This is regularly a superb item for any business to have. Makes imaginative tasks a breeze.
I also get frustrated sometimes with the way that comments and updates can get "trapped" at a task level and you can end up having to click around for a while to find a conversation.
Excellent proof approval tool, excellent user capabilities and interface, complex data capabilities.
I find it difficult at times when I’m trying to figure out the order of comments. Sometimes the screen gets wonky and I lose my place and it zooms in on accident a lot.
Our overall experience has been great so far. The support staff have been helpful and we are loving it so far.
With any software it is not always correct and sometimes if the software is not correct it can lead to issues or wrong decisions down the road.
Integrations are great, and the calendar capability was really helpful for us in communicating externally what our team was working on.
Some of the features loop to the same screens from different paths which can get confusing rather than having one path for each outcome.
I love the arranging of Workfront programming it's unmistakable and present day. It helps tons by that have some expertise in arranging your ventures.
I have been pleased with the ease of use to track my hours, plus it gives me reason to contact our account services department when jobs are not in the system.
The versatility is amazing. The Workfront installation has been configured for exactly our needs.
It's also nice to get a quick visual understanding of the progress of the overall project and the different tasks within it.
It also provides data so you can see how many projects each team member is doing, how much time is being spent, etc which is super helpful for determining a team’s efficiency.
Really like the predecessor feature that triggers actions AFTER other actions are complete. Solid budgeting and reporting functions.
Workfront has various instruments that give incredible usefulness to the clients and it is regularly profoundly tweaked to suit your requirements.
The most important thing is that their support team worked with us from the beginning to create a platform that best fits our job environment.
This is a great, customizable project management software for integrated teams. It isn't as intuitive as say, Basecamp, but it is much more powerful.
I have very good experience to use the workfront and I recommend my all the clients to use it though it is costly.

I feel like a professional developer using it, my code is always backed up and up to date on a beautiful web user interface. I love how the badges look and how it feels colorful.
Sometimes , build fails after delay of 20-30 minutes and then i get to see the error. This is obvious that it needs to reach that stage first before displaying the error.
It is a great collaborative tool that allow us to manage the projects and ensure the progress is on schedule. The reporting function is very helpful for the communications within the organization.
Some features are missing and that's what's missing compared to the direct competitor.
It's an awesome tools, perfect both small projects on a budget or for large applications that need paid features and great support.
It lacks some features, and sometimes the menus are really confusing and hard to navigate. There have been some occasional crashes too when you need to restart your server to get it up again.
Wonderful community, welcoming atmosphere, pleasant to work with all the employees I've encountered.
But it wasn't made for me, I lost myself easily, and it took a long time to do things that would be faster in other task managers. So I ended up abandoning the tool.
It's good, it improves the workflow and collaboration between developers.
We have been using Gitlab in some of our projects in our company and it´s really useful and powerful.
GitLab is free and open source, making it a great choice for companies looking to save money. It provides many features and tools for users use in managing their Git projects.
GitLab is one of the best subversion control if you are working on any project with multiple developers , it helps me lot to track changes in source code.
Allows to setup CI / CD in easy way, gentle learning curve. Ability to install on premises to have a good level of security.
The folks at Atlassian are genuine code and design artists. All their software is fantastic.
Great Git standard support, easily operation (merge requests, etc), good communty support, modern CI/CD integrations.
Collaboration is made easy among the various contributor and product deployment is easy to handle. Gitlab is actually made user friendly, once you get used to GIT commands.
Fast git servers, integrated CI options, nice and clean interface.
GitLab is Open Source, so trying it is free, and the community edition has a generous set of features. The self-hosting aspect is critical to our clients and us.

