Pros

The best feature is the ability to automate a lot of the processes which helps the user tremendously.
They've got good deal of features for the facility management scheduling and work orders. Change Order submittings are also pretty smooth and easy.
Personally used for Construction Project, and I can easily state that it is the best software for Project Management out there. It really goes down to the most specific details of the project.

Pros

Great product when taken full advantage of. Really great getting networked data to populate.
Spotfire turned out to be a great investment to increate out analytical reporting capabilities, especially automatic to daily reports.
The software allows a multitude of visualization options and charting types. The built in integrations (with R for example) are incredibly powerful and save a lot of time.

Cons

If you make a mistake in one line it can mess up the whole schedule and is not always simple to debug.
We've wasted many hours troubleshooting connectivity and compatibility issues.

Cons

This was never intuitive for me, so I would just mess around with the axes until it looked like I wanted it to. Occasionally, this would become frustrating.
Support from Vendor in the area of customer service is weak.
Joining data tables could be confusing if not properly paid attention to.
