Monica: Well, also have the scheduling feature as well. So on the left menu, we have the Schedules. Now what this does is it gives me the option of pulling out all my employees' schedules for me to review, so I'm going to select all of them, and I can see their schedules for this week. Also, it gives me the possibility of adding time for February, for example let's imagine Gordon, he's going to be unavailable all day because he's going to be at an expo. So when I save this, I'll be able to tell, and if I publish this information, then everybody who has access to seeing Gordon's schedule, can see that on Friday, he's going to be unavailable all day because he's doing an expo.
You can also pull up US holidays as well, birthdays, reviews, so the scheduling feature gives you the possibility of entering their time, or seeing when they're available, when they're not, seeing holidays, pay periods, etc.
