Easy, time tracking for multiple projects and multiple clients, expense and mileage tracking, and customizeable reports that can be exported and saved.
Easy to keep track of time with multiple clients and projects. Easy to keep track of mileage and other expenses. The customizeable reports are so helpful for invoicing and for figuring out taxes.
The only thing I wish they'd add is a mobile app. The site does work well on a mobile browser, but an app would be awesome!

I like that it works with non profits in mind and gives us a discount. for the price even without the discount I think it is a great product. Customer support is fantastic. Especially GIDEON. I have talked to him a couple times and he is so funny and so helpful and has even called me back because he found something that could help me more!
I like that it does everything and more that i could possible want! It is easy to use and understand and has so many handy feature.
The only complaint my employees have had is that they wish it were an app rather than web based so that would be it.

Report generation. Time stamp of individual at different time zones. Assigning projects to individuals and get combined report on time spent.
No cons, Notable one is giving option to put company logo in reports and option to design the report templates to our organisation needs.

Ease of payroll - no more waiting for paper cards.
The ease to set is up on the smart phones and the ease to see when they are signed in. I also like the ease to download it to our payroll program.
The GPS does not work so well on the program. We really want to see where people are signing in and out.
Hi Tammara, please call our customer service for support to make sure you guys understand how the GPS tracking works. You should be able to see in/out location without a problem!

The staff and support always being readily available is great. The software is very user friendly and good for what we need in terms of tracking PTO and billable time. We looked at multiple options when searching for a time tracking system and glad we chose Timesheets.com. You can't beat the price!
Wish it would be able to fix some kinks on how to make it more efficient for us.

The chat feature to get help answering questions is swift, accurate, and helpful.
The customer support is awesome! It is easy to use , even from a phone.
Nothing- it is easy to use! When I have a question, the chat feature is always available.

This software saves me hours of data entry every week.
Setup for importing to Quickbooks can be tricky, but their awesome support makes up for it. We invested some time in the setup, but we easily make that time up over and over again when we import our project time.

TimeSheets is much more than just an hourly record keeper. It's keeps track of personal information (contact info and employment anniversary). It keeps track of PTO; its ability seems endless. We appreciate having the ability to store close to everything in one place, makes life easier.

Daily time tracking
It allows us to track professional time and not just clock in and out. This is very useful for tracking projects.
The interface is a bit early 2000's looking, but it works great. Perhaps a new theme or skin would help but it is not really that important.

I take comfort in knowing that all of my billable time and notes are stored safe and I can refer back to a job or client that I worked with several years ago.
The user interface could use a refresh as the design and navigation seems a bit dated but overall pleased.

Ease of use, Simple Features, Great Customer Service.
The software is simple. It gives each staff member an easy way to clock in and out. The most important thing that I like is the customer service. I had a hard time setting it up (computer problems) and they walked me through every step. AAAA++++.
To be honest, there is not a lot that I don't like about it. I have no complaints with the software or my use of it.

It is a great software to manage your company and employee information without doing a lot of paperwork.
If the employee information is not captured correctly then it could lead to an error.

My employees can track their hours and pay in an easy and efficient way! It makes it SO EASY for me to do payroll.
It does all of the math for me! hehe (I know how to do it, but its nice not to since it would be so time consuming) Its also easy to navigate for me and my employees.

It easily tracks PTO, tracks multiple work categories if you have to track what you're doing with your time.it is either a clock in/clock out app, or a can be used as a track your time app. the app also emails to remind you that timesheets are due

Out of the several timesheet software programs that I've used over the years, Timesheets.com is hands down the most efficient. Extremely easy to use, easy to track/modify hours, easy to monitor PTO, sick says, handle payroll and the mobile clock in/out feature is a lifesaver!

The overall experience has been positive. The software does what we need it to do, and the employees find it easy to use to enter their time.
It is DCAA compliant. It is fairly easy to enter time and set up projects.
Not very easy to navigate. The administrator functions aren't intuitive. We have to search around for what is needed.

Payroll management.
Very easy to use. Customer support is excellent. Response time is usually right away. Information is easy to gather.
It doesn't integrate with other software we use so integration is manual. I haven't used all the features available.

So far, very good. Support personnel are exceptional.
Easy to set up and really easy to train staff to use.
It would be helpful to be able to limit access to HR features among administrators. Not all administrators need access to this functionality.
Thanks for the feedback - actually, you don't need to make everyone an admin. You could make them a supervisor and then not grant access to HR docs. This would solve the problem!

This is a simple system to use both on entry and report side. Minor changes to the system would benefit overall.
Needs place for work done by piece to be input. This is a lacking in the functionality of the system. Would be very useful to implement.
