As a group lead, I was worried that when my team comes back, it would be difficult to manage them. And then my colleague told me about WorkInSync. Oh my, this is the best app space management app I have used. From desks to meeting rooms, parking to employee schedules, it lets me manage everything.

I am extremely satisfied with the space management software and wouldn’t change a thing. Great job guys!

No, As per our use case we have enabled only what is required.

This meeting room booking system comes with easy integration with google workspace and outlook that makes it easier to use with the existing setup of the company.

There is no desktop version available with this software, but it’s manageable.

When I started using workinsync, one of the first features that stood out to me was the automated scheduling. If someone was cancelling or rescheduling a meeting, this App automatically updates my calendar. Another thing I like is the amenities booking facility.

Navigation can be improved. Otherwise there are no other cons.

Both my transport and office access management is covered by a single app. So that is good

Nothing in particular, suggestions based on my previous bookings and notification in case i missed booking will be helpful

The features and the UI it provide for the user many it easy to use and manage many things under one software only.

This app must spread at more locations so that every industry can use and utilise it's features manage things more easily.

The fact that our employees can schedule themselves and book a desk, parking slot and meal together is amazing. I personally like the dashboard, which gives me a comprehensive view of everything that is happening in the office.

he app works fine on the web. The mobile version may need to improve a bit. But all in all, it is the best hybrid workplace app I have used

The best thing according to me was, the integration of the product with our existing workplace was very easy and effortless.

More languages support. The product website could have been a bit more user friendly, which will make it easier for the users to understand the different features and learn about the product in detail.

Good customer support, on time service delivery, super user friendly interfaces.

I did not find anything as of now. All positives only!

No Cons as of now, Just awaiting what more this #WorkInSync team can bring in the application. They have a long product road map of this.

There is no downtime. It is fast and interactive.

It would be nice if they add more features like leave management. It would also be nice if the app is available in multiple languages.

Team Calendar, WFO /WFH, Seat Management, Data & Graphs & Vaccination Reports, etc.

All features are very useful, No cons yet.

Managing my office visits and schedule is very convenient.

Constant updates can be a little irritating, but it’s natural since team is working hard to make improvements.

It is easy to use and very intutive. I haven't faced any down time.

Notifications should be lesser, not sure if it is my organisations requirement, however I would like lesser notifications.

User experience is good when it comes to booking slots for the week. Can see a very systematic approach in the features that I have used thus far.

The application is a bit slower maybe that could be looked into.

I have been using the software on a daily basis, the end user experience has been absolutely wonderful. Anyone can use the mob app . It is really easy and efficient.

No concerns as of now with the product.

It has a LOT of features so it is hard to find some of the settings, other than that a perfect tool for any company.

I ENTER OFFICE WITHOUT HESITATION KNOWING THAT THE APP IS RECORDING EVERYONES TEMPRATURE. APP ALSO HAS THE FEATURE TO TAKE APPROVALS BEFORE ONE COMES TO OFFICE FROM THE ADMIN

Its easy to use interface and a single app providing all the features I need to access my office facilities like desk, meeting room etc.

They can add more features related to remote work

An over-commitment means that sometimes deadlines are missed and there is a high risk of bad repercussions.
