Creating and organizing user stories in separate cards. The UI on Toggl Track website makes sense and easily to use.
The time tracking button on Toggl Plan does not sync with Toggl track. The timer on Toggl plan is shown at the bottom right-hand side, which can easily be forgotten. Afterward, I would need to manually fix the time tracked because the time did not sync on both products.

I have been using Toggl Track for a while now and I absolutely love it! It is so easy to use and the fact that it is free is amazing. It also has a Google Chrome Extension which is great. The timer can run even if you close the tab or browser which is really handy. There are many view options for the report which I really like (I use the Detailed Report). It also has lots of other features which I haven’t used yet like you can bill the hours for a specific client or project (I think with the paid version). I personally don’t use it for billing hours but it is really helpful for keeping track of how much time I spend on different tasks. Overall, I absolutely love Toggl Track and would highly recommend it to anyone!
I encountered a bug or error once. But other than that, it’s good. Maybe being able to create an invoice out of the billed hours and send them to the client would be a great feature, too.

We're very happy with Toggl and are definitely planning to expand its scope within our tourist info center
It was our first time implementing a time management software and we literally had it up and running in less than one day. It's been very easy to implement into our workflows and the data has also been very insigtful
The support team sometimes takes a bit to respond, but we haven't had to refer to them that much so far.

It's invaluable to me as a self-employed freelancer to be able to track my hours so that I know what I'm spending time on and how efficient I'm being (or not being!). It also gives clients the confidence that my time on their project is tracked and that I'm being honest about billable hours. The reports it provides are also useful for me on a long-term basis to plan my work across the bigger picture.
I love the ease of time tracking and the fact that you can track in real time or enter blocks manually. I also like the reporting system and the fact that you can use it on mobile.
I'd love a facility to customise the 'did you leave the timer on by accident?' function to make it more useful to me as an individual. For example, it would be great if you could set it to message you at midnight or any selected time if you typically tend to work certain hours, or after it's been running for X length of time.

Toggl Track has been giving me a very interesting and productive experience in tracking and managing time. It keeps me updated and on the know of how am spending time on my tasks through very accurate time reports based on real time tracking.
With Toggl Track, one can never go wrong with tracking time. It offers very accurate time reports which clearly shows how am spending each and ever minute of my day. The interface of the product is very simple and little is needed of the user to understand how to navigate through it. More to just tracking time, Toggl Track allows me to schedule my work accurately based on available time and day on my calendar.
Am getting all i need from Toggl Track and am yet to experience any negativity about it so no dislikes.

It has been a very highly rated experience with Toggl Track. It gives us an accurate and reliable way for monitoring our work time usage which has helped us become more accountable at work and also maximize our time utilization.
Using Toggl Track is so simple and it allowed us to start monitoring our time immediately after implementation without delays. It makes it easy to track our time consumption in real time. Has very detailed time reports which provides us with clear summaries on how we have been spending our time. Its easy integration with other products allows us to have a complete overview of our time usage during work.
Toggl Track has always responded very well to all pur requests. There has been no issues at all to dislike about it.

As someone who also works freelance, Toggl is a perfect way to track all my projects and the time spent for each. It's a perfect tool to use to send time reports to my clients. Getting started with Toggl is very quick. Feels like you don't need to set up here. You just go ahead and start adding time blocks to your day.
The software is simple and easy to use. It essentially tracks my time in a timesheet format that can be used to send a report to my clients. Basic features of the free edition are already good enough to use. Premium version makes it easy to distinguish billable and non-billable time. Emailing reports to my clients keeps me up to date with my hours and their budget. The ability to monitor my progress on different tasks has helped to give me the details needed to bill for hours worked. It's easy to use, lightweight and easy to read. This can be downloaded from the Google Play store for free and as well as for Android and iOS.
The app version runs slow and freezes occasionally. There are some sync issues but you can just restart if that happens. It would also be best if it's got a manual night mode. Another thing is that the .Mobile app does not have complete control like delete options. You would still have to go to the web application. Other than that it's a really great app!

