Finally a tool that deletes the guesswork and assists you (and actually helps) with time tracking. My billable hours went up plus I was able to analyze my habits, cut back on certain tasks and I no longer have to guess how much time a task actually cost me.

I am constantly flipping back and forth between tasks for different clients. No way can I remember to always stop and start my timer. I LOOOOVE the detailed activity shown on the calendar and how easy it is to adjust my daily report to bill the right clients with the detail they want. Can send it straight to Harvest

I have tried a TON of time management software, and this works the best for me, hands down. I switch between projects constantly all day, so this takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out how much time I spent on each one every day. It allows you to be as detailed (assigning specific tasks in projects) as you want (or don't want). I am a freelancer and different clients require different amounts of detail for billing - it's nice to NOT have to fill in all of those details if you don't need it. I love that TimeBro works on MY schedule and allows me to go in and assign projects and tasks after the fact. It has truly been a lifesaver for my billing!

I work for short periods on multiple items for multiple clients and without timebro, its easy to forget to log the time involved when I switch between, and lose hours. With this you won't. It is basic compared to the competition but the tracking itself is really accurate, which is the most important part (for me at least).

If you wish to connect timeBro to a project software you can go to timebro.de/en/integrations to find your project software. The accounts then will be connected seamlessly and you can import projects and export times with just a few clicks. 

If you are interested in a great integration for your invoices, the Freshbook integration, as well as the Fastbill integration could be the right fit for you. The connection makes it very easy to export your time entries to the software and bill your clients with accurate times.

Regarding your remark: If you open the settings in timeBro, you'll find a section called "Blacklist". This function enables you to list websites and e-mail contacts which you'd like to exclude from the automatic tracking. Furthermore, if you zoom out of your timeline you'll be able to see a less detailed overview of your working day. Hope that helps, if not feel free to contact us anytime directly in the tool.

I do a lot of consulting work for my clients which requires that I read through many documents and write reports.  I needed a way to track how I spend in research and in writing and I needed to be able to split it out by client.  What I love about timeBro is that it automatically tracks what I'm doing and shows the titles of the docs I'm reading or writing so I can easily categorise which client to bill.

Jeder kennt die Situation: Man arbeitet selten lange und konzentriert an einem Projekt, sondern springt zwischen verschiedenen Projekten und "mal eben schnell zu erledigen"-Jobs hin und her. Da fallen manchmal einige der Tätigkeiten unter den Tisch, man vergisst schlicht, sie aufzuschreiben (und damit auch zu berechnen)Ein riesiger Vorteil von Timebro ist die tiefe Integration ins Betriebssystem (die man gezielt zulässt), um möglichst alle Events auszulesen, die ich am Rechner tätige. Dadurch kann ich am Ende des Tages noch einmal gezielt meine Tätigkeiten rekapitulieren und die Stundeneinträge in der Regel nach oben korrigieren. Ich sehe das genutzte Programm und dort prozentual die Dinge aufgeschlüsselt, die ich während der Programmnutzung getan habe).So fallen keine Arbeitsstunden mehr "unter den Tisch", die ich sonst meinen Kunden gar nicht berechnet hätte.Fazit: TimeBro spart mir ein Vielfaches der Lizenzgebühr durch Berechnung ALLER Tätigkeiten.
