Overall I've used this program personally to keep track of to-do lists shared that are shared with my husband. I also utilized the program to keep track of job search and applications. Professionally I used this to complete e-commerce website design audits and one redesign, as well as track a yearly pricing update to all products for those sites. Trello made it very easy to copy the same checklist across the different vendors since the sames steps needed to be taken for all 60 of them and our 10,000+ product options. This also helped in keeping track of the pricing updates when it was updated across two different websites and the internal ERP system.