It is one of the best if not the best development environment for almost every type of programming language. Especially if you want to program in any of Microsoft's proprietary programming languages.
Before it didn't support python, and I write code in python, and I used to hate VS for this, but now with the new version of V2017 and VS2019. This problem is catered for.
I have had very good programming experience with this solution. The view and layout is nice and comfortable for when you have a lot to work with.
Often the launch of the application is very slow, and due to bad logs, it can be difficult for me to find the problem that has arisen.
I love all of the out of the box capabilities, but also love how quickly you can add in great tools from others (like custom controls).
Beginners will definitely be intimidated by how hard learning everything is.
Overall it provided me ease of coding , useful utilities , testing tools and easy deployments. It is one window solution for a software Engineer and best environment a developer can have.
It can be sometimes unresponsive or crash, and font rendering could be better. But I guess these are both problems that come with it being an Electron-based app.
What I always loved about Visual Studio is it had an IDE for so many different languages and projects like Win32, WPF, Xamarin, Unity, Cordoba plus so much more in one product.
Best IDE so far, not only for Microsoft-related development but with a high price and need for great hardware to give a good experience.
I've been using visual studio for around 10 years, it's the best for csharp programming and also for other languages like nodejs or even python. The linter is great, the way to scaffold the projects.
In my opinion, Visual Studio is the best coding software ever due to it's ease of use, and it is affordable to everyone.
This software has helped me gain so much money with little help. I recommend this software to be used by many people as well as freelancers if you want to make money online.
Easy to use and integrates with most languages also acts great in CI/CD. Also great with auto deploy.
I love the interface, the ease of use, and the functionality.
Huge user base and strong community. At any point of time, you have someone who can help you giode when needed.
Best for teams to work together with. Integration with GitHub has now become much better.
The thing I like most about this software is that its community edition is free and it can compile almost any programming language just with the edition of the plugins.

It's been great having so many templates to choose from and customize. Awesome that it can be integrated with MS Teams.
I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.
Overall, the experience is positive - strong tools, robust features, easy to learn. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have data interact with multiple systems and user types.
Visually did not work for some users in my organization. Was confusing on what tasks needed to be completed.
I am a big fan of smart sheet. Not only is the tool extremely capable for more complex project needs but the service team is also extremely helpful.
A good advantage is the presence of a strong community that helps to find answers quickly. Smartsheet also makes quite easy to share results with teammates.
I think Smartsheet is a great tool for several reasons, but one of the most important is the ability to collaborate with your team in real time.
I especially like the ability to assign tasks to a certain person. The calendar feature has also been great to track past and upcoming events.
You can pull off amazing things if you sit down and build it. I was able to build a completely automated revenue and labor estimator that shows me how profitable each member of my team is.
Smartsheet is super dedicated to project management...their templates are quite useful and run the gamut from gantt charts to expense reports.
It's shear-ability, ease to use, and major effectiveness when project managing. It's great to control every step of the way.
I find answers to my questions quickly in the Smartsheet community and existing templates save me a great deal of time...and make me look smart.
Collaborative; User friendly; Relatively inexpensive; Good Dashboard (once you understand it).
Tools like Zapier make it easy to integrate with, and you can also upgrade to a live data connector to visualize your data in a tool like tableau.

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
Notifications and customizations are very helpful. The ability to add users from different companies to collaborate in a project is amazing, and for me, it is an edge over other similar PM tools.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.
I did not noticed any 2FA warnings when signing from new devices. That's an issue, because projects and tasks may contain some sensitive info.
From the sales team to technical support, the responsiveness and dedication from the crew at Teamwork has been fantastic.
We do struggle to get reports out of the system in an automated or less manual way, particularly the billing side of the system.
The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Overall, it's a great product. Once all the creases are ironed out, it is probably the best on the market for the price.
I like that it is a good PM tool, it allows you to manage your projects as well as add your team. It is also great for file sharing.
What I love about Teamwork is how easy it is to use and navigate. Training new members of staff on the system is really quick and easy as the system is so user friendly.
Overall the product is great. It integrates with our time software where we invoice our clients pretty seamlessly.
Teamwork has committed to adding useful features over time and the team at Teamwork has been a joy to work with.
Ease of use, Flexibility, ability to have unlimited users for the same license fee. Timetracking aspects of it.
Very friendly and fast customer service. I would really like a credit card payment option.
Easy to use, full of great features, budget Project Management Software.
Ease of use for customers. Integration with email clients.

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
The software on my employee's end was intrusive and frustrating to use. The software is expensive for what it provides.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
So the clocking can be redundant and may annoy your employees.
The wee app that it comes with is useful once you get the hang of it. The good thing is that even if you cancel the wee bar, you still have the tracking running which is great.
A couple of gripes - it keeps reminding you if you are back at work if you have paused the tracking - that is a bit annoying.
Overall is a nice program easy to use, does what it is build for and has a good support.
I also still see it on the system tray even after logging out so I'd have to manually close it every time, which can be a bit annoying.
It's very user friendly, you can see the report at-a-glance which is really great for users like me who handles a team of 15.
Time Doctor helps me to effectively manage multiple users. Time doctor customer support response is superb.
So far, I am happy with the services that Time Doctor offers. If you could work on the web and app ratings per projects, that would be wonderful.
I like this software because it is very reliable and easy to use.
Overall i like time doctor compare to others as i saw its integration to other services. The shortcut controls, fast syncing and its dashboard / web page is pretty good.
I like flexibility it offers with managing multiple clients. I like how easy it is to set up and use.
The best benefit that I could get is transparency. I know how long I work and how much I get paid.
Easy to use, quick setup, contractors are used to the concept, great support.
The Asana integration was by far the most helpful. It allows everything that we do have an hourly meter and corresponded cost to each project.
Since the pre sales until the day use, the customer support was really good.

