Pros

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

Pros

Customer Support are great - so responsive and keep jargon to a minimum, a pleasure to deal with.
Easy to set up, Great analytics, lovely design, easy to use, easy for time tracker to add their hours with just 1-2 clicks, good documentation.
Overall we love using 10kft and we have been able to improve our business process thanks to its features.

Cons

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.

Cons

This software has the worst customer support I've dealt with in a long time. They found a bug with my companies projects and it still hasn't been fixed over a week later.
Inability to define/change calculations/formulas. Enhancement of reports builder.
Well, before I could say anything negative about this product, I would seriously need to give it more time.

Time, issue and cost tracking on tasks. Resource and product management.

Pros

It has been easy for the entire team to check and view due dates and manage to-do lists with Wrike. Determining the exact time and expenses incurred on projects is not handled manually in presence of Wrike.

Cons

During initial set up, it was overwhelming to integrate Wrike with external issues, but now it’s easy since we hired IT support.

Pros

We use Wrike to simplify or daily task prioritization within the team. Kanban board views and labels are very useful for overall task overview. For ad hoc collaboration we use Wrike android app which works really fine and very fast.

Cons

We are very satisfied in overall. Maybe we missing resource management and subtask assignment. Also in desktop app some integrations and add-ons are not available.

I use to create task management reporting which was quite difficult while using excel but with wrike resource and workload management features it is very much easy. Reporting is really easy for my whole team.

Cons

Need a video conference calling. Another issue is with pricing otherwise it is the best in industry.

While Wrike is an excellent project management tool, I found that the initial learning curve for the platform can be a bit steep. The interface can be a bit cluttered, especially if you are using many different features. I also found that setting up some of the more advanced features, such as resource management, could be a bit complicated.

Pros

Project management include resource planning, customisable view with ability to see tasks even on hourly view, financial module, and many customisable functions. The online proof system, is between the bests on the market. It includes versioning, commenting and approving, sharing, status info. It supports more than 150 file types including video, multi-file pdf, pictures, etc. The DAM solution is perfect for asset management, sharing, placing new orders based on the previous assets. Easy to connect with other systems. White label.

Cons

The system is pricy and there are additional set-up prices. The set-up is done by third parties. Overall it takes quite a lot of time and practice to get familiar with the systems. UX could be improved.
