Pros

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
The wee app that it comes with is useful once you get the hang of it. The good thing is that even if you cancel the wee bar, you still have the tracking running which is great.

Pros

So this helps in keeping the performance of each and everyone and I think this is great because everyone in the organization can be benefited based on his/her performance.
I can say they have great product. TeamOB is in true sense a real Desktop monitoring software with lot of helpful insights.
Features such as attendance management, easily generating all reports as attendance, depart report, project report, etc. Screen captured features is awesome to verify code security.

Cons

The software on my employee's end was intrusive and frustrating to use. The software is expensive for what it provides.
So the clocking can be redundant and may annoy your employees.
A couple of gripes - it keeps reminding you if you are back at work if you have paused the tracking - that is a bit annoying.

Cons

We tried few other system several years ago but it was worst experience dealing with daily issues in their software and try to contact support team.
I can now leave office early by completing my 8 hrs of work on time. I can not spend more time with my family.
Some time it responds slow. Not sure whether this is my pc issue or TeamOB.

It very useful for office purposes where we can track the time of individual person from the time he has logged in.

Pros

It is better to use Time doctor as it has automatic sense to get off if are not using the system once we logged in.

Cons

As of now I don't have any issues using the Time doctor.

Overall user friendly, customer service was more quick and responsive and helpful when we first started our account.

Pros

We have a combination of remote and in office employees and it helps us make sure everyone is meeting their expected hours and login times.

Cons

When I see the list of unproductive websites, I wish it would let me know WHO is viewing and accessing them. I think the system could talk to the different reports/platforms within the portal better and share information better.

Great support and they really tried to help me but the software is for admin and users. Its not really set up for one person freelancer.

Pros

Very good support. I like the web apps. It had good features like the integrations into other services. I wanted to use it for the Office 365 integration.

Cons

It keep messing up because I wanted the one user for $10 a month. If I had myself as admin it never tracked me correct if at all. If I had myself as admin and user, I think because it was the same name as both, it worked great but the billing wanted to charge for two users at $20 a month.

With the arrival of social media site and a lot of them, employees often surf through social media and waste so much time which should be tracked. A perfect software to bring out more from your employees.

Pros

It just do it all, no need for extra software to keep time track and eye on employee's work simultaneously. The screenshot feature is a plus, it really helps in keeping strict office environment.

Cons

No problem ever occurred, except when the screenshot feature is on, the overall net speed is compromised which is also understandable, it doesn't all lie on the software, sometimes its just because of the slow internet speed.

Since the pre sales until the day use, the customer support was really good. I can effectvelly see the hours worked in comparison with others departments, analyze the websites, time iddle, and period of star / end of wrk. Full visibility

Pros

When the pandemia started and we move all epmployees to home office, we felt the need to have tool which will support us giving visibility on how productivy our team will be at home.

Cons

Sd be good to have a connection with Power BI to enable us to extract more data for better analysis.

Crazy easy to use and offers interactive tools to keep on task.

Found this because we were having trouble tracking time on various projects around the office. Was very pleased to find that it had a ton of other tools to help keep everything tracked better and keep people on task.

Pros

Easy to set up and maintain. Pop-up notices help people remember to change tasks or stop the timer so time reporting is more accurate. Pop-up notices help keep employees on task.

Cons

We're still very new to this product, so we haven't encountered any real cons so far, but we do struggle a bit with changing settings from user to user when we want to update.

Pros

This helps a lot to manage (and evaluate) time used for different projects/tasks. It minimises the chance of unproductively. If, for any reason, we are inactive, it prompts and take action based upon the response. I find it very useful to organise work and also it maintains an honest relationship between remote team and office.

Cons

So far, can't think about any such thing to be written as cons.

Automate your time sheets to save time!

I saved a ton of time by using Time Doctor to track how I spend my day and on which projects. I also don't have to write anything down and then worry about losing it before I send a client an invoice. So it's really helped my organization as well.

Pros

Time Doctor has been a lifesaver for me. I am a one-person design company and I need to track the time I spend on many different projects all at once. My previous solution was to write down the time on sticky notes or note pads, but there was always the chance that I might misplace it or lose it. Nor could I generate my invoices from my home office if I'd left the billing hours info at my office. So...

Cons

Not much that I don't like about this software. But suggestions for improvement? One thing I would love to see is integration with my cell phone. Time Doctor already has an app, but I want it to automatically capture the time I spend on my phone with clients. For now I have to manually enter in this time and must note when the call started and when it ended. Integration into Wave apps where I generate my invoices. I'd like to be able to select a project from Time Doctor in my invoice and have it automatically populate the time I spent on it and the dates I worked on the project rather than manually finding and entering this information.

Many useful features but support for a solo user is minimal and getting worse

The customer service has been quite good, though most of the time the answers to my questions have been that the feature I need is not available, not customizable, and will not be added to future releases.

Pros

I found the software easy to install and use. The reporting feature is not as flexible as it needs to be, but the product is a big help in helping me track my time usage.

Cons

I bet that many users are capable of managing a report customization system, but no such option is available. I end up editing the reports extensively, and that rather defeats the purpose of using the product. I am the only person in my office who uses this product, so I am not managing anyone. There are features that are incredibly annoying because they do not apply to me, yet I still need to deal with them. For example, the latest update requires entering a reason for adding time manually. I know the reasons, and find the extra mouse and keyboard clicks incredibly annoying.

I am IT head, we tried one more similar solution in past but they were limited to basic features eg screen capture, application monitoring etc. One of my friend recommended TeamOB. I can say they have great product. TeamOB is in true sense a real Desktop monitoring software with lot of helpful insights

We tried few other system several years ago but it was worst experience dealing with daily issues in their software and try to contact support team. One of my friend recommended TeamOB and we subscribed for 50 users some where in 2019. Since last 2 years we are using this software. Solution is stable and hardly we need to contact Support. I would like to add that support Team is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick. They are continuously upgrading the solution with new features and as of today they have lot more than what I expected. I can say this is value for money. This tool helped us to find few incidents which saved our hundreds of dollar. I am very much satisfied and highly recommend this to other people looking for employee monitoring+incident monitoring+analytics

Pros

Robust tool, Productivity report, Real time monitoring, Integration with our HRMS, BI tool, Incident monitoring, On premise deployment

Cons

They have good UI and navigation but I think in some area UX can be improved.

Great the software which TeamOB has developed is the need of now and future also sometimes when their is a dispute between employees like junior or senior level some employees do not get promotion as senior are always heard about the performance of the juniors if their is dispute between these two then sometimes senior may not provide the real performance report. A Great Software For Employees which helps in time tracking and productivity enhancement also it provides insights to employees like in which area you need to improve and also it keeps the record of the work done by you also provides performance analytics which in return helps you to get rewarded by the employer. Also its simple and easy to see when were you absent and when were you present how much work you did on a specific day. So yeah its a great software for employees which provides full transparency.

Cons

No, cons. I think its best because once you start using it you get better day by day and also everyone has their own activity records and performance measurement too and moreover the transparency from the bottom to the top is the feature you will love the most.
