Utilization rate report is missing the individual person selection, Utilization rate report does not calculate Total in case the person did not work for the full selected period (for example a year).

This is made more complicated because URLs can't be bookmarked or copy/pasted to coworkers. The URLs change periodically, which makes them useless to bookmark.

There are so many things & options, all in not so obvious locations. Graphs & tables do not have consistent colors across the board and it is hard to locate a key for what everything means.

Particular pain point for me is how to "monte carlo" our existing jobs in the pipeline to determine most likely and least likely scenarios for certain jobs coming in.
