Pros and Cons from Confluence users

This tool is an excellent knowledge base. This is the primary use for it that we have, and it does it perfectly.
Sometimes I have difficulties with formatting some of the tables as it is frustrating when it does not follow what you want it to do and it takes a while to correct the mistake.
It is a great great tool for creating documents like PRDs and Information Documents of Projects and then sharing with team members to view and collaborate.
Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.
Confluence is reliable and offers a good set of functionalities and features, the capacity to organize and edit documentation online is great.
Performance over the last 6 months has degraded and it's now really slow. The over-arching user management is really confused.
The ability for more than one person to edit a document at the same time is awesome. Being able to drag and drop the order/hierarchy of pages and nested pages is great too.
Creating a new page on Confluence can be difficult. The formats that are available for the pages are confusing.
Confluence brings all the things you love about markdown and expands on them into a great product that can also jump into the service desk market too.
Very reliable and robust, user friendly, and easy to use, I have it as a database resource and note taking records.
The best documentation and knowledge base solution available. Perfect integration with Trello and Jira.
I love how well is integrated with the Jira ecosystem and their UX and easy to use. It's better for organizing files than other competitors.
And Best part it is Atlassian product so it has great integration with JIRA.
Confluence is a nice suit of application. I like that you can work with several application in the same environment.
Confluence is super easy to use, and the provided templates are truly useful and cover many common uses out of the box.
I've used Confluence (as a cloud solution - since on-premises licensing costs are significant) for a number of years and overall this is a great tool to use as a central point of information.
I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.
Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

Pros and Cons from Jira users

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.
Bad support - no quick reply from the team on the chat.
This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

The best, easiest business software. I recommend for everyone who wants quick and effective solution.
For me, filtering is difficult. If you mark Make Task done, you will have to create a new reminder for yourself - it disturbs that there will be additional movement for me in this regard.
And it doesn't cost too much, so it's affordable which is a good thing, it is accessible online businesses like ours. The most important part is that is fast.
It's hard to name what might be uncomfortable using you product.
Sharing an agenda is also useful since it helps people avoid accidentally scheduling meetings at the same time. Finally, it's fantastic that you can integrate with calendars like Google Calendar.
Marketing and CRM are very poor, suggest a bolt on to Zoho CRM Plus.
It was easy to incorporate into our existing business structure. It has great features like Project tracking and Reporting, the calendar, and the task tracking section.
I have been writeing about disturbingly small (number) filelds several times - no reaction.
In a team of creatives, it is visually good to use. Everything is nice and simple to setup and everything is so well linked to navigate easily.
My experience has been outstanding. My entire work life is in Scoro.
The price is great for this product. We were looking for an easy budgeting tool for our department and Scoro fit the bill.
I also appreciate the software's ability to integrate with other tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Quickbooks, making it easy to sync data across platforms.
Ease of use, advanced reporting. Advanced financing features and quoting to order ease of use.
The recent introduction of the Gannt chart is fantastic.
Ease of use and customization, covers many business tasks, very good customer support.
It is great that it is web-based - possible to connect from any device and location.
Very good customer support- questions are answered quickly and they always try to find solutions.
The web interface is really well designed and easy to use.

