job Matt and really looking forward to start enjoying it more.
It has a great potential, but sometimes it feels slow. I would highly recommend to putting it behind CDN so that server have some breathing room. One big downside for me is lack of 2FA support. With so many data breaches every day, 2FA and YubiKey support is a must in 2022!
UI is pretty user friendly and I really like Postmark SMTP.

I just started using Project.co and can already tell it is more intuitive than other tools I've used, like Basecamp and Asana. I'm still getting to know it, but really excited about the ease of use.
The product is intuitive and easy to use.
The only thing that I feel is missing is the ability to set up recurring billing subscriptions.

If you are a Monday.com user and find that it is too much for your needs and you really want something easier and just as useful, Project.co is perfect for that.I love this software.
Still early days but it is good as a standalone

After using all of these big companies I wanted to try a new service to see if it gives us what we need for our different types of services. Well this has exceeded all expectations.
I have 30 users and all the features at a price way less than competitors. The features surpass most competitors as well. Customer support and ownership really care about the product and service.
Not a single thing found yet. No complaints from my team.

I was originally looking for a tool that can create a timeline. I stumbled upon Project.co and thought I'd give it a try. I had a new project up and running (with a timeline) within minutes. Project.co is incredibly intuitive and insanely easy to use. I love how it stores any kind of feature within the project (ie: checklist, notes, etc...). I regularly use Asana and have used Monday.com and Teamwork....project.co is the winner. Highly recommend.
Hmmm, haven't come across this yet....can project.co create/send invoices for time tracking? that is the only thing I can think of that I haven't looked into-- if it does, great! But if it doesn't, may be something to add -- we use clockify now and the ease of clockify is the only reason I would use them instead of project.co - but again, I have not looked into project.co to see if this can be done - so it may be there and I just dont know it

As an ex project manager I’ve always loved being organised and ticking off my to-sos and checklists.I’ve used several since starting my entrepreneurial journey and having copious software subscriptions means cashflow to make money needs to be managed…What a great platform Project.co is! I’ve had a play in the last 24 hours. Set up numerous products and even imported a couple of their free templates.Looooove that there’s a video production process already created for content creators.
Planning with my virtual team members to collaborate with other freelancers and my clients.
Nothing yet but it’s a bit early to be honest.

A very nice surprise. Very flexible, very intuitive, so I instantly invited my team to check it out. And actually what made me think to keep it was that many things are customizable, and not only functional settings but also the design. Now I don't need to worry about who sees what, I can easily use it with clients and freelancers.
Nothing at this point. First I didn't really like the design, it was too dark, but it can be altered, so now I'm happy. :)

I finally have a project management tool that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, that works without me having to explain everything to my personnel or my clients and freelancers.
I’ve been searching for the right project management tool for 5 years. Project.co is the first Project Management App I actually kept using more than a week! We love the non-cluttered workspace and and the unlimited projects, tasks and clients feature. The attention to detail such as importing the favicon of my clients website help recognize projects in the list-view. I love the fact I can add clients and freelancers and don’t have to explain to them how Project.co works.
I'd love to see us do even MORE with Project.co. There is a Calendar view for your tasks. It has a weekly/daily view, but it lacks a vertical hour axis (like iCal does). Tasks get placed in a list on the right day. That is okay, but it would be even better if I could place tasks on a specific time. That helps my developer see how much time he has and what needs to be done when.

As a software startup in this increasingly competitive market, my company 27Bytes LTD has been looking for exciting new alternatives to the "usual" software choices. Breaking the mould from the age old, and dare I say boring existing solutions! We believe in supporting other SMEs so when something like project.co comes along we jumped at a chance to try it! It fits really well with our agile workflows...
- easy to get started using it; - custom domain name; - multiple different task and project views; - customisable; - generous user limits; - no phone app!! great to get away from being work mode all the time ! - Great road map; - Storage for notes and uploads to keep everything in one place; - private area away from clients! great feature in itself meaning a project is contained entirely; - Fits right in with agile workflows; - Devs seem to genuinely care in the product and their users!
- menu defaults to open!; - could do with onboarding templates / rules when adding clients to a project. Minor issue. - No api BUT zapier integration is planned;

We've been using Asana for years but within 5 minutes of using project.co I felt like I understood the tool better and although I'm only a few days into using it, I feel confident it will be our permanent replacement. The user experience just feels so much more straight-forward and the branding much less intrusive. You can make project.co your own with just a few edits to the custom branding features....
I don't think we will use project.co to replace our current invoicing system but I didn't buy the tool for that purpose anyway. We will use it for project management, primarily.

