- I like the nagging popup on untracked activity, I also like the nagging on not active but tracking. - I like the interface it is very smooth, colors & interface are relaxing, slick and clean. - Screenshot along with recording 10 seconds videos and blurring it a little to protect the privacy is just brilliant, I love that feature. Other than that, it is a real pleasure to use this app ❤ .

Exporting screenshots isn't available with report, so when I send my employer my hours, he can't see what I have done.

Easy of use and not invading the privacy of employees

The features they are/will be developing are great especially around analytics for the HR manager to drive capacity, the app will be even better. Nothing really negative to say.

The product is very easy to use. The features I love the most are the blurring of screenshots for ethical purposes, the role management system for users and admin and the ability to send scheduled reports to select staff. The software is very easy to navigate and the dashboard is really intuitive, clear and clean!

I can't think of any cons for this product. I only have a suggestion for improvement which is incorporating a system for staff that work overtime so that the pay rate for the overtime charge will be captured properly. Other than that, everything else looks and works great!

I liked how the software manged to track every single employee's time and hour it allowed me to check their performance.

It should have more color to design to the site and It should more colourful to make it unique

It is a very user-friendly software that runs perfectly in the background of my Mac, without crashing or slowing it down. If you are absentminded (like I am), you will find the pop-up window reminding you to turn on traqq whenever you are using the computer - very helpful! Given what I do, it is very useful for me to be able to record my work offline (interviews, analog search, etc). I set my weekly report, and receive it on my e-mail (big fan of automatization here!). Overall, it is a simple, yet very powerful tool that helps improve work time management from startups to large companies.

No cons so far. The software runs great!

Very friendly UI/UX designs. And it was really easy to navigate! My employers could see what applications I visited during my work hours. Although it'll blurr the exact thing I was doing, but at least, my employers could track our project journey right from the comfort of their screen and I think that's a superb feature! I also loved the fact that this software tracks my hours accurately.

It doesn't have GPS location tracking. I believe this should be a great addition because I didn't see any features like this. Also, variety of languages should be available. If you're not a fluent Native English speaker, you might find it difficult to use this software.

From an HR point of view, the report generator is an amazing function. The app really helps understand worker’s habits and productivity levels and provides an insight into the type of worker someone is, whether they can focus on a task and work at it for hours before taking a break or if they are prone to shorter productive outbursts and taking more breaks. This allows for better planning of task distribution and deadline expectations.

The interface is quite bland at this point, I'd love to have more color and definitely a dark mode option. Also, it is not suitable for Linux which inconvenienced some of my colleagues.

Traqq is very easy-to use and has a simple interface. I especially like the dashboards breaking down employee activity. The visual breakdown allow you to digest the information quickly and zero in on potential problem areas quickly.

No cons that I could find. The company is contantly updating the software with new features.

The interface is easy to be understood and used. The UI/UX is made on a high level. The price is reasonable and affordable.

The good thing will be to add multiple foreign languages to the platform.

The best thing about the Traqq tool is that, as a manager, you can keep track of your team's performance and recognize patterns to help them be more productive.

The only thing that I disliked is that if I'm being monitored by a superior, I wouldn't be exactly thrilled with the "sharing screenshots" feature, even if it blurs the content of the texts.

It is easy to use and has many features. They included almost all the features I wanted. The platform gives importance to privacy. The usage is intuitive and the features help me to save time to prepare reports.

There are many similar services but I believe that this has significant differences and gives a better overall solution to time tracking.

I was able to have my employees switch from another tracking app to Traqq quickly. They mentioned how easy it is to use and I enjoy features like 10 sec clips of activity. Saves me a ton of time during payroll. Pricing is lowest I've seen for this feature set.

It was in Beta when I used it so there were obviously bugs to fix but nothing too big.

Traqq provides a seamless time tracking experience. Screenshots are also blurred to prevent spying or release of sensitive information. I love this feature because I can track my activity without worrying. I also get to remove any screenshots I don't want to share.

I can't think of any cons right now. The team is constantly shipping new features and is committed to helping remote freelancers get paid for their work hours.

Time tracking was good for managers and companies to see the productiveness of the employees, as an HR who handled local offices, I see it works best for remote workers. What I like about Traqq is you hit the combination of macro-management & micro-management. We can show the employees full respect, in parallel, they don't see it offensive when we asked about their work during the day, we can see it through Traqq.

Just feedback that: - Customer support features should be re-prioritized. When I need support, I want to go straight to the input field, the customer feedback star was confused. We can pop up the customer feedback star regularly on the app instead of merging them. - As an HR, I would like to send the report to the manager frequently, if we can schedule it that would be best. Or we can send it to several managers at once, such as the Leadership team.

It was my first time to use a time-tracking software and Traqq seems to me user-friendly with the simple set of instructions. Its pattern recognition system is very valuable in tracking and improving work productivity, and there is the option of pausing it whenever I am not working. When it comes to privacy issues, I appreciate that the screenshots can be blurred if necessary. There is also the handy option of adding time slots manually which covers the unexpected work tasks (e.g. done outside of the computer) that would otherwise stay off the record. It's a useful tool for everyone but particularly freelancers often struggling to prove their working hours to the clients. The software's help center also seems well equipped.

So far I am satisfied, but I do wonder if it comes in other languages too.

Traqq has many features that I've loved, one of them being that it shows my progress per app, so I can figure out and have a big picture of my productivity. As a freelancer, it gives my manager detailed reports about my progress with screenshots of the work, so the client can track my time and quality of work.

What I didn't like is that it doesn't have integration with Upwork now, so whenever I have an hourly contract with any client I can't use Traqq for it.

Traqq is one unique productivity enhancement app I have come across. With the workplace fast shifting gears towards hybrid/remote work, this superb communication tool eliminates concerns of efficiency for employers and employees alike. Personally, what makes this tool stand out is the autonomy it gives users to set boundaries, monitor progress on milestones seamlessly and foster accountability which are key features every organization looks out for. Highly recommended.

So far, I am yet to identify any downside to this tool. The principal attributes of a time tracking tool and more are well captured and the user interface is brilliant.

So, was looking for app that can track active working hours, and from many options around found that this app fits best. It is lightweight and easy to use app. Very clean and understandable, no complex features or visual confuses. Very happy that found it, and also big plus it is free and customizable. Awesome app, big respect.

This app is an efficient time tracker which monitors Team productivity and performance by calculating the working hours user is actually working on the assigned tasks or sitting idle, false activity, activity level , screenshot capture while maintaining user privacy. This app also helps in generating reports, adding manual time on request and provides a download option as PDF. This app really helps team get better organised with an improved efficiency. This app plays a great role for freelancers/remote teams as well.

I would love to see the compatibility with the mobile app since it would be handy tracking my team on my mobile when I am away from a desktop set.

The UI/UX experience was sweet; it was easy to navigate as a first-time user; the productivity algorithm is impressive as it also deletes unwanted mouse movements.

Even though it was a simple experience, I feel the software is loaded with many features, which could be a bit too much, but again, this is entirely personal; I think this would work well for companies with many employees.

Easy to use, if there is any kind of bug customer support answers the same or next day (they are located in Australia so that is reasonable). One or two clicks to do everything.

Traqq combines some of my favorite features from other trackers into an easy-to-use dashboard and intuitive reports. It makes life easier for the employer and the employee.

So far, I have no complains. All features work nicely and the pricing is very accessible. A great find in an ever-growing market. Their visual style and ease of use make Traqq accessible to all users.

Productivity analysis as well sending daily activity reports to the management in a very short period of time