Honeybook is an amazing software because it allows me to organize and keep track of all my bookings and projects in a nice, clean manner.
I hate myself for not trusting Honeybook sooner. So much grief and agonizing over my "DIY contract & invoicing system" so many wasted hours and sleepless nights.
I am also a big fan of most all of the templates that they provide for you to help set your business up for success.
Buggy, intermittent problems coupled with poor tech suport.
I love being able to manage contracts, invoices, proposals, bookkeeping, and client communication all in the same platform. The concierge service is fantastic as well.
I also with it would sync directly to ical. I hate having to make it use google becuase if google runs out of space it doesnt tell me and then i have a calendar issue.
I really appreciated how proactive they were to help me when I first joined. I just wish I had taken them up on their help.
I found it confusing to set up and everything I made never looked right.
Ease of use, functionality is amazing, it’s intuitive, has awesome integrations.
I like that this product automates my business process and gives me options to make my processes more seamless. It also helps provide me with a professional look and feel for my business.
But HoneyBook helps me keep all my inquiries, pricing packages, contracts, email templates, and payment details in one place and has been a lifesaver for me.
I love love love the proposal feature and how everything is integrated.
Their customer service team cares and goes the extra mile to not only help you in any way they can, but they truly consider ways to improve and make their customers’ lives easier.
I love HoneyBook because it's easy to use and if I can't figure something out, I can easily ask. The customer service and care is golden.
Very user friendly, they offer so much. I love being able to track my expenses and schedule clients.
Absolutely love the interface, setup and ease of use of HoneyBook.
The ease, the aesthetic, the customer service, AND the ability to project manage for my clients all in one space, including invoicing and bookkeeping.
I love that my pricing guide, invoicing, questionnaires, and contracts all come from the same source and are organized for me.

I feel like a professional developer using it, my code is always backed up and up to date on a beautiful web user interface. I love how the badges look and how it feels colorful.
Sometimes , build fails after delay of 20-30 minutes and then i get to see the error. This is obvious that it needs to reach that stage first before displaying the error.
It is a great collaborative tool that allow us to manage the projects and ensure the progress is on schedule. The reporting function is very helpful for the communications within the organization.
Some features are missing and that's what's missing compared to the direct competitor.
It's an awesome tools, perfect both small projects on a budget or for large applications that need paid features and great support.
It lacks some features, and sometimes the menus are really confusing and hard to navigate. There have been some occasional crashes too when you need to restart your server to get it up again.
Wonderful community, welcoming atmosphere, pleasant to work with all the employees I've encountered.
But it wasn't made for me, I lost myself easily, and it took a long time to do things that would be faster in other task managers. So I ended up abandoning the tool.
It's good, it improves the workflow and collaboration between developers.
We have been using Gitlab in some of our projects in our company and it´s really useful and powerful.
GitLab is free and open source, making it a great choice for companies looking to save money. It provides many features and tools for users use in managing their Git projects.
GitLab is one of the best subversion control if you are working on any project with multiple developers , it helps me lot to track changes in source code.
Allows to setup CI / CD in easy way, gentle learning curve. Ability to install on premises to have a good level of security.
The folks at Atlassian are genuine code and design artists. All their software is fantastic.
Great Git standard support, easily operation (merge requests, etc), good communty support, modern CI/CD integrations.
Collaboration is made easy among the various contributor and product deployment is easy to handle. Gitlab is actually made user friendly, once you get used to GIT commands.
Fast git servers, integrated CI options, nice and clean interface.
GitLab is Open Source, so trying it is free, and the community edition has a generous set of features. The self-hosting aspect is critical to our clients and us.

I was very impressed on how much softwares you can download for this. They are very useful everywhere.
The only downside I found in git was that it had two levels of dependency support, the first two of which were very strict and the third one was very vague: most people are unaware of it.
One of the best things I personally love about it is CI/CD. I will definitely encourage you to use it regardless of how you are working - as a team or an individual.
Github downtime is always a pain to developers. A bad merge is very difficult to revert.
Their search is fast and easy to find open source projects that are well coded. The Github actions for free is nice to have and all the extras you get for free are amazing.
It can be somewhat overwhelming and intimidating when you start using it. It appears much more difficult than it actually is.
Incredibly intuitive, great features, great network effects, great education available, user friendly.
The only bad thing that I can consider, is the only moment in years that the website went down for some minutes, but then, it came back and I could go back to work.
GitHub is a great way to manage a version control system and to collaborate on the same code. There are many advantages of GitHub like the seamless web based UI to manage Git repository.
Integration With Other Platforms is seamless, collaboration is very good and pull requests are nice to have.
It's so important knowing what's going on and these notifications are perfect. It's really secure and the code review process is seamless with GitHub.
I'm very satisfied with GitHub and the ease with which I can work with different branches and versions of code. Github is really great for code maintainability and reusability.
Even though you will never need it, the customer support is super responsive even if you are the free tier. Undoubtedly the best platform in its category.
The ability to manage your code with your team is great and it doesn't cost anything. Their new Windows app has been great to use and the UI is clean and easy.
What I like most about this platform, is the nice accessibility, where I can build my project, with a very intuitive user interface.
The best part of Github is that it is wildly popular. Other than that it has inculcated an open source in the whole dev community.
GitHub is a huge, active community that can help you solve your problems. Its desktop app is great and is integrated into most IDEs and code editors.
I also love the Package Registry service which fast, reliable, quick to set up and use, and has a fair pricing plan.

