Pros

The software is user friendly and integrates effortlessly with our other software. The software helps us track our profits and resources.
The QuickBooks integration is also excellent. But by far the best feature of Timesheets.com is the availability and quality of customer service.

Pros

I love that it is integrated with our accounting system and all we have to do is import the timesheets for immediate payroll processing. I love the archiving and document features.
It is very cost effective, easy to use and train employees how to use. The customer support is outstanding.
Customer Support is very good with knowledgeable staff on the other end. We have experienced VERY little downtime which is excellent.

Cons

I struggled a little with understanding what the reports were and which I needed.
Cannot think of any features that were missing.
Haven't been using it that long to discover a dislike.

Cons

I got Clockwise because I was sick of using spreadsheets to track employee PTO and Holiday balances. It was always a pain to make sure that the balances were correct and matched QuickBooks.
Setting up charge codes in Clockwise is tedious and if you have an extra space you will get a generic error that the row can’t be imported.
Can not see what employee can see, without support, sometimes makes it difficult.
