Pros

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

Pros

For this price level, the tools available are fantastic. One of my favourite tools is the ability to solve maths equations and provide step by step hints on how the whole thing is done.
So if I do not have my laptop on me because I am out of the office I can use my cellphone. My team also likes that we can share our notes with each other for progress updates and team notes.
In summary, it is an excellent application that fulfills what it promises.

Cons

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.

Cons

One of the most frustrating aspects of this program was the loss of information. Annual program updates would lose data from the prior version to the updated version.
The level of familiarity with the app by my team had some people ineffective at using it in the beginning.
I'm confused why it's not possible to integrate it with Outlook.

Pros

Its definitely affordable, and comes (now) as an integration within Microsoft Teams. So much better than dealing w Microsoft Planner

Cons

Though it comes (now) as an integration within Microsoft Teams, to get all the features in play you have to actually go to the Wrike site which is a pain

Got Control of the Chaos and Made Progress

After 30 years in business and surviving covid, our team of professionals running our 180 bed skilled nursing facility needed a new start. We develeoped a plan to completely revitalize the facility while creating a post hospital system of coordinated care in our Philadelphia community. That meant managing a name change, the start up of a Medicare Certified and CHAP accredited Home Healthcare agency, the startup of a outpatient rehab service, and a renovation and refresh of our facility....All at the same time. We needed a system to track progress on all fronts. Wrike gave us the ability to manage different projects and ensure progress was being made even when I couldn't be involved.

Pros

The capacity to assign specific tasks to different team members and track communication around that task creates a culture of communication and accountability.

Cons

I'd really like Wrike to integrate with Microsoft 365

Good for mid-sized teams

The price is reasonable per user per month and I like how it integrates with Microsoft Teams and the mobile app.

Pros

It has amazing viewing options and commenting feature that the team can see what needs to be done or improved.

Cons

The user interface is one area of improvement, if one is new to using it, one can get lost between projects, tasks and folders.

Pros

Slack and Sales force management integration is easy. Start with templates and explode with new designs. Resource management done with many tools.

Cons

Website slow to respond. Software and services need tweaks in some modules.

Pros

From within Microsoft Teams, you can create, access, and update all your projects and collaborate more with co-workers.

Cons

In order to access all of the functions of Wrike, you have to purchase it and it is quite expensive. It also lacks certain capabilities that we need in our business.

It has been a lifesaver to keep us organized and on task with what action items we need to complete next.

Pros

This product has saved us so many times, in making sure that our projects are setup consistently. We can write a note for any step and include screenshots to show new users where to go. It helps us standardize our processes and make sure that nothing is missed in the onboarding process.

Cons

I wish it had more features that integrated with Microsoft teams to keep others informed on the progress of setup.

We have been using the system for several years, at first there were difficulties. Now I like the ability to add images, a convenient comment system, a simple interface.

Cons

The declared add-in with Microsoft Office 365 does not work. It would be better if developers did not tell us what it is.

We have been more organized and structured in our company. We enjoy the ease in creating tasks, sub tasks and using the Ghantt charts to send to our clients.

Pros

We use Wrike to keep ourselves on track with our clients. We have seen a dramatic decrease in unhappy clients and tasks slipping through the cracks.

Cons

I think there are always things that can be improved on. One item that we wish it could do is integrate with Microsoft Outlook better.

Further, Wrike's flexible platform has provided us with greater command over internal and external project management, allowing us to centralize our resources and remove an extra layer of complexity from our team's collaborative efforts by doing away with email and spreadsheets.

Pros

Wrike's many helpful features for organizing projects and coordinating with others are much appreciated. Our organization has significantly reduced the time and effort required for new customer and employee onboarding by leveraging visual tools such as work assignment, time tracking, and more.

Cons

I don't like that Wrike doesn't integrate with other information sharing apps like Microsoft Teams or that it doesn't let team leaders set up tasks for their teams.

Wrike is advanced in the sense that it can handle a lot of work and is great for large teams. You get great value for your money, and it is a decent project management tool for human resource-related tasks.

Pros

The layout of Wrike and keeping tasks organized.

Cons

Inability or difficulties in customizations. There should be a better way to customize layouts within tickets and tasks to give users and admins better functionality. Kind of like Microsoft to do.

Project Management made easy

Wrike will not save your organization by itself. You still need to have project management fundamentals for it to work. It is a tool, and a very valuable one, but don't expect it to be a magic wand.

Pros

Everyone needs project management, but to differing degrees. For a web-based application, Wrike offers the ability for everyone to get into project management without the complexity of using a tool like Microsoft Project Server.

Cons

It doesn't have the integration with Microsoft tools like Project does. However, you can import bulk tasks using a CSV file. Leave yourself some time to make the transition from Excel project tracking to Wrike.

Wrike Helps Keep Me Organized!

Overall, I've been very happy with Wrike. When we moved to using Microsoft Teams, I did not want to stop using Wrike because it has kept me so organized. But now that I can integrate the two, I have the best of both worlds.

Pros

Wrike is very easy to use. Being able to set up different "folders" allows me to keep my different projects very well organized. I also love that I get emails when I have tasks that are due. One more thing that I really love is that it integrates with Microsoft Teams.

Cons

I'm currently using the free version of the software and the only thing I really don't like is that I cannot add my own columns unless I pay for the software. I also wish there was a better way to put my notes in. Also, right now it shows the oldest note first, I would prefer to see the newest note first.