Our company likes the ability to share content with the entire team no matter where anyone is in the world. Simple secure login from any computer and poof instant content for all to read & share.
I believe the roll out of this new website and way of tracking our progress was poor and has cause a lot of frustration, discouragement and even loss of membership for our older members.
Basecamp is a professional software, but I like its simplicity. It is very very nice to connect with.
At times it can get confusing and files seem to get lost in the shuffle.
I like this app because it is user friendly which is important but most important is the pricing.
You know how you have to have check your email and phone regularly. You can just add Basecamp to the list, but it's worse, because at least you get notified of emails.
The best part of the Basecamp is it provides daily activities updates to both the Client & the service provider. It is very user friendly and secure for confidential information sharing.
Some notes and files can get lost when attached to a task. Maybe if there was some notification or something more eye catching to let the user know there is more to look at before starting the task.
I absolutely love how user friendly the software is. It’s been a great asset as a communication and collaboration tool.
Love the feeling that Basecamp gives me, it is like I'm in a virtual office. It was very easy to setup and start going, the crew loved it.
Basecamp give myself and my team the ability to expand our projects, make to-do lists, set expectations with ease. It highly recommend this software to other Creative Companies.
I love the apps interface and the developers have some great unusual ideas. The flat pricing is also appreciated.
They all love it and enjoy the interface, the ease of use, and the productivity improvements because we're using it regularly.
It is fantastic for managing our team and different partners. Our operations side has also been thrilled with the lists that Basecamp provides.
Name of Customer Support Personnel). Now coming to the software, my favourite is the in-house chat system, its so wonderful, my team uses it for both work and social.
Easy to use, great organization, and helpful integrations/compatibility.
I think basecamp is a great, well-organized project management solution for members who are going to work on a specific, easy to work and integrated project.
Customer service is excellent and UI is pleasant to use.

Ease of use is great, exporting weekly and monthly time sheets is great. Invoicing and tracking of billable hours is also great.
The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.
Takes time to generate some specific report. Integration with other applications sometimes is restricted.
Especially I like this for its excellent dashboard interface. Simple and best for everyone.
Deployment was a breeze, documentation on their website is excellent, and customer service has been good.
Not only was I able to check it out again, I decided to become a paying member because of the great customer support I received. The app itself is great.
The interface is very easy to use, the app provides integrations with multiple devices and it gives great graphs for you to analyse. It's a great app for sure.
The best part about this is the ease of access and the fact that it is free to use.
Overall, I am very happy with the software and I highly recommend it to people who want to time track their projects.
We had a fantastic experience using Clockify and would wholeheartedly recommend it to teams that require time tracking.
I can see how much time I have spent on projects and use this to bill clients accordingly without worrying about losing money.
The time tracker is great, is really useful and easy to use. It allows you to change the time and description even after submitting a new record.
Seamless experience on desktop, web and mobile. Fair price structure (I've been on free for 2 years with my startup).

