PSOHub is making logging time simple and efficient for our team. It is also extremely helpful in managing the numerous amounts of projects, budgets, and hour allotments we have going on all at one time on a consistent basis. Our previous "project management" software was not very helpful in this.
It is so nice to have a layout that looks and feels like HubSpot when you are a HubSpot user. Even if you aren't a HubSpot user, it's very user-friendly. It took no time at all to learn and the support staff is super helpful. I think my favorite part is there are multiple ways to track and log your time depending on what feels most comfortable to you. Each team member might have their own style and PSO Hub makes that okay!
So far, the only thing that I have disliked about PSOHub is that it logs you out relatively frequently, so throughout the day, I have to re-login to log time. But honestly, of all things to be "irritated" by, this is minor. I get that it is probably a security thing, but I am hoping they will add a way to adjust the log-out time from an admin level.

I got rid of all my different Excel spreadsheets. Besides this, sharing the project planning with my customers is easy and this functionality increased the level of transparency towards my customers.
It is easy to navigate through the solution. Because of the support of the Team at PSOhub I could send my first invoice after a week.
In the beginning Gantt Chart was missing.

PSOhub enables me to keep track of my team's time and expenses of various projects in a way to no other software i've used does. Especially like the amount of projects i can quite easily keep an eye on. Besides this I use PSOhub to keep track of the utilization of the team and individual team members.
Getting all your projects into PSOhub can be a bit of a hassle. It takes a long time and the software takes some getting used to. However i've seen PSOhub improve a lot over time.

Great support, they understand my needs and support with help immediately when I need it.
Very user friendly, easy to navigate. I got support when setting it all up, but with the help section I could have easily done it myself. Integration with HubSpot is perfect as I manage my prospects in HubSpot and connect with PSOHub as soon as it gets closer to become a deal. This means I manage the entire project, from before customer signature to delivery and support, in one single login. It is free to use for smaller businesses like mine, but I can easily upgrade as soon as I need to. I can do time tracking directly from Outlook to keep control of time spent per customer or project.
So far, I haven't seen any consequences yet.

The tool has really helped us become more efficient. With PSOhub I can easily manage our projects. It has great features to help me track, scope, and budget.
This tool is very intuitive and well-integrated with other programs (like HubSpot). The customer support team is great! They have always been very helpful. In addition, they regularly add new features and improvements. I highly recommend PSOhub!
There not much to write in this section. Maybe the slightly higher cost than some alternatives, but don't let this scare you away. After the free trial, it'll be clear that it's worth the extra money to use something that will save you lots of time (and thereby expenses).

So far the experience has been good for our team.
If you are a HubSpot CRM User, there's no question PSOHub should be the project management tool your team uses. The direct integration and HubSpot look/feel of it, no other software can match!
The "line" id's in the software just don't make any sense, they are numbered and from a US perspective our team just doesn't understand the overall logic.

PSOHub is providing our cross-functional teams and clients with a clear outline of our project, what's been completed and what is still pending. This is providing our clients with a better experience when onboarding with our organization.
PSOHub can provide the client with a transparent timeline and steps for each step of the project. I love the flexibility of the system and the ability to differentiate teams.
The system is focused heavily on fees and costs which are not needed for our team right now. I wish the system could remove or "turn off" certain features that are not relevant to our workflows.

PSOhub is really next level projectmanagement software. All data of HubSpot is directly available in PSOhub after the deal and we can start a project in PSOhub in a couple of minutes. The easy timetracking functionality is better than all the other options that are available. As Managing Director I see the performance of all project in a clear managing dashboard.

As both a HubSpot-user and a HubSpot Partner Agency, PSOhub has provided Salted Stone with the much-needed solutions to improve how we track our projects and service our clients. Our internal systems for project management, time tracking, and invoicing no longer feel siloed.
Seamless integrations with our entire tech stack. Familiar interface for HubSpot users and great onboarding resources got our organisation up and running in no time.
We still need to use tools like PandaDoc for contract management, Teamwork for project management and time tracking, and Quickbooks for invoicing. But PSOhub brings it all together and makes these systems more visible on the contact records in HubSpot.

Overall good and great support, if you have an issue or a bug they fix things fast.
Integration with Hubspot and quick books is functional enough to do the job without being overly complex. the product is evolving and maturing and is of good value.
I don't like the licensing model, I want to be able to mix and match licenses for a basic user with a more complex user. Don't like that if I commit to the Rise level that is all I can buy, I just want to buy licenses for time and task users at the basic level and mix and match, not feasible at the moment. Please fix this!

Ik vind de klant ondersteuning wel goed en snel reageren zoals eerder gezegd. Als ik de online chat klik en er niet uitkom met de online help artikelen, dan is er altijd iemand die relatief snel op mijn vraag reageert. Vind dat echt een super pluspunt!
Gebruikersgemak, snel mee te werken, binnen no time was ik up and running. De prijs is ook zeker aantrekkelijk voor mij als ZZP'er! Oplossing werkt voor mij als niet IT'er erg intuatief. Wel raad ik aan voordat je de quick setup session in gaat even goed jezelf voor te bereiden. Het is maar 40 minuten dus had ik meer uit kunnen halen als ik mijzelf wat beter had voorbereid. Maar de online chat is altijd heel snel en adequaat, dus dan lukt het daarna altijd nog!
Ben ik nog niet tegengekomen op dit moment. Zie wel dat ze snel allerlei nieuwe features toevoegen aan de software, heb niet altijd de tijd om al die updates door te lezen. Maar als ik het niet mis, dan mis ik waarschijnlijk ook niks aan die upgrade. Maar moet daar nog wel iets meer tijd aan besteden.

Really enjoyed it.
The fact that it creates a client bible for our clients. We can find all information on a client in one central place.
The fact that my calendar only pulls through on a weekly basis so I can't log time off my calendar in advance. Also that on my tasks I can give a due date but not a due time. We need the due time for content management.

It helps me to manage multiple projects at the same time and will tell me if we if we stay within the agreed budgets for my clients.
The tool is easy to use and the integration with Hubspot is outstanding. It gives us the opportunity to manage our projects, contracts and billing clearly and transparantly within one application.
I can't name a big disadvantage of the tool as it has all the functionalities I need.
