Pros

The application is a terrific and excellent tool for my time management and also integrates with my financial packaging which makes it so easy for me.
We were able to increase the amount projects we can take on and manage, which is a win win for our business.
Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built in messaging tool, really useful.

Pros

Similar to Trello, but better with more features and a great price point. While it is great for tasks, it doesn't do a good job of capturing bugs or issues, which is a must have for us.
Active Collaboration is super intuitive and affordable. Before switching to Active Collaboration a few years ago we used WorkFront and it was an absolute nightmare.
Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.

Cons

Emails if the wrong address no notification comes back to tell you that it was nit delivered.
Standard reporting is very limited, and setting up customized reporting is difficult.
Poor interface, slow to use effiently, lacking customization, doesn’t receive feature updates often, menus are not intuitive, customer support and education is lacking.

Cons

Different features break all the time. Time that you've tracked will be deleted with no warning, tasks will show up with the wrong due date, you won't be able to upload files to the message, etc.
The lack of integration means that sometimes members of our team have to ping-pong between both products, or fail to understand what's happening there.
The down side is that there is no file sharing, which is very disappointing.
