The best project/task management software Im just thankful to be using on all of my projects.
The way project.co was designed was to have the user focus on every project they are working on/with. It's different from the majority of project/task management software out in the market because the layout does not make you feel overwhelmed with tons of tasks that you need to work on.
If you are used to using a traditional project/task management software then at first you might have a hard time understanding how to use project.co. But once you understand why [sensitive content hidden] and the team designed it the way it is, you will have a light bulb moment. My suggestion is to overcome this feeling of "it's hard to get started, or it's not clear how to set it up" by creating several video guides on how to do things.

I've enjoyed the simpler take on project management and client interaction. It's still powerful, but easy to get to grips with. The product is VERY stable with new features tested and well publicised. The user community makes it very easy to talk to the founder too.
The best thing about Project.co is the simplicity and ease of use. I have used many project management systems and no matter how good, the truth is that if you want your client to actually use it, it needs to be immediately useable. A learning curve that lasts more than 60 seconds will have them running back to e-mail. Project.co is simple, without a million features. This is good!
The invoicing needs improving. At the moment, the client needs to be logged in to view the invoice which means it can't be paid by someone who's not involved in the project (like a finance department). Could also do with invoice customisation for the visuals.

Project.co has replaced my legal case management software because it is more functional, easier to use, and is a lot more economical.
So much more than project management! Not only can you track tasks and manage projects, Project.co can be used as a Client Portal for clients to upload documents, see status of tasks, collaborate with team members, and make payments. This is fantastic for my business, and just what I've been looking for!
I wish invoices could be generated before requesting payment. I wish it integrated with LawPay or GravityLegal.

Project.co was super easy to deploy to my entire team. Because we could create templates of projects it makes it easy to adhere to our SOPs
I do wish that the time tracker wasn't manual entry but beyond that I am thrilled.

I was originally looking for a tool that can create a timeline. I stumbled upon Project.co and thought I'd give it a try. I had a new project up and running (with a timeline) within minutes. Project.co is incredibly intuitive and insanely easy to use. I love how it stores any kind of feature within the project (ie: checklist, notes, etc...). I regularly use Asana and have used Monday.com and Teamwork....project.co is the winner. Highly recommend.
Hmmm, haven't come across this yet....can project.co create/send invoices for time tracking? that is the only thing I can think of that I haven't looked into-- if it does, great! But if it doesn't, may be something to add -- we use clockify now and the ease of clockify is the only reason I would use them instead of project.co - but again, I have not looked into project.co to see if this can be done - so it may be there and I just dont know it

I’ve not used this app long but im stoked to have an elegant interface that has a great UX. I love the options here and the templates are amazing too. Digging the whole feel really and u can tell the creators put their love into this with the intention to actually assist a more efficient creative flow. The fact that client communication is combined here is a big deal too. I really hope they stick around! This is my new project management tool and im proud to leave the confusing not as intuitive interfaces of trellis and asana
I like all the options for templates and how easy it is to have the whole project in one doc. This is always the complaint of clients is that items are spread in so many places.
Not much to not like here. It’s going really well so far.

Our small marketing company just started using Project.co to manage our planning workflow and creative services for our clients. It's so nice to have everything in ONE place and even integrate the apps and resources that we're already using. We also love the public roadmap forum (feedback.project.co) that lets us request new features and see the new updates they're working on.
We're excited to start using Project.co to connect with clients more efficiently regarding video project feedback and also to connect more easily with freelancers and outside contracts.
There are still some features that other project management tools have that Project.co doesn't, but it's nice to be able to request those through their public feedback forum. Some updates could be made for general ease of use, such as being able to change a task's status and other fields without having to click to open the task details. I would also like to see some added organization, like folder in folder capabilities in the projects view (for us hyper-particular people). These things are not deal breakers, but they would be nice.

I like that is an affordable option with a lifetime deal. The 30 templates included with the tool helped get me set up quickly.
This is not a con, but a feature request. It would be great if the time tracker converted to a dollar amount when I invoice clients. This would save me from having to do the math manually. I would be able to put in 1 hour = $X amount of money.Example: I charge $100 an hour, and I invoice the client for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have to manually bill them for $275.

At first glance I thought that I won´t need Project.co. I´m already using Freedcamp as a project management tool with which I´m quite happy. But after looking deeper into Project.co I realized that it can be a usefull addition to other project management tools due to it´s simplicity (in a positive sense) and due to its overall approach. With the kanban view Project.co can even replace many of my Trello...

Project.co has been one of my best buys.Especially for my marketing office, this app saved a lot of time. It is very intuitive and easy to work with.I also love that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] takes the time to fill us in with video tutorials on how to work with project.co. Many app owners or developers can learn from this. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for this great tool.
It would be a 10 out of 10 for me if I could edit and build an invoice the way I want it. Now I'm still running into some limitations.

Security is upmost important for our company. Please implement 2FA and other security features.Nevertheless, great job Matt and really looking forward to start enjoying it more.
It has a great potential, but sometimes it feels slow. I would highly recommend to putting it behind CDN so that server have some breathing room. One big downside for me is lack of 2FA support. With so many data breaches every day, 2FA and YubiKey support is a must in 2022!
UI is pretty user friendly and I really like Postmark SMTP.

We've been using Asana for years but within 5 minutes of using project.co I felt like I understood the tool better and although I'm only a few days into using it, I feel confident it will be our permanent replacement. The user experience just feels so much more straight-forward and the branding much less intrusive. You can make project.co your own with just a few edits to the custom branding features....
I don't think we will use project.co to replace our current invoicing system but I didn't buy the tool for that purpose anyway. We will use it for project management, primarily.

