The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.
Bad support - no quick reply from the team on the chat.
This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
I've been using trello for years both professionally and personally and it's fantastic software, easy to use and collaborate with others. There is also a really great free version.
There are problem with the connection with this software, sometimes i can't login to the software at all and keep showing error.
Really good, I love Trello because it's easy and it only takes a few seconds to set up. If you know what you want).
The ease of use, the non-blocking interface, no loaders for every action is what I like. The interface works like a charm, auto-synced with devices.
I love trello as a better way of making lists and making progress on getting things done. It is also a great tool for collaborative use.

Ease of use is great, exporting weekly and monthly time sheets is great. Invoicing and tracking of billable hours is also great.
The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.
Takes time to generate some specific report. Integration with other applications sometimes is restricted.
Especially I like this for its excellent dashboard interface. Simple and best for everyone.
Deployment was a breeze, documentation on their website is excellent, and customer service has been good.
Not only was I able to check it out again, I decided to become a paying member because of the great customer support I received. The app itself is great.
The interface is very easy to use, the app provides integrations with multiple devices and it gives great graphs for you to analyse. It's a great app for sure.
The best part about this is the ease of access and the fact that it is free to use.
Overall, I am very happy with the software and I highly recommend it to people who want to time track their projects.
We had a fantastic experience using Clockify and would wholeheartedly recommend it to teams that require time tracking.
I can see how much time I have spent on projects and use this to bill clients accordingly without worrying about losing money.
The time tracker is great, is really useful and easy to use. It allows you to change the time and description even after submitting a new record.
Seamless experience on desktop, web and mobile. Fair price structure (I've been on free for 2 years with my startup).

Online time sheets specifically have been useful and easy to use. I absolutely love it and has saved time and money for my company.
Sometimes projects are abandoned in middle stages, which is really frustrating for the professional involved in the project.
The ease of use and wonderful customer service. I like this as an alternative to our prior platform am as well as our contractors prefer it.
System crash issues while user time sheet logins. Downloading errors in reports.
We were able to see when employees were on site and when they were remote, which is a great advantage during the pandemic.
It removes the collaboration of the basecamp app. It is having a difference in time calculation of candidate and admin (as received multiple complaints from the team).
This a best tool for online teams.it helps me in the project management and time trackers. Very clean and simple interface.
Desperately needs a pre set layout of hours worked.
Easy to use effective software, useful in monitoring employees, the budgeting feature is very useful.
As now everything is done remotely this is a very good innovation. Helps employer keeps eye on employees through the product.
I like the the tool, and its been very helpful in tracking my team/employees activities during working hours to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
We have successfully managed the team remotely in the whole lockdown period. The time tracking and screenshots of the screen is a most useful feature.
Easy to use, stable desktop app, great visualizations and statistics, many possibilities for integration with another tools.
It does everything we need at a price we can afford. I've recommended it to multiple business owners of remote teams and they've loved it as well.
Easy to set up use with good ,quick customer service help and advice when needed.
It's user interface is very friendly and easy to understand and you can get number of reports using this application. Lastly it also have a free version to try it.
I have been using this application for last 1 year and I like the fact that this tool is quite user friendly.
Good for time tracking, no so hard to integrate, easy to use.

Customer support was great and really helpful - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] went above and beyond to successfully help me several times, I do appreciate it.
It can suck up a lot of time just configuring and experimenting.
Their support is also incredibly responsive and friendly, and their documentation is good. It's been really easy for me to teach myself the ins and outs of the product and get answers to my questions.
The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).
Good, support are brilliant. Often find the solution complicated, requiring research and dedication on how to set it up correctly.
During the evaluation period I did not find any specific features that I dislike.
This really helps with strategy and helping to inform everyone why we are doing something. When everyone understands the shared vision it makes it that much easier to execute and track.
Platform can be confusing at times. There are times where i cant find a specific ticket for unknown reasons.
I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.
I get a great overview of customer ideas, and, most important, the customers have the possibility to vote, which they have been asking for.
The roadmap feature is very good and it helped to organize some of our project timelines. I like that it's more than just a roadmap, you can integrate with Jira, you can add tasks.
We have had great success at visualizing complex product and portfolio roadmaps, where previously we were creating multiple separate PowerPoint presentations to capture the same information.
Superb product, flawless customer support, fast replies and personal support.
The user experience and design of the product is very well done and he customer support is outstanding.
There's an abundance of helpful documentation, and the support staff is also excellent.
Love all of the features available within the software and ease of use.
Extremely positive interaction with Aha! overall. We're still finding our way and really appreciate the support that's available with our subscription.
The customization and integration capabilities are better and more user-friendly than any I've seen in any product.

