The overall experience is very positive. I use Pyrus on a daily basis and I feel comfortable with it. Keep up the good work.
The software is very easy to use. It is possible to define the entire company structure with all the features assigned to every user. Super helpful for an internal approval of invoices. The customer service is always polite and attending.
The possibility of direct cooperation with Datev.

The company structure feature is often overlooked, but as you noted, it's extremely useful in controlling the security and capabilities of every user, as well as defining each user's role within the approval hierarchy. Regarding Datev, you are correct that we don't offer an off-the-shelf integration solution with them.
