You can manage all the workers within one platform, you can see the work and applications they use, the UI/UX of the site is great and the support is fantastic.

I have no complaints about the software.

Traqq is a user friendly tool perfect for freelancers. As a freelancer you need to have clear information on how many hours you worked for a project, Traqq allows you to record that specific time, then you can export this data to make your invoice and send it to your client. I also like the smart alerts and notifications feature, in which you can choose to receive an alert to remind you to take a break or if you forgot to turn the timer on.

I don't find any downsides on Traqq. I think that a mobile version would be helpful, as sometimes I work on my phone in some social media projects.

The detailed data analysis that is compiled and sent the employer for easy monitoring.

Exporting reports by PDF is easy and setting up email schedules means less work. Quick customer support within 24 hours. Clear user interface, but gives detailed summary. Good to use as administrator or team member. More autonomy and flexibility for team members with just one click to resume time tracking.

Once or twice it flagged an employee as idle when they were not. Adding separate tasks under manual time adjustments could be easier.

I think it is very useful product for the home office workers. It can increase to the productivity

Everything is encrypted and kept safe from any possible leakage attempt. Rest assured, Traqq is a bulletproof solution for those with security concerns.

The easy use of time tracking for the task.

There is nothing that is bad about the software. The only improvement I would like to share is to have a name function in the activity. This helps both employee and employer on what is the activity log in the current timeframe.

The interface is user friendly. Also love the simplicity, ease of use and the different reports that can be generated.

It's a great tool for tracking freelancers for projects. I have no complaints.