Pros and Cons from Freedcamp users

I like the opportunity of being able to have dialogue with other members of the committee and it gives the opportunity for real time reporting.
The specialty features sometimes confuse me as to what the actual purpose is because they aren't all that intuitive.
Freedcamp is a joy to use, and it helps me keep my projects on track as well as my coworkers. I am surprised it is not as well known as some competitors like Trello.
Sub-task completion can be confusing, as the parent item is not marked as completed automatically.
Another thing I like that others don't seem to adopt is the task views, I personally like the Kanban view which allows you to mark tasks as: No Progress, In Progress, and Completed.
Since I only use time-tracking function it's very frustrating that every time I create a new project I have to manually disable all the ofter functions which I won't use.
Collaboration features of freedcamp are awesome, easy to use and very helpful.
I think I'd prefer a pop out modal type, rather than the fly out from the side method. Perhaps I can change change that behavior, I'll have to look into it.
Love that this software is free and supports both internal and external users.
The value proposition for the price was outstanding. Core desired features are included without a mandatory subscription at the highest level.
It gives us a good way to structure some of our projects and store files which function as a reference point for a geographically diverse team, which is great.
Can have all tasks show up on Google Calendar with a handy integration, and can choose what filters apply to calendars. Simply awesome to use, would absolutely recommend.
The fact there is a free version is fantastic. Relatively easy to use and still detailed.
Last but not least, the support from the help desk is stunning.
Freedcamp customer service was very helpful and responsive when we were exploring setting up the account.
A great product and fits all budgets with basic functionality kept free. And the power users can purchase advanced functionality as paid plugins.
Ease of use: Freedcamp makes it easy to set up projects, tasks, milestones, etc. and then track progress of a project. The user interface is extremely intuitive.
It also many other 3rd party integrations and works seamlessly.

It is a great option to manage workflows and it can be useful to develop agile best practices.
A small number of templates are available for use and too limited analytics. Also significant inconvenience is the inability to leave comments on tasks.
I love how you also have auxiliary products like the help desk. It's not the best help desk, but it does more than the basics, and that more than enough.
Bad Performance (loading times). Views go sometimes out-of-sync and require full refresh (F5).
It has excellent customization capabilities and very good reporting. We managed also to quite easily integrate it with git.
Checking mail every few hours is inconvenient.
It has been a very positive experience. It has enough flexibility, the usability is good and pricing model is good for teams starting up.
Sometimes existing data is hard to export for other use.
Hugely customisable, constantly releasing new features, great handling of multiple interdependant projects, good test management features, easy to integrate with other systems.
Being able to create custom boards with custom groups and lanes is an awesome feature. Once you understand the filtering of cards, the tool is very powerful.
Most of all I like dynamic search, with which you can easily find any entry, document or comment. I also like the user-friendly interface with large icons and a calm design.
Also TP is great tool and has great blog so we give to all our new employees as onboarding procedure to learn from TP blog and to get familiar to TP.
The ability to define different workflows for different teams is very powerful, as is the Request Portal, and other more DevOps type features.
Excellent pricing structure, easy to set up, and implementation/training professional services are first rate.
Superb tool for visualizing everything easily.
I like that is easy to use and that you do not need to be a genius to use it.
We then transfered our customer support to Freshdesk and decided to keep TP for the dev team and that's just been a bliss.
I'd say it's not the most visually appealing and user friendly software out there, but the amount of things you can do is just incredible. It's also incredibly customizable.

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
The software on my employee's end was intrusive and frustrating to use. The software is expensive for what it provides.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
So the clocking can be redundant and may annoy your employees.
The wee app that it comes with is useful once you get the hang of it. The good thing is that even if you cancel the wee bar, you still have the tracking running which is great.
A couple of gripes - it keeps reminding you if you are back at work if you have paused the tracking - that is a bit annoying.
Overall is a nice program easy to use, does what it is build for and has a good support.
I also still see it on the system tray even after logging out so I'd have to manually close it every time, which can be a bit annoying.
It's very user friendly, you can see the report at-a-glance which is really great for users like me who handles a team of 15.
Time Doctor helps me to effectively manage multiple users. Time doctor customer support response is superb.
So far, I am happy with the services that Time Doctor offers. If you could work on the web and app ratings per projects, that would be wonderful.
I like this software because it is very reliable and easy to use.
Overall i like time doctor compare to others as i saw its integration to other services. The shortcut controls, fast syncing and its dashboard / web page is pretty good.
I like flexibility it offers with managing multiple clients. I like how easy it is to set up and use.
The best benefit that I could get is transparency. I know how long I work and how much I get paid.
Easy to use, quick setup, contractors are used to the concept, great support.
The Asana integration was by far the most helpful. It allows everything that we do have an hourly meter and corresponded cost to each project.
Since the pre sales until the day use, the customer support was really good.