It works for me on soo many levels and I'm glad to be a user for a long time. I love that they are always making amazing changes to make the software even better.
The only downside I see is that it is difficult to get the app to recognize that you want to start writing. Sometimes I have to tap on it several times and it can get annoying.
I like how it makes easy to just forward and share notes with the team, how fast and reliable is. It reminds me of passing notes in class without the teacher noticing, to be honest.
The only complaint I have about Evernote Business is that it's expensive.
My department likes to use for all types of projects, and they act as a nice log for accomplishments as well. We also can build nice documentation thru this.
Subscription prices keep going up, and features are disappearing. Support is terribly slow.
I really enjoy using Evernote. It makes it super easy to organize all of my notes and the unlimited ideas and thoughts in my head that I need to keep track of, and sort them in a meaningful way.
I keep having problems with the laptop version of the software, as if it was only thought for phones or tablets.
This tool is amazing and makes explaining everything so simple. Nothing is more powerful than a screenshot but the ability to markup the screenshot is priceless.
Helps to track items and their completion, good integration with slack, outlook, helps in better sharing of the information and get reminders.
My experience with Evernote has been awesome I am able to save my notes and they are easily searchable.
I like the ease of use, cross-device compatibility, and real-time ability to edit notes while others on your team do the same.
I also love the company has great customer service and the application is easy to use.
At 1st I didn't like it, then I understood how to navigate it. It is such a nice tool to use from the office to the job site, to the shop, and back to the office.
The best thing about the software is it's easy to use and it guide you through all the processes you need.
I mostly use this on my phone, but it is a wonderful note taking app that is easy to use and integrates across several platforms.
Overall, I would say if you invest the time to use this and figure it out it works great.
Evernote has great tutorials and online resources, but I have had a couple questions/glitches come up, and I LOVE that they have chat support. The price is totally reasonable, too.

Pros and Cons from Airtable users

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
You pay by user per workspace, so that means if you have teams that work in more than one area, you would need to pay for them twice.
I'm a spreadsheet nerd, so I was really excited when I discovered Airtable. It's a database in the form of a spreadsheet and I'm continually amazed by its capabilities.
Collecting projects data like status, phone numbers, etc is easy. IFTTT integration is one of the best features because I will save a lot of time.
We loved the ability to customize our bases for just about any situation.
Love what it can do and helps visually add some appealing colour to data.
Airtable is a researcher's best friend. In addition to being easy to use, it has many options for customization and configuration of the database.
Beautiful Interface and great project management tool.
Airtable is a great inexpensive option to use. If you are on a budget, and don’t want to spend money for a program this should be your go to.
I like the fact bthat it seemed organized and simple. User friendly interface and easy to read the cpontents.
A beautiful task board with powerful integrations.
Very good value for money. Practical, inexpensive and quick way to implement a system for internal use.

Pros and Cons from Jotform users

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.
The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.
Their customer support is very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues with software use.
They are always pleased with the quality, and the speed with which I am able to put the forms together for them.
It has a lot of great features, and allows nearly limitless customization options that really help your forms look professional. JotForm is one of my favorite pieces of business software.
My experience with Jotform is great. It has opened opportunities to my clients.
I really liked that you could use a template and delete areas you didn't need, while added areas that you did need. Super easy to use and really user-centered for easy form development.
Finally, the integrations with other platforms like Google Drive is simply fantastic.
It has overall been great. We haven't seen any concerns and it is secure.
Customer Service is also really friendly, supportive and able to solve my issues straight away.
Love that JotForm allows you to upload fairly large videos at an affordable price.

