Pros

What is also super awesome is I can share these timelines on an individual client level so they can see their project and what is scheduled as well as the project progress.
What I really appreciate with using Toggl Plan is that I can have a great overview of all the things I've done along the timeline - which is pretty motivating.
The tool shows a clear timeline with all my projects. It's a super nice interface with all projects visualized on the calendar.

Pros

The product is beautiful, responsive, easy to use and it has A TON of great features. Also the support team is super friendly and I have always gotten responses within a few minutes.
It allows me to sync tasks to my calendar. There are lots of different settings and features that I can turn on like time tracking and creating milestones that are super helpful.
The UI is really nice and not as daunting like JIRA or Phacility or the like. I am really looking forward to the integrations especially to JIRA.

Cons

I had trouble finding all functionalities on app that are on the web. Gganted I was using it before their newest app version.
It can be a pain to create several of the same task. The big issue for me, however, is the lack of synergy between Toggl Plan and Toggl Track.
When I first started in my current position I was a bit lost on how to organize everything and keep my team on track.

Cons

No online version - For me this is badly needed, when i find myself working on a long haul flight or where there is no internet.
The milestone settings are a bit confusing, Focus mode is a bit useless, and the features are not all implemented.
We weren't communicating well, we were struggling with 8 people on a cumbersome worksheet, missed deadlines, projects not turning out as well as we'd hoped.

Great Software To Help You Plan Out Projects and Website Content

I'm very happy with Ora - I currently manage Barrington Town News' content and web operations using it. It's a local newspaper for Barrington, New Hampshire.

Pros

I like the fact that I can plan out projects such as websites and their content using the various features.

Cons

I wish there was more integration with third-party apps that help to automate the production of content for websites using this interface.

I Love Ora

I use Ora to plan and execute projects in my design business. I use it myself and with clients.

Pros

I'm a BIG fan of Ora. It can do SO MUCH. Kanban, lists, pipelines, sprints, project views, Gantt charts, assignments, outside collaborators and clients, time tracking... I am a BIG fan of the time estimation and time tracking features. It's really helped me understand how I use my time. It's great that it's built right into my project/task management software, I estimate and track on each task.

Cons

At least for me, it took a little time to get used to the user interface. For whatever reason, it just took me some time to understand how to go about everything. And there's SO MUCH Ora can do. I'm glad I stuck with it, because I love using it. And the mobile app is now in open beta, so that's a great benefit, too!

A Unique Familiarity

Overall the layout screams user friendly and really like the offering that Ora has.

Pros

The largest advantage with Ora was the Plan and Track progress feature. Really helped some of our teams unite further in completing their goals and tasks.

Cons

The customization was great, however, we did find that it's almost to accessible confusing some of our team members when they would lose a tile or such.

Pros

Great user interface, I love it! There's a free plan to try. Great user on-boarding. Does not restrict the number of projects, tasks, comments, attachments you make/upload. Can import from Trello.

Cons

Currently on beta, expect bugs. Very basic integration at the moment. Are there going to be integrations with existing tools like skype, google calendar, zapier? A bit slow at times, using Firefox.

One of The Top Two Task Managers

Ora is a must-try, must-have program. If your current task manager doesn't inspire you to go back to it daily, try Ora because most likely, what you need is a visual platform that allows you to untangle all the ideas and to-do items you have in your head.

Pros

* It has enhanced my productivity * It allows me to have a clearer, more visual plan for my goals. * Allows you to separate professional and personal goals. * Allows you to have different icons and backgrounds as well as update your own. * You can easily switch from Kanban and lists.

Cons

* The customer service isn't always as timely, and their answers aren't always as comprehensive as they should be. So a little back and forth is sometimes inevitable.

One of the best project management tools I've seen

I have a small business with a lot of projects and it's difficult to be able to manage them and don't feel overwhelmed. On top of that, it's also difficult to know how much time every one of us spent on tasks and compare that with an estimate. We've tried so far Trello, Asana, Clickup, Freedcamp (premium), Timelinr and GitScrum. The free tier of Asana was the best for us out of all apps mentioned above,...

Pros

It's easy to create projects and tasks Interchangeable List and Kanban view Timeline view The time estimating and tracking are awesomely implemented, it's a breeze to use them You can plan your week or day using the Agenda feature The interface is clean and nice The app works smooth There are apps for Mac and Windows

Cons

The speed of creating multiple tasks by pasting from a document in good, but could be better I would like to have to ability to apply multiple filters on the list of tasks in Agenda view and Reports

Pros

The UI is really nice and not as daunting like JIRA or Phacility or the like. I am really looking forward to the integrations especially to JIRA. As of now I have a free plan but I would definitly switch to paid for the integrations. Thanks again to implementing my suggested keyboard shortcut for play/pause the time tracker with "P".

Cons

Well it's not the software itself but I hope integrations come soon as well as some kind of cross-platform desktop app would be really nice.

Ora is a Must-Have for Keeping Daily Work Organized

I use both Ora and Trello for my daily work. Both are indispensable. Ora helps me to get much more organized with my tasks, whereas Trello works more like an idea board for me.

Pros

Ora makes it so easy to organize multiple projects and gets my day in order. I like the ability to plan out my projects in detail, set my deadlines, and Ora will put all my tasks in an agenda view automatically. Markdown and sub-checklists are also 2 of my other favorite features as they help me to illustrate my tasks and ideas clearer.

Cons

There is no folder tree view when viewing my projects. I like to organize my projects into folders and subfolders, and I find a tree view useful as I like to see all my projects in a bigger picture when I first start up the program.

Organization and visualization of my tasks.

Pros

Responsoviness of edit. All things are saved automatically. And the design and app login flow are perfect.

Cons

Maybe the lack of actionable features and the fixed cost of the plan. I think that the visualization of the task Can be improved in some ways. Only canban Is not too much... I think that you have to design a new method of visualization like did in the past app like trello or Google Notes!!
