I am a huge fan of Trello and would highly recommend it. 

it was so easy for me to organize my projects and positively working with my team has been so easy thanks to this app.

We used this product for half a year to try and organize our tech meetings and assign tickets. Overall, if it integrated in with Connectwise, this would have been a nice add-on. But as it, did not fit our needs.