Pros and Cons from Lucidchart users

Lucidchart is definitely one of the best diagramming software out there and it is very beginner friendly. This is shown in the fact that 99% of the Fortune 500 companies use LucidChart.
The inability to select multiple objects and drag around as you would expect is annoying. The auto-resize when insert into documents and update is pathetic.
The cost of Lucid chart for the tools and benefits it provides can not be beat. It is an amazing inexpensive tool that helps my team visually document processes and make improvements.
The object limit on the free version seems way too low. Sometimes it's hard to register a click on the right element, but no worse than any others.
This is super user-friendly and easy to use and share documents and flowcharts with your entire team. Just started using it with a vendor and quite impressed.
The number of symbols was limited at first, but that seems to be increasing. Page layout can be confusing until you get used to how the product handles.
Overall I am pleased with my experience with Lucidchart and glad I found it in my search to create more robust graphics.
At the end you can choose a specific template, but you may make mistakes by adding another objects that doesn't belong to the chart you selected at the first.
The share option where multiple users can modify the file simultaneously is simply amazing and very handy for big teams. It also provides a big variety of templates.
For its ease of use, sharp look, and great value, I would wholeheartedly recommend Lucidchart to anyone who needs to create a diagram.
It's a competent tool and is great to use due to how user-friendly it is, as well as it being cost-effective.
Great experience to execute brainstorming sessions and great collaboration tools when working with a team on developing strategic planning.
It has all the tools to make it look good and practical. The ready to use shapes and forms and very handy and the distance marks between shapes is quite good.
My experience has been great. It's really improved our training processes.
Great software for flowcharts. Very easy to use and share with your community.
Lucidchart is best diagramming app with great integrations.
More people can work on one document and it can integrate with other product, like G Suite, that I found it pretty useful.
Excellent for layering data with visuals--much easier than in any Microsoft product, and their customer support will readily help if you get stuck.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects.
I love the ease of use in creating documentation that can be used to collaborate with team members. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
It really empower organization to optimize meetings thanks to visualization. Useful also if used by one single person to organize ideas from everybody.
Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.
While the software does all of these things, the Kanban task management tools (especially for teams who practice Agile development or rapid sprints) is its most useful function.
Clean, simple interface; availability of add-ons; customer support; FAQ section and tutorial videos rock.
Miro is my place to go when I need to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team. The pricing model gives a lot of tools and features for free.

I love the due dates and the reminders the most, it helps the other students stay on track so that we all get the best grade possible.
The only thing I can complain about – and this is nitpicking – is the lack of internal calendar.
The paid version is excellent and grants greater access and more detailed reports and statistical management. The kanban board layout is user friendly and, personally, visually appealing.
File sharing and revision management is poor. Desperately needs a contacts page that can be linked to outlook or at least built for the project.
It's pretty easy to use and you fall in love with the user experience of Meistertask. The features even in the free version are so helpful.
As all my workers are remote, I need something dependable to assign tasks and manage timekeeping for each client. Unfortunately Meistertask fails hard on dependability.
MeisterTask was tested to see if it was better than not using any tool for it, and it was a great starting point as we could definitely see how you could improve effectiveness from using it.
When I showed it to executives as a comparison, they said they got stuck a couple of times.
For a very affordable price, we get a great set of features and the tools allow our team to schedule and manage tasks very easily. The integrations are great too.
As I told, very simple to use and have nice costumizations, excellent quotes that inspires me everyday, continue like that.
Honestly, the free version has so many features which are extremely useful. The more specific and less important features like for example Git integration are all in the paid version.
This products ease of use and tracking is brilliant and it saves me all the time.
Great user interface, easy to use, easy customization and great categorization tools for tasks.
What I like the most about MeisterTask is it's design. It's appealing, colorful, and it makes you want to use it.
Friendly and quick customer support staff, and a functional and regularly-updated product that does exactly what it says it will. Love the customization options, too.
I love the Kanban board, having the ability to personalize it, write notes, have overarching tasks with subtasks, and more.
UI design, simplicity, smart but strong enough. Like the integration with MindMeister too.
I like MeisterTask because it allows me to manage my tasks and projects from anywhere anytime. It has a responsive customer support team.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Online time sheets specifically have been useful and easy to use. I absolutely love it and has saved time and money for my company.
Sometimes projects are abandoned in middle stages, which is really frustrating for the professional involved in the project.
The ease of use and wonderful customer service. I like this as an alternative to our prior platform am as well as our contractors prefer it.
System crash issues while user time sheet logins. Downloading errors in reports.
We were able to see when employees were on site and when they were remote, which is a great advantage during the pandemic.
It removes the collaboration of the basecamp app. It is having a difference in time calculation of candidate and admin (as received multiple complaints from the team).
This a best tool for online teams.it helps me in the project management and time trackers. Very clean and simple interface.
Desperately needs a pre set layout of hours worked.
Easy to use effective software, useful in monitoring employees, the budgeting feature is very useful.
As now everything is done remotely this is a very good innovation. Helps employer keeps eye on employees through the product.
I like the the tool, and its been very helpful in tracking my team/employees activities during working hours to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
We have successfully managed the team remotely in the whole lockdown period. The time tracking and screenshots of the screen is a most useful feature.
Easy to use, stable desktop app, great visualizations and statistics, many possibilities for integration with another tools.
It does everything we need at a price we can afford. I've recommended it to multiple business owners of remote teams and they've loved it as well.
Easy to set up use with good ,quick customer service help and advice when needed.
It's user interface is very friendly and easy to understand and you can get number of reports using this application. Lastly it also have a free version to try it.
I have been using this application for last 1 year and I like the fact that this tool is quite user friendly.
Good for time tracking, no so hard to integrate, easy to use.