I've been using this product for years on the free version and would not consider switching to anything else. It fulfills every need that I have just like it is. The fact that it is free is even better!
This software is easy to use, especially with the Chrome extension and integrations! When you start a task, you simply click a button to start tracking, choose the client and you are on your way. When it is time to bill for your work, CSV or PDF exports can be done with ease, allowing you to export the exact time tracked. Filters make it even easier to report on time for a specific client, project, task and include or exclude billable time.
I'd like to have the time tracker stay on my screen so that I do not forget to stop it when I complete my task.

I've been using Toggle for 2 years since my corporate overlords asked me to keep track of my time usage based on which department I was doing the work for. I hated the idea of spreadsheets and having to manually create, organize and backup Excel files. Thanks to Toggl I never had to do that - I just fire up Chrome on my desktop and goto the Toggle shortcut(or the app on my phone or tablet) and make my time entry. It's easy to visualize the time spent over the week and super easy to fix any mistakes like putting in the wrong date or time. And at the end of the week/month/year I can easily export digestible graphs or spreadsheets that my manager needs. And all of this for free. I love it and wish that they would add Asana-level task management so I can justify paying $10/mo for this awesome tool.
I love how colorful and approachable Toggl is.
While not expensive, I still wish the starter app was slightly more affordable for individuals like me who just need basic calendar/tasks integration

Keeping myself accountable of where I actually spend my time.
Simple and easy to use. I use it every day to keep track of work and study and at the end of the day I do a quick review of how I spent my time. I can clearly see how much effort I really put into my tasks and the places that need improvement.
Daily goal setting would be useful but not in an annoying way like Duolingo.

Mainly positive. I've used it to track time as both a full-time employee and a contractor. I've never had a major issue.
As a freelancer, I love the ability to set "keywords" for clients in the desktop app. When I'm on a browser tab or system program that contains the keyword (my client's brand name in this case), it reminds me to start the timer. Love that.
I wish the freemium model was limited in number of products as opposed to features. This would be a better freemium model for my needs, but I understand their business decision as well.

Toggl is probably the longest-used tool in my business, apart from email!
I track every minute of what I'm working on so I know exactly who to bill, for what, and can measure my efficiency across different clients. The Reports function is easy to understand and tweak to get the right data for my needs. I love being able to change the colours and tags so I can easily associate the right entries with the right clients, projects, and tasks! The browser extension is also super helpful.
There are very few cons to Toggl Track for me, but I'd like fewer reminders or prompts to sign up for the next plan up. In addition, sometimes the nomenclature can be confusing, especially when you're only in your own team!

So far so good! We use it daily in our small agency, and every week we review the data, it helps us recognize patterns and information that we can use to improve our work process.
A time tracking software that saves your time! Its interface is easy, intuitive, and gets straight to the point, with no need for extra configurations.
Some features have space for improvement, the Reporting/Analytics section would be more enjoyable if it had some more in-depth metrics and analysis, for example, a comparison between projects tracked - but overall really great software!

I've used Toggle Track for a number of years now, and the initial weeks of tracking my time were such an eye-opener, showing me time-wasting areas I hadn't thought were so prevalent. I'm happy with how detailed I can be with it, and that I have a record of my time each week if I need to reference it.
I love the customization of folders and tags to keep my projects in order. I also love the weekly report that tells me where my time has been spent—therefore helping me to determine whether the time is being spent in the appropriate areas, or whether I can optimize it.
I don't use the features fully, so any cons would probably be my own doing. This tracker offers much more than I'm using, and I aim to explore the available features further as time allows.

With this intuitive software, I'm now able to keep an eagle-eye view on how my time is being spent. Toggl Track helped me to get organized and stay focused. The overall experience—work is getting done—distractions, stress, and overwhelm are gone!
Toggl Track's browser extension is so easy to use I don't have any excuses. It helps me manage my time by providing clarity and helping me to prioritize tasks and project activities. I love the Pomodoro feature, it keeps me focused and reminds me to take much-needed breaks. This feature has improved my mindset, productivity, and health. That's a BIG deal for me since distraction was a major problem. Also, the Google Calendar integration has become indispensable, I use it daily.
I don't have any major negatives—there are some features that I'm just not using, but that really doesn't affect me much. Integrating Trello with Toggl Track was not as easy as Google Calendar, but that was on the Trello side, not Toggl.

