Pros

It was a wonderful experience using them for my internal organizational needs as well as client boards. And it was amazing to have integrations to other tools to keep things flowing fast and easy.
It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties.
Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.

Pros

Even my not so tech savvy clients are able to review videos and add comments with ease. And the ability to mark off and highlight specific areas of concern is very helpful.
Overall I really like it - I would love for it to integrate with other project management tools I use like Basecamp.
This was very stressful and unorganized. With filestage we had the opportunity to improve this project from zero to 100 in a short time.

Cons

Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper.
And we were not working on major projects, we just needed to cut out the text messaging and relentless emails back and forth.
I dont like how the software doesnt really have any templates to it which can be extremely confusing at times; it has caused me to create my own templates which was annoying.

Cons

Client confusion: Some clients who aren't as tech-savvy struggle. But it's not Filestage's problem honestly.
Ve been working remotely for 3 years and I've suffered from not having a tool to organise the review workflow. Now getting my worked reviewed takes less time and effort.
Cost is my only Con due to the size of budget projects I do, but might be a steal for someone else.