Brilliant solution to allow me to manage my project resources and monitor their weekly/monthly/quarterly allocation with good reporting.
I get very disoriented scroll in two dimensions through the enormous grid, it can be confusing search through such a large spread of information.
Float is super easy to use and is a perfect fit for what I use it for, which is mostly planning resources and allocating tasks for high collaboration digital projects.
Only downside is that I'm unable to brand it up a bit with our company logo's/colours.
Quick and responsive interface with easy filtering. All of these are great improvments form our previus solution.
It's annoying when trying to put half day tasks. Sometimes the cursor from neutral turns into cursor of completion or deletion without warning.
Way better than any 'to do' software I have tried in the past. The reports visualisation is fantastic too, and is something I'm only just discovering.
Our office had trouble putting in PTO at first; it only worked after I created a custom time-off category, and only then was it available for the rest of the team.
In solving time management and being able to get a good feel of how much time is dedicated to each project, Float has been great. The interface is uncomplicated and easy to understand.
I am using float for almost 2 years not and I am in love with it. It made my life easy when I am working on multiple projects with easy navigation, clean design and easy to understand interface.
Float is super user friendly, very customisable and always reliable. It's our best planning tool we use.
It joins together to do list and schedule, which is really nice to save time. And also very useful to see what colleagues are working on and if they're available.
I have been able to schedule absolutely everything I need to do for the month and what's great is that I get an email reminding me of what's next to do. The support team has been great.
Ease of use and surprisingly robust for the cost. Two features that stick out are the search/filter abilities and the reporting feature.
Ease of use; strong visual graphics that illustrate essential information; good value for the money.
My supervisor set up the software for our division and it has been a huge help. He said the customer support was very helpful in assisting him with specific requests on various features.
The integration in our existing business was easy and helpful to keep track of everyone's task. In that end we had the chance to reorganize if needed.
High Performance, good Usability, E-Mail Notifications, Project Integration to Teamwork.com.