I had issue tracking how many hours I was working on different tasks. It happen often during the day that I switch focus from a task to another (ex: a lot of interruptions) which make the tracking of time hard. With this tool, it is easy to just switch task in the website and look at the summary at the end of the day.
I only use it to track my time on my different daily task. The usability of the website is really great. It allow to create / update / start / stop a task in a single click. What I also really like is that I often forget to start or stop a task. When this is occurring, the tool allows me to easily adjust the actual time records of the task. What I also like is the way that it automatically regroup the task having the same name together per day. I also like the label feature that allow me to categorize some tasks. There are a lot of small UI/UX usability touch that make the tool easy and nice to work with (ex: auto summary of number of hours worked in a day, the color of the icon in bookmark bar change when a task is active or not....)
Sometime the icon on the bookmarks is not updated properly to show if a task is started or not, but this is very minor. High level I am very pleased with the subset of features I use in the web app.

Wonderful, no real complaints so far and making the switch to Toggl has been great. We have converted most of our team to Togggl and are excited to bring in some of the integrations that come with paid plans to be able to eliminate some of the admin duties and close some of the cracks we find in communication from time to time.
The lack of ads is wonderful! I use the free version and have found Toggl makes things much simpler for me. The reporting is great and the amount of tools offered in the free version is great. I switched from another product and my reporting of where my time is going has never been more detailed and has helped me keep on track. Tracking time is super quick and easy, especially on task that I do week after week, Toggl stores the information and auto-populates so it saves me those few seconds and gets me working faster. I love it. I also love sending in such a detailed and good looking timesheet each period, way better than just a csv boring spreadsheet. I know we are only scratching the surface with what Toggl can do, hopefully as we grow our Toggl use and team will grow too to be able to streamline even more with their integrations.
The only thing so far that inconveniences me is the inability to export reports on the Android app. I don't know if that is something that is coming to it eventually, or if that is only available with a different level of plan. But I am 80% of the time mobile and need to send in reports on the go, which isn't too much of a problem that I am always with a laptop. But having to go that extra step does cost me a few minutes here and there. Exporting from mobile would be a huge help.

I came across Toggl when trying to find ways to easily invoice freelancing clients and then again when trying to accurately monitor labor expenses for complicated projects. It's hard to fully monitor profitability if you don't have an accurate picture of the labor on a project and Toggl makes this simple. The website is intuitive and moving between clients and projects is effortless.
Toggl is a breeze to use, which is critical when you are managing a number of projects and clients. There's an app, a Chrome extension, a Trello extension, and of course the main website. It can be hard to remember to track time when you are busy jumping between projects but Toggl makes it very easy. I love that you can start the timer very quickly and can always go back and add more notes if needed.
There really isn't anything I dislike about Toggl - it can be hard to get others on board with tracking their time on projects and I think Toggl has offered several solutions to help make this behavior change easier. The reporting is more robust with a paid subscription (especially helpful for multiple clients or when managing a team) but even the free version is excellent.

I used to create spreadsheets and manually enter my time in and out which was a very laborious and time-consuming procedure, not to mention the process of calculating total time spent on individual projects. Since being introduced to Toggl Track I have saved dozens of hours that I would have spent on unnecessary administrative tasks. This has freed me up to be more productive and more accurate and flexible during invoicing and creating estimates for new prospects as well as existing customers.
I can quickly create a project/job and clock in and out throughout the day. This helps me immensely when it comes time to invoice my clients and project how much time it will take to complete the next project/job.
It is little awkward determining the total time spent on individual types of work. It's easy enough to figure out how much total time I spent on a project, but in order to calculate a sub-set of time spent (say setting up a series of projects or uploading files or QC checking) requires a manual recalculation of time spent on each job over a period of time.

It also provides automation workflows which makes it possible to track time automatically without affecting my performance. It provides real-time insights that makes it easy to evaluate time usage behaviours and help avoid time wastage.
