Nice and easy to learn. I did not have an experience to work in similar programmes before, so may be my opinion is not so valuable.
Easy to create and make changes in documents. Good that there is option to see all amount in each of paragraph in quotations/invoices.
When I put to the system purchase invoice, and there is an a delivery notes and I resume it in one line, there is NO option to see my original delivery note when I push it on the invoice, BEFORE this option was.

Inicialmente gestionaba toda mi empresa con un software antigüo en el que siempre tenía que tener ordenadores encendidos y acceder en remoto, o copiar en varios discos duros. Con StarNapp todo lo puedo consultar desde cualquier sitio cuando quiera. Tengo mucho más control tanto de facturación, estado de clientes, y en un sólo click.
Sobre todo la sencillez a la hora de poder uno adaptar su empresa.
De momento no he encontrado desventajas.

Muy buena, ya que tanto la aplicación como el soporte técnico durante este tiempo ha sido excelente.
Facilidad del uso, ahorro en tareas repetitivas, control general de mi empresa etc.
Ningunas, ya que las pequeñas incidencia que se han presentado, se resolvieron inmediatamente.

Experiencia muy buena, son muy rápidos y efectivos en la resolución de problemas
Es un programa muy fácil de manejar y muy intuitivo
Solo se puede abrir una pestaña y estaría bien que se abriesen varias

En general, estamos muy satisfechos y el programa es bien acogido por todos, sobre todo por la sencillez de la configuración y la forma intuitiva de trabajar con Starnapp.
Especialmente el uso intuitivo del sistema, completamente diferente a nuestro antiguo sistema.
El menos agradable es difícil de nombrar por lo que a nosotros respecta, debido a que venimos de una situación muy mala en este ámbito. Si tengo que nombrar algo, podría ser la creación de un proyecto o tarea desde la pantalla de planificación. Sin embargo, ya hemos hablado de ello y entendemos que está incluido en la hoja de ruta