It is a super easy, useful, and simple to understand interface... perfect for the project that we are trying to complete.
Not having all the right add-ons features when editing templates. No clarity on what each block does, no suggestions, or lack of templates to use.
She exceeded all expectations in thoughtfully working through and creating a checklist that I am thrilled to be implementing with my team as of this week.
This is a problem because Process Street's reporting tools only surface the checklist due date, not the subtasks.
Allows the team to keep the track of our customers, to see the exact phase of the journey and the specific tasks. The integration with our CRM is awesome and very helpful.
Inability to set permissions on subfolders without affecting the main folder. Inability to assign templates to members (which would surprisingly be useful in different situations).
Customer service is amazing and quick. Takes time upfront to learn the software, but you have great support along the way.
If i could decide it would be better for me that we payed for a year in advance since that would remove my problems but if the creditcard holder disagree what can you do.
I love checklists, and if you do as well, than you’ll love a Process St.
This software is great for creating processes and checklists that interact with the user. I especially like the conditional logic function for creating complex processes.
The product was pretty easy to learn how to configure and not only captures the completion of tasks but also automates parts of the process. It's a great product for minimal cost.
Its ease of use is in its ability to allow you create a simple to follow processes referencing different online media - such as video, pictures to guide process actors.
It's been a pleasure to implement this software into our workflow.
Fantastic experience as a Property Manager. Onboarding, SOPs, Tasks etc SAVE ME SO MUCH TIME using Process Street.
Conditional logic is really solid. Customer support is excellent.
You are able to write the book for exactly how you'd like your staff to complete things and hold them accountable. The conditional logic allows for just about anything to be built within.
Team is helpful and the product feels smooth, modern and reliable. Overall very good but do the math on costings.
Process Street's drag-and-drop type of APIs make it easy to set up process automation even for someone who have zero knowledge in computer programming.

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
Notifications and customizations are very helpful. The ability to add users from different companies to collaborate in a project is amazing, and for me, it is an edge over other similar PM tools.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.
I did not noticed any 2FA warnings when signing from new devices. That's an issue, because projects and tasks may contain some sensitive info.
From the sales team to technical support, the responsiveness and dedication from the crew at Teamwork has been fantastic.
We do struggle to get reports out of the system in an automated or less manual way, particularly the billing side of the system.
The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Overall, it's a great product. Once all the creases are ironed out, it is probably the best on the market for the price.
I like that it is a good PM tool, it allows you to manage your projects as well as add your team. It is also great for file sharing.
What I love about Teamwork is how easy it is to use and navigate. Training new members of staff on the system is really quick and easy as the system is so user friendly.
Overall the product is great. It integrates with our time software where we invoice our clients pretty seamlessly.
Teamwork has committed to adding useful features over time and the team at Teamwork has been a joy to work with.
Ease of use, Flexibility, ability to have unlimited users for the same license fee. Timetracking aspects of it.
Very friendly and fast customer service. I would really like a credit card payment option.
Easy to use, full of great features, budget Project Management Software.
Ease of use for customers. Integration with email clients.

Customer support was great and really helpful - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] went above and beyond to successfully help me several times, I do appreciate it.
It can suck up a lot of time just configuring and experimenting.
Their support is also incredibly responsive and friendly, and their documentation is good. It's been really easy for me to teach myself the ins and outs of the product and get answers to my questions.
The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).
Good, support are brilliant. Often find the solution complicated, requiring research and dedication on how to set it up correctly.
During the evaluation period I did not find any specific features that I dislike.
This really helps with strategy and helping to inform everyone why we are doing something. When everyone understands the shared vision it makes it that much easier to execute and track.
Platform can be confusing at times. There are times where i cant find a specific ticket for unknown reasons.
I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.
I get a great overview of customer ideas, and, most important, the customers have the possibility to vote, which they have been asking for.
The roadmap feature is very good and it helped to organize some of our project timelines. I like that it's more than just a roadmap, you can integrate with Jira, you can add tasks.
We have had great success at visualizing complex product and portfolio roadmaps, where previously we were creating multiple separate PowerPoint presentations to capture the same information.
Superb product, flawless customer support, fast replies and personal support.
The user experience and design of the product is very well done and he customer support is outstanding.
There's an abundance of helpful documentation, and the support staff is also excellent.
Love all of the features available within the software and ease of use.
Extremely positive interaction with Aha! overall. We're still finding our way and really appreciate the support that's available with our subscription.
The customization and integration capabilities are better and more user-friendly than any I've seen in any product.

