would recommend this appPros
It is super easy for my staff to catch on with very minimal training. I love it's ability to track PTO and it's a really great value.
The staff and support always being readily available is great. The software is very user friendly and good for what we need in terms of tracking PTO and billable time.
It is the best time tracking software out there and integrates beautifully with QuickBooks. Solved my problems wonderfully and is much cheaper than the other software options out there.
Pros
The Support Team is very responsive, and is good about following up after a call to be sure we're good to go.
The reporting is nice and clean. They are easy to run the default reporting.
Also, the support staff is most excellent, very fast and very courteous.
Cons
Only supervisors can make changes to the timesheet, so if you make a mistake the supervisor has to edit or delete the timesheet for you.
We have not run into a single negative aspect of this tracking system.
I don’t like the buttons that show that I’ve logged in For example, I have been confused whether I was logged in at first and logged myself right back out.
Cons
I am not going to lie, there has been times when I complained about the software, but it really was just me trying to do something that the software was not designed for - mostly admin stuff.
I used to think the price was to high, [and I still complain about it] but we are really getting a lot of bang for our buck with this software.
Not ALM's fault; but being tied to Microsoft's upgrade timeline is annoying.