We are implementing the Odoo software and the customer service is amazing. Our team leader, she is extremely helpful and intelligent, asking all the right questions to serve our specific needs.
Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP.
It's great to work and develop on Odoo, it's impressive how fast odoo is growing. Maybe is good to create LTS release for big customer to have more than 3 year of support.
Oh well, it can but then you suddenly need to pay their consultants to have it custom build for you. For everything they start saying you need to pay and pay and pay.
This is a great program for usage in terms of getting all aspects of your business together in terms of important platforms like inventories etc.
The customer support is very bad and we are wasting a lot of time.
The mainly most attractive feature is it's opensource. Apart from this helps you to setup your all type of scaled organisation and the customisation is very easy.
Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).
Grsphics and web interface is awesome, installation is easier, customization can be made. Secure and remotely access, available in SAas and local server, even can be installed on your domain.
We made the mistake of purchasing through Odoo and not a reseller and everything was pretty much wrong from day 1.
We were looking for a user friendly and usable solution for CRMso far we are happy.
Great Software Best balance between cost & functionality.
You can quickly add a new module and remove unnecessary. Compared to SAP, the platform is simply superb.
Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.
Other than this the system itself is an excellent piece of kit and it has helped our business traverse the gap between startup business to SME.
The fully integration is really great. Not needed to use other software.
The way everything works together via API is astounding. I can't say enough about how flexible this software is.
It's an all in one product that has everything you need to manage the business. It's a complete solution at a low cost.

I like that it is very easy to start using and to learn, and the more that I use it, the more I am both impressed and liking it.
It is not fully compatible with Microsoft Office. Docx, I had bad surprises on complex documents and was forced to use Office online.
Nextcloud integration with OnlyOffice Integration Edition works like a charm. Office Documents compatibility is quite good and concurrent editing is really appreciated here.
The bad thing is that I need more space for it now and have to fill in a review.
My overall experience with Only office is good. Our organization mostly have Linux systems installed so it's a great help to us.
It was a real problem when I made a presentation with LibreOffice at home and then presenting at school with Powerpoint.
This is a very great business management system. It provides the ability to access and update business documents online in a very safe and user friendly environment.
At the first times is hard to find how to insert the time activities.
It's a very good choice for people who use Linux, and don't have opportunity to use Microsoft Office. The most of all I would like to mention the integrated chat in the soft.
I love the security, the cleaness and ease of use. The app and site are very clean, straightforward.
The work of the support team is also excellent. Thank you for the great product.
As someone who does not want to use MS products I am extremely happy to still see the "familiar" and clean UI that one is used from MS products.
PDF Export made easy and 100% compatible. Great Tech and Community support to feel in touch with people that really care about.
I love that it has all of the same features of Microsoft but at a fraction of the cost. Ve got the desktop version of office suites for free.
The software does a lot for the price. I find it very useful in keeping on top of my clients.
If you consider for a on-premise Office collaboration. It can be a good choice.
Is a good way to control all the activities of the people in the company.
I like that ONLYOFFICE can be self-hosted. Only Office can read and write Word/Excel/Powerpoint compatible files.

