Pros

It’s nice to share working plans with managers, experts and technicians. Great visualization and very helpful canvas.
The coaching tool is wonderful because it helps you consider things you can forget to improve the project.
I buy a suscription for the nice visualization and facilities for collaborative work. The customer support it’s great.

Pros

The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great.
It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Cons

The mobile app is a very limited version in therms of functions and options. The communication panel sometimes suffers delays.
I was having trouble to manage all my projects in the same time. But now Sinnaps has helped me alot.
Student-discount would be appreciated. No other negative aspect found until now.

Cons

Also, I feel there are a couple of elements missing when looking at reporting and ongoing maintenance of tickets... but that's hard, and is probably something they're thinking about.
Miss an integration with Gitlab. Pretty weak on the customer feedback management.
We had an alignment and communication problem that we had to solve.
