Pros

I also appreciate the webhooks although I do not actually make use of them it is nice that they are available. The API is a great tool to take advantage of if you have the resources to use it.
It's nice to be able to provide compensation for employees who travel for the time they are actually traveling. I would like more tracking capability though, for not every employee is honest.
Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

User-interface sometimes look so childish. There are some synchronizing problems.
Sometimes I accidentally put my hours in the wrong category and have to delete and remake entry completely.
Not sure if you can easily edit erroneous of incomplete entries after saving.

Confusing and Time intensive for me though I can see the benefit

This does help us track time billed to specific grants without having to manually review timesheets. A HUGE plus for our Program Director. For purposes of streamlining, I see huge benefit.

Pros

All hours in one place; easy to complete paper time sheet when using this data.

Cons

It takes me a huge amount of time to reconcile my Outlook calendar with the Time Tracker site. I have found that, quite often, entries are duplicated if I make a correction after the time tracker has updated.

I think the best part of this software is the ability to get so in depth and and multiple categories to ensure optimal organization.

Cons

After updating, it is not as easy to go through and search all your hours by associated discipline.

It’s very helpful, I had no problems, it keeps track of my time & I’m able to put in my time anytime!

Pros

It’s easy to use, it’s simple, it’s helpful, & it’s good at keeping all my hours in

Cons

Didn’t have any problems, only not being able to change my email

Time Tracker

Overall Ebillity has been a good choice for our office. We have used it for many years now.

We are a small office of 3 and by using Ebillity, we save time both in keeping track of our hours for each client, are able to include what work we've done for the client and then by automating the billing each month.

Pros

I like the way it works with Outlook. I can add billable time to my Calendar and sync this with Ebillity. It's easy for my staff to log in their time directly into Ebillity and finally it's easy to sync all hours with QuickBooks

Cons

There are times when hours logged into Ebillity during a day, vanish from the system and we have to go in and recreate our time from the day before. There are also times when we enter time in during the day that don't seem to save.

Reduced the time it takes to do payroll by several hours.

Time savings, hassle reduction, increased efficiency and accuracy

Pros

I no longer have to decipher the handwriting of the employees. The hours are being correctly allocated to the proper job. Payroll used to be an all day process and now it takes less than 1 hour as long as the entries are correct.

Cons

Sometimes the sync does not correctly download all hours that were entered and I have to watch out for this mistake and take action to correct it before checks are printed. It doesn't happen very often, but it has happened so we have created checks and balances to maintain accuracy.

Pros

the softwares ease of use - the ability to run multiple reports - that's all I have in regards with what I like most

Cons

I would like to be able to not to have to enter the name of the client more then once when I work with a client - I would like to be able to put all hours in a week on the same line - this maybe due to they way the owner set it up though

Time Tracker makes tracking hours easy!

Time Tracker allows me to keep track of all employee hours and it is great for keeping things organized for HR.

Cons

I have not found any real cons to the software. It is easy to manage and it does everything that I need it to do.

Able to add more that one client in one app and consolidate all my hours to submit to employer. Quick and easy

Pros

Easy to use and very handy. Quicker than other processes. Able to have all the clients attached to one app and consolidate the hours worked is great

Cons

Nothing in particular. Wish we had a reminder emails that we can set up to remind daily weekly or monthly according to users requirements so that we don't miss entering the time information which we sometimes do

Easy to use user interface. Adding hours worked is relatively simple. I also like the color scheme of the website.

Cons

I don't like not being able to see all the hours worked in a month on one form. The view function only allows to view hours by week.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use , I like how I can sign in from any computer or smart phone amd all the hours are correct when switching platforms.

Cons

Phone app needs improvement and when I sign in to our companys ebility page there is still the option to click on old or new , when we don't use the old it shouldn't even be an option and should sign me into the new one automatically

Pros

Being able to pull reports for needed information, I can always go back and get a history of hours that were approved

Cons

Sometimes employees enter time, but if they forget to "submit" their time then I can't view it, some employees might not get paid for all their hours if I can't see them entered

Well built, has flaws, but not many.

Less data entry from time sheets. Easy organize of time spent on job sites.

Pros

The diverse options and its easy link to Quickbooks. The system auto links with quickbooks and it works every time no fail. The crew is able to break down all the hours well. I can edit and correct things easy.

Cons

The time entry is tough for the average blue collar worker to deal with. The hours search functionality is flawed. I can't just show a report of a client's billable hours without fiddling with the filters first.