One of the best project management tools to ever exist for it is inexpensive, easy to use, customizable depending on one's needs. Therefore; helps our work teams to be 100% effective as they should be.
Resource management is a bit burdensome with OpenProject, No resource status notifications (we don't know if they are reserved or available).
I love the ease of use of OpenProject and better than MS Project. Tracking tasks is simple and efficient.
Others in my organization find it frustrating for scheduling and viewing overall status, but we are finding ways to work around issues with other tools. We don't need another Jira.
Open Project is very easy to navigate, with little-to-no training needed prior. It is easy to help organize project teams and help triage/direct issues found.
Scheduling and resource management is a bit burdensome with OpenProject.
Great, effective and user friendly, project management tool.
One of the disadvantages that I observe is that it is not very intuitive and that it requires more study of the documentation.
Terrific and inexpensive project management solution.
Copying that proposal project to an active project is then a great way to jumpstart project planning with team awareness of timelines and requirements.
I thoroughly enjoy OpenProject and hope it continues to grow.
Meetings can be logged in their own section, and wiki notes can be captured for reference. Very pleased with the community version of OpenProject.
Good, solid tool to initiate project & task management in SMEs.
OpenProject is an excellent tool for project tracking and management.
Just for task management purposes it's good, but if you want other functionalities there are other better options.
It's used in project tracking and management. It has a simple and customizable interface platforms.I like how it integrate with other third party tools.
I also liked the integrated workflows. The community edition might serve you well when you have only a small team.
I am very easy to use the platform, I follow all the news by the community. All my company activity today is in OpenProjetc.

What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.
The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).
Cross-platform applications ready to use. Amazing open source community built around the product, friendly and helpful people.
For its purpose, I have found nothing about the software that I can find to complain about.
The software is easy to use, similar to the commercial app Slack. It provides good thread tracking and the interface is clean and easy to understand.
A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.
We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.
When i receive message sometimes i miss notifications. When i click pop up window it doesn't begin conversation, i have to find message in contact list.
I like how easy is to use and allows different "rooms" for collaboration for teams. It is a great tool for fast daily communication.
Can be hosted on-premise. Good community support - Apps and Integrations brings great support to exchange data with external systems for software development teams.
Mattermost is intuitive to use and easy to implement in your company. It has a good amount of integrations.
Honestly, the most use we get out of this product is having fun with the wide range of emojis you can add to posts as reactions.
Running the software locally means you can keep a much better eye on its security and usage. Its user management and directory integration is superior to Slack's.
That's a nice alternative to Slack. Managing channels and using the entire product is very easy and intuitive.
It allows all our staff to quickly chat about things without clogging up inboxes or having them on their phones. Groups and channels are great, especially for management needs.
Great for communication and to stay connected.
It is good collaborative tool as alternative to slack.
I like the ability to build very specific groups and control notifications in each group. Was a previous Slack user but Slack doesn't fit with our security requirements and the cost.

Great solution to collaborate, network, and share documents & knowledge with your team thanks to powerful tools such as wikis, dms, forum.
It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

How is this open source. I saw no option to download it.
The software allows me to replace many solutions with a single integrated nice platform. I like the openness of the vendor is one of the biggest positive point for the choice I've made.
In Older version of eXo platform some time it distorts UI and UX but after releasing new eXo platform 4.1 version they are fixed and lots of new functionality added.
There's a free version of eXo which comes with all the features. Couple that with a very supportive community and you get the best deal ever.
I enjoyed eXo very much, as I enjoyed its special and very kind team, with whom I still talk on Skype or other instant messages services.
Attractive interface and full of functionalities. Also excellent support from their community.
I like all the tools (social networking, collaboration, document management,...) are all integrated together. It delivers a great experience.
We started with eXo Cloud, but after a while we needed some customization so we upgraded to the on premise edition. EXo team has been wonderful.
Really like the ease of use of this solution. I was set in minutes and could start creating teams and projects right away.
This is a very easy to use platform. You can try it around in the environment called EXO Tribe - good for a test drive.
You could have private Document Management , wiki or forum in each space. EXo has a great administration pane that let you manage users and define group and permission.
I've been working with eXo platform for over a year and a half. I've been discovering its features, its qualities and the points to be improved in order to create a custom portal with customizations.
Creating customized pages and site is easy for admin. As an JAVA opensource platform you could customize every thing.

Pros and Cons from GanttProject users

The best thing about GanttProject is the fact that it's been around, multiplatform and free for many years now, and it comes with a strong community.
The only problem for my use is that I have tried to pay for it, but Pay Pal keeps rejecting me as a guest.
Milestone tracking is excellent. The general format is excellent also.
Two things I dislike about this: 1. Zooming in and scrolling on the timeline is so hard to use.
Overall its a great management tool and helps you in organising your projects and making sure you meet all the deadlines.
Sometimes the data entry can be a bit cumberson especially when it comes to making changes to a duration which can mess things up if you havent got your tast constraints properly defined.
Trying it for free is a good way to learn about Gantt charts before investing.
The text font gets a little weird when you re-size the screen you're working on.
One of the great "unknown" pieces of software out there.
Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to work with.
The relative ease of use compared to other software in this domain and low cost. Also, the interface is very simple and intuitive.
The updates are regular and it is highly stable in both Linux and Windows. I use multiple operating systems and it never crashes.
Easy to use, but needs some GUI and other updates/features to be really good.
The basic features are very easy to understand and use.
When it comes to building timelines, like for R&D activities at work, this lets you easily determine critical aspects of a project (timeline feasibility, resource availability, etc.).
Thanks GanttProject Team. PS: I rated customer support 3 stars only, but that is because I never had to use customer support.