I've enjoyed the simpler take on project management and client interaction. It's still powerful, but easy to get to grips with. The product is VERY stable with new features tested and well publicised. The user community makes it very easy to talk to the founder too.
The best thing about Project.co is the simplicity and ease of use. I have used many project management systems and no matter how good, the truth is that if you want your client to actually use it, it needs to be immediately useable. A learning curve that lasts more than 60 seconds will have them running back to e-mail. Project.co is simple, without a million features. This is good!
The invoicing needs improving. At the moment, the client needs to be logged in to view the invoice which means it can't be paid by someone who's not involved in the project (like a finance department). Could also do with invoice customisation for the visuals.

I've tried a ton of different project management tools and this one has the best support I've ever received. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], you are a gem!I tried Plutio, ClickUp, Asana, and almost went with Honeybook but decided to check out Project.co first. This tool has been amazing so far! I love the UI/UX, it's super easy to understand and navigate (and I'm an experienced PM tool user). The client portal...

Can’t tell right now
Very nice UI, overall it’s design stood out. However, afew missing features , 1. Automation or Rules to automatically move tasks from one status to another. 2. No download all button and images or attachment opens on a new tab instead within the app.Overall nice app. Will use for the longnhaul,
No rules and automation. Windows app so slow

So I work as a funnel and launch strategist with 3 contractors on my team taking care of design, code, social media. I have used Asana, Trello, Monday and ClickUp. And yeah, they work fine, but there's the price tag associated that increases with each user plus my clients never loved any of them. Not simple and intuitive enough for people who are not super techy. Then as an Appsumo user, I found out...
I would love to have a Zapier option for time tracked in Toggl to automatically appear in project.co but that might not be an achievable point on their end.

Great experience, it greatly improved out performance. We look more professional to clients, we can track time better and we can keep all the communication in one single place.
It's easy to set up and use. People learn to navigate it very quickly. It resembles Basecamp and that's why we love it. It's also very modular.
So far I have no issues with it honestly. Even some things I thought were issues turned out not to be:)

TI was looking for a project management and to-do list SAAS, and I'm so glad I found Product.io! It has a big potential and it's easy to use. Forget Todoist and Trello - this is the tool you need to get your tasks done quickly. It's intuitive and user-friendly, with great features like task management, collaborative workspace, calendar view, and more. Product. The best feature of product.io is that you can create your own property and use them to filter The Schedule and Kanban view ire so usefull
It needs rework in mobile app ! And fix SSO :) But [SENSITIVE CONTENT] will do it soon it's in the roadmap

I'm thrilled with the results of using Project.co for managing my web design projects. It's so easy to set up and use that even first-time users can work seamlessly on projects without needing training. The combination of powerful tools and a visual, user-friendly interface makes it possible to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The reviews of Project.co are also very positive, with users raving about its ease of use and functionality. It's become an invaluable tool for managing my web design projects, and I'm sure it will also be for many others.

The easy of organizing projects and providing customer access.
The ability to share pages via a link would be great, but otherwise, the tool has most features that I need, without becoming an all-in-one tool outside of it's intended purpose.

It is a simple process to invite your clients to a specific project where they can see the project steps and progression. Files can be shared, and a multiway discussion started to move the project forward. This process enables all conversations to be kept in one place rather than scattered over lots of email or telephone calls. I have white labelled my Project.co and my clients are invited by email to join Project.co (white labelled) with their personal login and defined client area. Privacy for users both internal and external can be defined.
One of Project.co's many strong points is customer support. Executive from Project.co responds within hours or even immediately to a support question, and solves it. Project.co allows the steps of a project to be clearly defined, tasks created with status, and progress monitored, etc.. This is a customer-facing project management tool where both parties are informed as to project progress and steps. It adds that extra touch of professionalism to your business.
SAAS products are generally on a continual improvement process so I am looking forward to future developments and enhancements.

Project.co has been one of my best buys.Especially for my marketing office, this app saved a lot of time. It is very intuitive and easy to work with.I also love that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] takes the time to fill us in with video tutorials on how to work with project.co. Many app owners or developers can learn from this. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for this great tool.
It would be a 10 out of 10 for me if I could edit and build an invoice the way I want it. Now I'm still running into some limitations.

At first glance I thought that I won´t need Project.co. I´m already using Freedcamp as a project management tool with which I´m quite happy. But after looking deeper into Project.co I realized that it can be a usefull addition to other project management tools due to it´s simplicity (in a positive sense) and due to its overall approach. With the kanban view Project.co can even replace many of my Trello...
