What is Tameday?

Tameday is a project management and communication platform which provides a single online space for teams to communicate and get work done with real-time chat, to-do lists, integrated calendars, files and storage, notes, polls, and more. Quick-add and forward to inbox tools also aim to help users work efficiently and support Tameday’s GTD (get things done) methodology. As an online solution, Tameday gives users the flexibility to manage tasks and communicate anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device, including tablets and mobiles.

Tameday keeps all information in one place, so that teams know exactly what they have to do, and when tasks are due. Centralized information also ensures teams know who is responsible for which tasks, as well as where items are located. Tameday’s activity dashboard, My Place, gives users an overview of their work, showing them what they need to do at-a-glance with calendars, to-dos, upcoming events and meetings, inbox items, quick-adds, discussions, files, notes, and polls. Tameday allows users to jump to recent projects, chats, bookmarks, or any other activity in one click from the My Place dashboard.

Tameday enables users to store private events, files, and to-dos in ‘My Locker’, set up teams and projects with task management and assignment tools, and communicate via private/group chat, comments and replies in context. To streamline communication, Tameday allows users to notify the entire team or company with @mentions. Users can click on individual notifications to go directly to the relevant to-do, discussion, or file. A single calendar view allows users to check team availability instantly and plan work accordingly. The quick-add tool enables users to write down and save quick thoughts, while the global add tool allows users to add a new to-do, project, event or file from anywhere in Tameday.

Our business invoves a large number of tasks being developed at the same time which in the past has proven difficult to keep on top of. Tameday has really simplified the flow and organisation of all our tasks and has made communication so much simpler. It has some fantastic functions such as an instant messenger, calenders, personal to-do lists and options for notifications and updates. And it really is so simple to use. I wish we'd known about Tameday a long time ago!

Tameday brings all our projects together into one centralised area. Not only does it speed up how we organise each task but it allows for any progress on each project to be communicated to all involved parties. This saves us a huge amount of time and effort as we can achieve our goals in one easy step. One highlight for me is the ease of going back to check timelines, what was communicated and if I've been out of the office, exactly what I need to be brought up to speed on.

There's honestly nothing negative that comes to mind.