The fact that it is so customizable is great (we were able to have the perfect tool). The fact that it needed to be customized wasn't so great (we spent time building a tool instead of other things).
The organization is very confusing and is hard to navigate. I've learned how to navigate it, but it's still a pain to find anything.
Very good discussion groups and good community for issues and new ideas. Pretty cheap developers for development and customizations.
For starters, the interface is obsolete and the overall experience is a misery.
Great price (free) for a good set of project task and time tracking features.
It was missing some of the core features I was looking for in this type of tool, and I had to develop them myself.
Good option for keeping teams organized around the work and more budget friendly than JIRA.
Having very limited features for managing large team and project. App integration are not there need to download limited plugins.
When you keep it organised and updated, Redmine brings to you a great set of data to track and forecast your project. With git integration, it's very easy to link your code with your tasks.
There is a Docker image as wall, but I have no experience with it.
I like the fact that it's straight forward and does what it's meant to do.
I'm forced to use it everyday but honestly I'm getting more and more frustrated by it. I understand the limit of the tool and obviously I'm supportive of the open source movement.
Redmine is my de-facto BTS every company I go. I am very happy with its stability, versatility and easy to use for the end user.
The community gathered around Redmine is not so big compared to other existing management solutions. And the last thing and in my opinion the biggest disadvantage of Redmine - the design.
However, Redmine is a solid product that allows you to fully describe project tasks, assign to team members, and keep up with project progress.
Redmine is not as well equipped for Agile development processes. Its markdown syntax is also clunky.
Ever one easy to Understanding this tool , easy to logging bugs. This is free tool and easy to analyzing each employee performance status.
But most of all, it is free and that is its biggest plus point. Anyone, with some configuration can get started with it.

Offline installation, safe code, many many many features (you're good when you use 10% of them), nice responsive interface, e-mail integration, customization, ease of maintenance and backup.
The system is completely useless when you cannot change the currency from USD to Euro.
This is really amazing crm, what make better job on my company! easy to install, easy to use and with great community.
The only downside for me at the moment is the lack of documentation, but it is a small price to pay for the quality of the product they produce.
Yetiforce is one of the most feature-rich CRMs I have ever seen and is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for alternatives to what is currently out there.
Each phase implementation is quite time-consuming and needs excessive testing, but we have faced no major issues.
It's very user friendly and easy to navigate, you can customize pretty much anything you want. You get exactly what they promise - a complete and fully functional system for free.
There is not paid support for this system aparently. The documentation isn enough if we compare with others CRMs.
It is easy to set up and use, nice GUI, excellent and elastic support. They can implement custom module for You.
I can honesty recommend YetiForce as a great CRM not only for companies but also for different organizations and offices.
Project management and product catalog I can find and use easily. All software is like a puzzle you want to match with pleasure.
If your business is small like mine, you can slim it down to suit your needs. Highly customizable with a very large and supportive community.
It increased efficiency for accounting and project related processes, and saved us a significant amount of money.
What I like about Yetiforce, is that although it is a free download tool, it is very complete and intuitive.
Feature rich, easy to customize, ability to create your own modules, fast loading (no shaky screen transitions like my old vtiger used to do), superbly integrated with components such as Roundcube.
It is a decent application that requires no subscription or license fees. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable open source CRM.
It's open source and built with PHP and Mysql, so can easily setup on your on localhost or your remote server, and any other platforms that supports Apache.
It's responsive, so you can use it in your cell phone, tablet, or laptop. The skin has a new face, according to new flat designs, that are not available in most other CRM applications.

