Pros

It was a wonderful experience using them for my internal organizational needs as well as client boards. And it was amazing to have integrations to other tools to keep things flowing fast and easy.
It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties.
Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.

Pros

Very easy to invite new users and members of the team to this conferencing software, no installation fuzz. Good quality of video and audio.
I was initially attracted by screen sharing and the ability to record meetings, which I need for my Quality Management System.
I find it easy to use, reliable and my clients like it too so it provides my business what I need.

Cons

Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper.
And we were not working on major projects, we just needed to cut out the text messaging and relentless emails back and forth.
I dont like how the software doesnt really have any templates to it which can be extremely confusing at times; it has caused me to create my own templates which was annoying.

Cons

Just as if you were there. I have seen other programs with a delay, however this seems to be more of a delay than the others with the same features.
You cannot share screen and camera at the same time, so the experience of the broadcast is dead.
Sign up landing page could be more convenient and more descriptive. No other cons I have come across.
