How to add collaborators to your projects in Projectplace

Jason: Sure! A couple things; you can do it from the People tab. I can come in. I can review everybody that’s on the project and I can put them in different groups. This is really more from an administrative perspective.

I will tell you the easiest way though is directly from the project overview. We have a nice little button here that says, “Add Member.” I can just select add member and very easily go in, if I have somebody’s email address. If I want to invite an existing user of the service, so somebody that’s in the product already, I can add reference them. If I want to go invite somebody else, I can do that. Or, if I want to just type in an email address, I can do that as well.

So, very flexible, very easy to go in. Get somebody involve in the project. Get them invited. Add them and start working with them.