I love the accessibility of OrangeScrum and the infinite ability to customize the software to the needs and comfort of all the users within out work groups and organization as a whole.
Someone else on the team complained about the issue. Now I am struggling with the same issue.
The ease of use is the thing I liked most about this. My clients are very comfortable with the layout and platform.
And that the over all experience is just confusing as some other people have mentioned.
This is a simpler project management software that is easy to use with a great customer service team. The price is super low and the layout is very intuitive.
I made the recommendation to use this and paid for the premium version, but that has made me look bad.
Easy to install and nice UI, overall nice addition to IT systems.
Suspicious name dropping on their website about what brands use their software.
Overall, I am very pleased with Oranscrum. We will implement the software into our planning and objective setting and goal reaching endeavors.
What I like most about Orange is the usability. It is very useful for small businesses or office for common or simple tasks to show accountability.
Managing sprint and release cycles to track the progress if product development. So far satisfied with the product.
Easy to set up, and responsive customer support.
Product is easy to use, and helps in daily activity.
It is the life-blood of my company without which I would struggle to keep track of the work.
Our management needed cost effective and flexible project management solution that will help us track all projects and track resource utilization of our teams spread across different locations.
OrangeScrum seems to allow me to do that, the addons are a single cost and the self hosting option seems to be priced right.

We are very happy as we now have a strong visibility in terms of control of costs and staffing resources and we also have a powerful tool for interaction with our customers.
I have worked with this product trying to integrate it with testlink, but experience was bad.
RTL Radio use Easy Redmine to maintain help desk, resources, attendance and of course all IT and software projects. We like the complexity - using all-in-one solution is just wonderful.
Components are sometimes hard to find because of hidden in different functions. Attendance needs to be refreshed everyday.
Easy to use, very graphic and robust, it has all the tools you need for your project to be managed successfully.
The graphical interface is intuitive and some flows are difficult to understand.
They are available all the time and they welcome anyone who would like to have such new era of project management solutions. Please visit: https://www.easyredmine.com.
I don't like that there is no easy overall view, and that when answering tickets with a long thread of answers it actually quotes the first email and not the last one in your answer.
Easyredmine si of great help for our organization helping us to organize tasks for our engineers easily and at a lower price than many others.
Special thanks for the regular updates and reliable technical support. I hope that you will continue to grow and develop.
The solution is more than only a project management, with the modul concept and extensions we use in distribution, back office and production. We are continue pleased to have opted for easy redmine.
Our project and issue management, bug tracking and company knowledge is all accessible through one EasyRedmine interface. We are very happy with this software.
We already use Easy Redmine over 2 years. With the good documentation of the REST API make the introduction is easy.
The good points include all the built in plug ins that are well integrated for project management. I liked the Agile board plug in plus documents feature most.
The system is flexible and easy to configure. The implementation and data migration phases went very well and we have had great support throughout the process.
The helpdesk feauture is also great, our customers can send emails or login to register new issues and they can also follow them up in a very easy to use interface.
The best IT project management/bug tracking/documentation option.
We've started with easyredmine 8 years ago and it was perfect. The team was all about project management, building the software that will work for any classic team with PMI project management process.

Allowing to open MS Project files is a great advantage, even though you cannot save your file back to MS Project it is a good option if you receive a file and just want to take a look at it.
Projectlibre has crashed on me a few times, and that has caused my work to get lost.
One thing that makes it our preferred option is that it cost effective and also has a user friendly interface. More to that i like it s hierarchical organization of projects.
Sometimes, when trying to create new tasks, all the diagram mess up and it is almost impossible to relink all the tasks again.
Also, the printing capabilities, wherein you can adjust the timeline scale and paper size formats. This is the one of the amazing features for an open-source product.
So far as I have been constantly using this product for a number of years now. I think a project header title is missing.
It can be installed on a Windows and Linux computer. Am running ProjectLibre on a Linux computer and it is really the best alternative out there in the market to Microsoft Projects.
Some features are hard to find as not much categoried where it should be, but once you practise you get used to it.
ProjectLibre is a great tool that replicates all features of MS Project to create project management plans.
It is an easy to use and cost effective project management tool.
A good alternative for low budget planning projects.
But this product, ProjectLibre has been a very useful tool in getting things done in the office.
Graphics are certainly attractive. One can shift the whole time line back and forth if the project dealine is extended while still maintaining the order of modules that are to be attended.
Our company is oriented towards open-source softwares and previously we were using TaskJuggler2.3.1 which has also powerful but has it's own learning curve issues.