I just started using Project.co and can already tell it is more intuitive than other tools I've used, like Basecamp and Asana. I'm still getting to know it, but really excited about the ease of use.
The product is intuitive and easy to use.
The only thing that I feel is missing is the ability to set up recurring billing subscriptions.

This platform is easy to learn and use right away. I also appreciate the energy and enthusiasm of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his support team. They are clearly committed to ongoing development and building the platform for the long term. Another plus is that they have client software, and native mobile apps that all work great.
Project.co is easy to use and very flexible. It is the closest thing I have found to Basecamp, but is a much better value. Unlimited clients and guest allow this platform to be very scalable.
I do wish that all of their plans offered a bump in storage, but the ability to easily embed is a good workaround.

The onboarding and communication from the project.co team has been amazing. Very helpful and timely, shrinks the learning curve a bit and gets you engaged in the platform quickly.
I'm digging the platform, tools and the onboarding. This is exactly what I was looking for to manage the plethora of projects on my dashboard. I've used similar platforms, but nothing has been as comprehensive and well thought out as project.co.Workflow is great, and there is still so much to learn!
I haven't found anything that I've disliked so far.

So far, this is the best project management software I've used including typical ones like Asana. The workflow is so clear and easy, which is exactly what I've been looking for. Plus, the ability to embed other tools in order to unify my current software stack is pretty amazing and a huge bonus that I didn't even know I needed.
Ease of use, simple onboarding and setup, integrations and embed options for other apps.
I'd love a little more customization with view sizing.

Basecamp, Podio, Ryver, Wrike, Breeze and, currently, ClickUp - been through them all, never felt settled - looks like I might finally be home!Yet to really test in the wild, but everything so far looks to be intelligent and logical and, unlike ClickUp, it's smooth and well-defined. Please do not turn into the bloatware that ClickUp has become! The chat feature will finally allow me to force a stubborn client away from WA - sure, it's not a unique feature, but looks to be the best-implemented I've seen.
Things I particularly like so far - Notion-style functionality with / commands, the design, the inline-tasks, embedded Google Docs and Sheets, custom domain and full white-labelling, templates and email notifications/reply via email that, so far, actually work as they should. All in all, very happy and hopefully onboard for a long time.
Things I'd like to see - versioning (a change paper-trail), the ability to allow notes visibility at a granular level, API (or email-to-task), a collaborator setting (even if this takes a paid seat) that allows them to create tasks, or perhaps a more granular level of role permissions?Things that would be nice but are probably an ask-too-far ... ability to create products and services that can be used to create line items in invoices. More invoicing functionality in general (monthly or annual recurring, discounts on a line/product basis).
Thank you so much for your kind review Mat :)

Project.co serves several useful purposes: 1. It helps to capture activities and serves as a tickler for tasks that need to be performed. 2. It allows you to create projects and assign tasks to specific individuals to ensure they are appropriately managed and completed on time. 3. It can broadcast activities performed to external users, allocate time to each task, and bill clients for work performed. Additionally, I appreciate the many ways you can view project activities to gain a better understanding of the progress made.
Project.co is literally transformational. I am using it to make my business more efficient and productive. As an HR Consultant, the client-facing aspect is very beneficial because my clients can see in real-time how much work I'm doing for them. In fact, it is such a great application that I've already started to implement Project.co in my client's businesses. The rate of adoption is high because the application is easy to use and they can easily see the benefit. For the reasons mentioned above, Project.co has my highest recommendation.
I'm anticipating the rollout for the mobile platform and the interface to Quick Books, Salesflare & Better Proposals.

I have pretty impressed with how easy & concise the things are inside this project management. This project management has learned from all the other ones which are in the market, take the most important functions, throw the functions which are hardly used or unnecessary & gave birth to Project. In short, it's Easy & Concise, Not Complicated & Oversize
I am running a Digital Marketing Agency & I have been using Trello so far & what I fell lack in there is the ability to see all the project on one screen in comparison to what I can see in MY TASK & ALL TASK which belongs to the whole team. Moreover, in TASK feature, I have an option to see it in List, Calendar, Scheduler & Kanban View. I love the Scheduler View, it lets me know who is busy & who...
Because it is still new, there are still bug issues that need to be fixed. About features which are still lacking, it is already on the roadmap, just need to be out ASAP, for example, the mobile version.

1) I am able to collaborate with clients easily without chasing email threads. 2) I am able to upload proofs and links to assets that I need clients to review and approve. 3) I can use Project.co to very easily initiate an bill/invoice to a client. 4) I can take private notes and information about specific clients no this platform as well. 5) If I link my Strip or SagePay account, clients can pay immediately.
It's the perfect combination of client collaboration, project management, and file sharing. I can even send an invoice easily to my clients. It's not bloated with too much project detail and complexity, and has just the right amount of depth to take care of my agency needs. Project.co has the shortest learning curve of any project management tool I've seen. It has a very intuitive user experience...
If you're looking for a large enterprise comprehensive software package like a CRM, Accounting Program, Asset Manager, then this is not the tool for you.

Their public roadmap is a huge plus, showing off all the new shiny features that are yet to come, it's exciting to be a part of this! I love this product and have been using it daily to build my business, they've made it almost too easy!! I only wish I found them sooner.
Project.co has allowed me to simplify my client interaction and keep all the conversations in one place. Between file sharing, comments, and quick task view I'm hitting all milestones in stride. I've used other client facing products before and they have always become bloated and have had a steep learning curve for the client. With Project.co this wasn't the case! It's intuitive and easy to get onboard...
This is is super small and probably already in their planned releases. But the ability to completely edit and change the UI colors/branding in the app itself. (Button color, Left panel bg color, Login page details)
