Wrike: Empowering Efficient Project Management

We have managed to be able to successfully transition our workflow from multiple google doc sheets, folder structures and time tracking systems into one system mostly, the account team are great at handling questions, concerns and checking up on your progress in the system and always on hand to help improve usage.

Great for flexibility

We've been using Wrike for about 6 months across our entire department. It's particularly useful when one group within the dept. needs an asset, design, etc from another. We can easily request whatever we need within Wrike. The communication is also seamless, there is a Slack integration which is awesome, so you never miss updates.

This fits companies with over 50 users with high volume of work. It brings a good ROI over time.

Many features and integration

Like I mentioned the tool is great but the support is so weak that we are currently considering switching to either ZOHO projects (we already use other services from the family) or ClickUp (recently used for a bigger project/client as it was wished for from client side). It is really a shame since we got used to it already.