Java is still the best enterprise language, the chance to use into a container, the overall framework performances are really good.
This is the first software for which I am involved in the development, I have no basis for comparison.
The product is also Open-Source which my colleagues love. The app is very secure, the developers did a great job.
When we implemented Axelor, there was no functional documentation for several modules. Now it's fixed, we can find it on their website.
Firstly this solution is full web, intuitive and quite nice so it's pleasant to use. Then I'd say you can customize Axelor Open Suite without big developments difficult to maintain.
As a young product, it has some functional shortcomings, for example for event management or training, the possibilities are still limited.
Easily helps in Collaboration, task management, time management, reminders and one of the best support team to answer all your questions.
I don't know what I don't like about this software.
User friendly and realy reliable. The produc is realy confortable.
We use Axelor internally and customized for some of our customer, the agility and the stability of the AOP is really the big foundation of this solutions.
It seems to us to meet the ergonomic criteria that we require from the products we recommend to our customers, it is flexible and allows rapid adaptations in a relatively autonomous way.
Low-code helps build complex tools as administator. Axelor has efficient and supportive teams.
Due to the flexibility of Axelor we have been able to use the same product in a range of industries; this has reduced our training and support costs, and allowed us to really get to know the software.
Axelor has managed to adapt your ERP to our specific needs by respecting the cost and the deadlines.

Easy migration from other applications and the lean and clean interface. The support has been outstanding.
The worst feature by far is typography. The emphasis is on the structure rather than the content.
Love how the forms work as well as public sharing, it's just better than Airtable's setup here. Something nice about the cloud-based version.
There are many basic features missing when compared to Airtable, such as Group By.
I probably like the functionality and having the ability to self host the product is very important to be able to fully customize and align it with the institution's requirement.
One limitation of Baserow.io is its relatively limited advanced functionalities for complex data handling or manipulation.
Using Baserow is just a pleasure : the interface is neat, you can integrate it smoothly with workflow automation tools and take advantage of it's open-source philosophy by self-hosting it.
Another, is hidden items. With baserow there is no option to hide items in order to minimize "item headers", but have all item's fully visible in expanded mode.
A great basic product that needs slight polishing to be outstanding.
I love the flexibility and the ease of implementing basic relationships between tables, calculated fields, and different field types.
Also their pricing fits our small/mid-size organization better than Airtable, and the ability to connect to our servers to own our information.
Very nice and easy to understand. I created a lot of functions and it will be usefull for the project management.
Baserow is a powerful and user-friendly tool for creating online databases. It has an intuitive interface, customization options, and seamless collaboration features.

Good powerful filtering and great control of distribution and edit privileges. Dashboard has been added, and workflow tasks helps to identify nee items for your attention with ease.
The 'upgrade' has made things worse. I don't like anything about this package; it is appalling and there are no redeeming features at all.
Customer support is always eager to resolve my queries and the responses I get are mostly satisfactory leading to the resolution of issues.
User interface very difficult to use - no zoom out function for large spreadsheets results in endlessly scrolling through and easily losing your place so the feature becomes hugely frustrating.
Still some distance to travel, Adoddle has improved the general experience, and some further work to the search and filtering presentation will make this the most powerful application out there.
Hours lost learning the system and redoing things. I dread to think how much it is costing the Environment Agency to host.
That being said, uploading and downloading data is also straightforward and with training its quite a useful software in its entirety.
I keep getting emails from regarding projects that have finished over a year ago and no one seems able to stop them, which is very annoying.
Easy to adopt for new users. Bulk Editing is the easiest way to edit the document metadata.
A shockingly bad user experience. Too complex, too cluttered, no guidance.
Very easy and quick to use once you have the know-how.
The worst piece of software I use on a daily basis.
Adoddle is a comprehensive tool that allows streamlined collaboration of construction projects with all project teams on board, through a well set-up cloud-based platform.
Time consuming and can confuse if you don't use it for a while and information can be hidden if you don't know how to refrence things.
Dashboards are the name of the game for Adoddle. The helpful gauge system can assist employees in decisions regarding cost analysis as well as relevant project information and metadata.
Poor customer support led to several issues going unsolved and work arounds having to be implemented internally.

