Pros

We have been using the system for a couple of years now and frankly its really great in terms of capabilities and user friendly.
The software is very robust so implementation can be daunting, but our implementation specialist and the support team have been great throughout the whole process.
Visual Garden is very satisfied with using Workbook. Having all important data in one system gives us a good workflow and overview.

Pros

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.

Cons

We have struggled with the 'exceptions' - correcting user errors, subscriptions. Finance module is unusable in its current state.
WorkBook 8 is browser-based and do not have the same speed/response time. It´s annoying to double-click in the fields all the time.
The navigability of the software can be confusing at times. Especially if you are mostly just using the program for work task tracking.

Cons

The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.

Great for centralizing information!

As mentioned earlier, I think it’s perfect for information management - you can keep everyone in the loop by centralizing information but not cluttering inboxes

Pros

I like that I can keep a record of updates in one place for my whole team on ongoing projects and tasks, so that way I don’t have to clog up their inbox to give them an update - they can just check the trello card to see what’s new

Cons

I’d really like it if it could integrate with the ERP we use (Ajera by Deltek). I’m using it for project management and it’s a pain to have to type in each project and make a card, it would be nice if it could load them in

I am a beginner at Trello, so have not investigated all the functionality. That being said, I can envision, with proper licensing, utilizing Trello daily in my job, home, home business, and travel. Pros

Cloud based - available 24/7 without having to VPN in to a server that stores Project docs. Flexible - create test scripts, PM tasks/timelines, to-do lists, trip planning, inventory Fun - allows switching backgrounds, cute stickers, set reminders, embed links and maps, allows users to give it a personal touch and flair Easy - simple to use, with many templates available online. The seems to be no limit to the the uses one can imagine for this product. 5S - Eliminates the need for post-its and binders full of scribbled notes - just add a note/task/card and it is there in the cloud, accessible with a click for future reference.

Cons

The only setback I have experienced is that an upgrade to 'business class' is required to utilize more than one "Power-up," per board. 'Power ups' are free add-ons different functions and enhancements and embedded links to maps, travel sites, calendars, etc.. I have not yet approached my company to purchase an upgrade, since I do not know who would use these multi-power-upped boards that would require...