Loved it for while it lasted, they offer generous discounts and amazing customer service when needed.
Sometimes i make a mistake and put 2.5, which is wrong because it means 2hours 50 minutes. I also don't know how it kept inputting off decimal numbers.
I recently started using Harvest and I love it. I love that it just shows up on the top on my Macbook so I can easily add time without going on the website.
It is a pain to use if you have little random projects that come up frequently because they then have to be separately added to Harvest as their own job by the project manager.
Customer support is amazing. I really love this software, and will continue to use it indefinitely.
Notifications can't be configured for a project and time off, missing advances features such as billing.
It's quite robust too, so as you grow Harvest is extremely well positioned to grow with you. The ability to track hours for projects or tasks is extremely helpful for those non-total-project invoices.
We were having trouble keeping track of jobs for screen printing from start to finish.
As a user, it is not very complicated which is probably a good thing. For a company it can probably be a decent investment if used effectively.
Harvest is perfect for tracking time, especially on a project by project basis. It is great for marketing agencies that work under retainer and have to report time spent on specific projects.
We love Harvest and its features. From time tracking to billing and invoicing Harvest has helped us grow our business and keep on top of the projects we are working on.
Great tool, easy to use and really helpful to keep tracking of your time.
Another awesome feature is being able to set budgets for every project, so you can have a quick overview of how much you have spent and can still spend on a project.
You can compartmentalize the time you spent on a project and also view on which aspects you spent the most of it ,which is great for making adjustments.
It's a seamless experience. Creating and sending invoices is easy, and it integrates with payment processing platforms like Stripe, so clients are able to pay invoices online by clicking a button.
It's simple and easy to use and edit. I love that I can set the timer on my iPhone app to track while I'm working.
It's very simple to get going and it has integrations with a lot of existing tools, like Trello, that make it easy.
For admins, the info collected is quantified in a very visual and excellent way allowing us to track time and project expenses.

Pros and Cons from Freedcamp users

I like the opportunity of being able to have dialogue with other members of the committee and it gives the opportunity for real time reporting.
The specialty features sometimes confuse me as to what the actual purpose is because they aren't all that intuitive.
Freedcamp is a joy to use, and it helps me keep my projects on track as well as my coworkers. I am surprised it is not as well known as some competitors like Trello.
Sub-task completion can be confusing, as the parent item is not marked as completed automatically.
Another thing I like that others don't seem to adopt is the task views, I personally like the Kanban view which allows you to mark tasks as: No Progress, In Progress, and Completed.
Since I only use time-tracking function it's very frustrating that every time I create a new project I have to manually disable all the ofter functions which I won't use.
Collaboration features of freedcamp are awesome, easy to use and very helpful.
I think I'd prefer a pop out modal type, rather than the fly out from the side method. Perhaps I can change change that behavior, I'll have to look into it.
Love that this software is free and supports both internal and external users.
The value proposition for the price was outstanding. Core desired features are included without a mandatory subscription at the highest level.
It gives us a good way to structure some of our projects and store files which function as a reference point for a geographically diverse team, which is great.
Can have all tasks show up on Google Calendar with a handy integration, and can choose what filters apply to calendars. Simply awesome to use, would absolutely recommend.
The fact there is a free version is fantastic. Relatively easy to use and still detailed.
Last but not least, the support from the help desk is stunning.
Freedcamp customer service was very helpful and responsive when we were exploring setting up the account.
A great product and fits all budgets with basic functionality kept free. And the power users can purchase advanced functionality as paid plugins.
Ease of use: Freedcamp makes it easy to set up projects, tasks, milestones, etc. and then track progress of a project. The user interface is extremely intuitive.
It also many other 3rd party integrations and works seamlessly.