It’s great for financial analysis. SAP ERP is a very comprehensive tool that is very helpful to my companies business to achieve best financial and customer support results.
I have used and configured many ERP systems and with out a doubt this is the worst system money could buy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
A great vision, well packaged product, scalable from 10 to 999 users. It is more than robust, stable and there from 12+ years, benefiting from 42+ years of SAP experience in ERP Suites.
Ten steps to do one task. The service, HR , Marketing section are worthless.
The gold partner support is excellent and ongoing system improvements good.
Has a very limited presence under the SAP Umbrella and very few people talk about it.
The platform lives up to its expectations and has the greatest features to manager a growing company that might outgrow other systems they use.
It is European based and not intuitive at all, so those combined make it difficult to find what you need and get it to work correctly for you.
It is easy to use, good quality , many training support available.
Due to how much the program can do it runs a bit slow. It gets the job done but can sometimes be frustrating.
It's cloud based ERP which reduces the implementation cost, and you can customize the way you like it, as well as flexible integration with other products. The UI is very user friendly too.
The freezing on screens, when I try to run specific reports.
SAP is a financial tool that integrates all aspects of a business together, it is fantastic as it enables assigning of different access levels for users.
Easy to configure, has a lot of applications.intutive user interface.this has got good finance features.
I enjoy using SAP I feel very confident with it.
You can enter your order, follow your invoices, track your budget with account receivables and payables, Also the report are very useful.

Furthermore the chat function and support is outstanding.
Missing automated visalizations and the effort to build up PowerBI connection to overcome this issue.
I like the support and the PMO Academy was very good.
We don't like the reports so much because of the PowerPoint design.
The support offered is from another world. Extremely satisfied with the speed of development and support staff going above and beyond to help us out.
It is perfect for cost and cash flow planning. In addition the handling is easy and intuitive compared to other PM tools.
Absolutely great experience and due to the Falcon we could increase efficiency by 100% (team before falcon 4 FTE - after Falcon 2 FTE) compared to excel tracking in the past.
Works smoothly and is always available. The support team is great - quick replies ans always solutions on hand.
Overall, Falcon is a powerful tool, capable of generating transparency in massive projects, while setting it up requires little time to get used to it.
I used FALCON in PMOs and it is the best tool I encountered so far.
Clear and logical processguidance. Helpfull support and flexible solutions.
We are using the software for almost two years now and it is easy to introduce to new users. It enables us to handle big projects slim and efficient and to have always an eye on the costs.

Pros and Cons from ProjectWise users

I think it is a great platform which can be used simply with secured access via the internet.
There should be explanations & definitions built in to the UI because improper use of some of the tools can be catastrophic.
I really like projectwise for the large projects I work on. It’s really nice to have all files and information stored in one location for everybody to use.
You need someone to guide for how to use. Actually projectwise provided too much functions and which are necessary also, but if any new user will have to struggle to use.
Amazing software for collaboration with other firms.
However, there are still problems with the integration of Autodesk products, especially Revit, Civil 3d and Autocad.
I like the security of this software for storing and sharing important project documents.
We use it primarily because some of our engineers use it, and some clients require it. If you're not working inside the Bentley ecosystem a ton (I don't), it's kind of a pain to mess with.
Integrates seamlessly with MicroStation. Renditioning with profiles to PDF creations.
It can be a little confusing to use at first, but after watching tutorials and spending some time with it you get the hang of it quickly.
Network configuration of all the projects can be done quick and you can start working on projects immediately. Also supporting this product is very easy.
The password reset functions are not seemingly well designed for organisations who require passwords changed regularly.
It is an easy to use tool. Any change made to the project document can be viewed in history also it can be raised for review in the same tool.
The automatic production of 2D drawings with the pdf rendition is high valuable when using Bentley products. The interface for the use is quite classic but people gets used to it.

Pros and Cons from Retain Resource Planning users
+9
I like the user friendly interface very much and how it is available as a desktop application, web application and a mobile app. I love how customizable it is and it also support multiple currencies.
A bit vulnerable for inexperienced users, still very failsafe and insensitive to incomplete data fed in to system.
It is easy to use and very logical. There are so many customizable fields that we can use for anything and the support have been great at helping me get used to the tool.
It is rather slow to use I have to admit. It also logs me out often during a day and it gives a lot of errors nowadays when planning with Roles(requests).
We have it tailor made for our business now and I think it does a great job at helping us manage our resources and bookings.
The reporting functions does not work well per our expectation.
The Skills feature is allowing a small firm like FK to hone in on Staff's skills and thus finding the perfect "fit" when staffing a job using this feature.
The resource booking feature - a very poor experience.
Very good experience, this software has served us since 2006 for 2500 resources and for 1500 projects so far.
Retain is a useful tool for resource planning.
Easy and fast to use, configuration quite easy.
However, it could also be argued that if the intermediate/advanced features were more intuitive and easier to use, the users may be more inclined to try them out.
