I like the checkboxes, sharing capabilities and the setting deadlines

There isn't a feature to connect the projects. It would also be nice to have sub-projects within projects

Unfortunately, the free version only allows three projects, in Trello there are unlimited projects.

It has simple and intuitive UI, works fast and has most important features. It works well with simple projects.

It's not suitable for more complex projects.

Interface is simple and easy-to-use. Basic functionality is great with lots of integrations with other services

This is good for simple projects that require basic management. Not suitable for large projects however and you'll probably be better off using something else.

Easy, colourful is my most like stuff here, and it is free to use it.

Very clear and very simple to manage all the projects.

I use it mostly as a task app and i find it so easy to use. The UI is modern and great to work with all day and i rate this product highly. Would recommend to anyone who is unorganised like me.

I dont use projects and i dont like how its based around all this. would be nice to have a option just to have tasks and not projects overall.

Organize projects and task, team work and share it and prioritize projects

you cannot make a task of a task, I mean second levels of a task.

I love how easy it is to add a task or to-do item to my list whether I am on my phone or computer. When I realize I need to add something to my list I can add it so easily I know that important things aren't falling through the cracks!

I wish that I could see my projects next to each other.

Meister Task is a very helpful software for my business as well as for my privat life. The best is that you can have as many projects as you need to and individualize the columns. Also a big advantage is, that you can share your projects with your team or your family and assign the tasks to rhe proper person. I also like the fact that you can check the expenditure of time of each task, so you can check which tasks takes most time.

I dont like that i´m not able to fade out separate tasks in shared projects. I would like to do this, because in some projects i have tasks not everybody needs to see.

Its ease of use. Super easy to add columns. Include other people. Move tasks around between different columns. Makes high level thinking super easy.

it is clear design and easy to use, good overview and enough possibilities to customize.

It would be fine to decide in the first Layer betwenn projects and customers (I use the software to admin projects for different customers) - but I managed it to get a strcture like "customer -> project -> job -> todos".

It is very organized, I can save my projects and track them easily, and my manager can track my work to see the projects in progress and completed projects.

there is nothing at all I didn't like, but maybe the report feature needs to be more clear, especially when I filter them, and recommend giving a feature that I can export the report to pdf to send to my manager to see my tasks.

So far, only a .csv export is available, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets and further spreadsheet programs. I'm happy though to submit your suggestion to export to pdf to our developers. Meister Task is a great tool for keeping track of projects. I use the free version and still get a lot out of the product.

I wish I could have the paid versions for free. I also think you should be able to assign that tasks (to-dos) within projects to different people instead of only being able to assign projects to people.

Easy to great and manage design projects. It's a visual tool that allows each designer to see and manage only their projects and managers can see all projects at once. Projects are easy to create and assign to designers. Checklists are very quick to create and a great way to ensure all aspects of projects are completed and nothing is missed.

It does what we need it to do. No complaints.

Its straightforward layout is incredibly user-friendly, and it consistently produces fantastic results.

The only aspect of meisterTask that I dislike is the limited projects on free version

The design is clean and pleasant. It gives an opportunity to organize projects in projects with their respective tasks.

I would like you to have alarms to perform the tasks before your due date.

Just works, used different ones before, never could get it to do everything I wanted.

I would like to be able to copy projects from the app, but that's about it.

Ease of use. I can create as many projects as I want and I can customize each section within the projects.

Not a fan of the dashboard, I don't use it as a part of a team so I feel like there's a lot of unnecessary stuff on the dashboard. Would be nice if it was customizable.

Easy to use, simple clean interface - small cards - making it easy to keep an overview. It's also great to be able to control how much email the program sends

Little features (I suspect exist) are hard to find / navigate. such as renaming projects, adding projects, etc, take exploration to find. But since this is only the stuff needed once and a while its good. I am glad that the daily stuff is intuitive

The interface is great and makes me want to use this software. Simple things like the clock on the home screen to custom icons for my projects and the task list. The fact that adding in tasks and projects are not a task in itself is massive. I tried other software and apps but they were so cumbersome entering my information became a task.

None, I have been using MeisterTask for a few years and I have no complaints. It is part of my workflow and is a solid piece of software.

Everything. It's easy to use thus makes me want to work and use it often. I like how it can be integrated into the my Outlook.

The least I like is that it the dashboard doesn't list the current/pending projects upfront and center.