Since the pre sales until the day use, the customer support was really good.

Clubhouse has been fantastic. Their customer support is awesome and super helpful.
I was sick to death of the heavy, underperforming and sometimes outright horrible competitors in this product space that I had been stuck using for many years.
I love how intuitive and easy to use the software is. The pricing is great if you're a team of less than 10.
Sometimes the auto-save fails and you lose work. Sometimes tickets you create are lost in a void if not triaged correctly.
Overall, I think this is a great product when comparing to other project management softwares. It allows great customizations for your team of any size.
This may also be due to the app being invite-only, which contributes to lack of diversity.
Clubhouse is the best if you want to be a part of a specific theme like sports, cooking, finance or whatever you want.
AFAIK, that's the reason why stopped using it where I work.
Great to navigate between projects, accepts multiple filters and it has a great design. I'm new using Clubhouse but it certainly feels promising as an agile project management software.
Overall my experience with Clubhouse has been great. It's got a nice UI and is intuitive.
Great tool for managing the team's tasks and it's especially good for teams working with Scrum. It offers a lot of customizability, thus, you can change it to tailor your needs.
It provides integrations with Slack and other platforms so it's very easy to stay on top of every project. It does improve the workflow by making the information well organized.
It's been very good and has provided transparency into other team's workload and timing for completion of a variety of different tasks like product roadmap, bugs, feature requests, among others.
Clubhouse has a great community partly due to the invite-only nature of the app, and I've enjoyed the interactions I've had.
The rooms are set up according to interest which is great as well.
Its fairly simple to use, and the lower cost subscriptions have a lot of the features you'd need. It is a good product for smaller teams and companies who don't want the bigger company price tags.
Really good software and great support for integrations. It takes some time for a user to get used to it.
It was easy to use and also easy to learn. Worked well for stories.

Overall, it was a great experience using Jira. We're still using it, exploring it and learning that how to improve our development processes and make ease for both management and the developers.
Especially in latest version of their UX, the navigation sucks.
Jira offers a great task management for the team with a nice and clean visibility. The project flow is very easy to manage and see what is done and what is left to do.
Some developers I have worked with find Jira with confusing user interfaces, it's hard to find tasks assigned to a particular developer.
I believe they do a great job in the ability to create tickets and tag them appropriately.
At the beginning it can be a lot hard to navigate and learn the flows, sometimes there is too much information on screen.
It is a brilliant tool for both tech savvy or even otherwise and We have been using in our company over few years and we have customized to suit our needs very easily and good customer support.
Permission management can be quite tricky sometimes.
JIRA has helped use organized our tasks/bugs and projects for many of our clients. For it's cost the benefit to our business has been amazing.
It helps you manage your projects in a very friendly and easy to understand way. You can see very easily how the project is going.
Awesome tool for agile software development. Everything can be customized easy to use.
Great User Interface and User Experience. The ability to create custom queues and automatically re-direct issues to these queues saves a lot of time.
Overall we're quite happy and now able to oversee the development work by the hired developer and pay them as per their involvement and progress.
A great number of functionalities. On the basic level is intuitive.
A huge number of plugins. Customer service - in terms of personal help to do something.
Initially I liked Jira a lot - some things are very easy, and the set up is basically instant. It lets you integrate many things in one place.
Also bug reporting and fixing became easy, and also you can make integrations with many apps and tools like slack ,github and many more.
At first sight, the abundance of features might seems daunting, but Jira is a tool definitely worth investing time into as it quickly turns into might weapon in hands of experienced user.

The best part is You can import everything from JIRA, within just 5 minutes. Special mention to the ZOHO Support team and Demo team, they did a amazing job in helping us move into ZOHO Sprints.
Its very annoying to calculate every user's individual project's timesheet to know a month's performance.
Benefits of simplicity, what I like the most. I solved the problem to have to think about project management software at a very good price.
Compared to other project management softwares, the user interface design seemed little dull.
We also love the visibility it provides to our project sponsors. We have a lot to learn about implementing agile project management, and this product really made it fun and effective.
Difficult to create work items as there's no duplicate function.
It's a good devtool, the interface is nice and the user experience is good.
A missed attempt at agile project management software.
We are making a company enhancement project as our first Sprints Aproach, and doing it with Sprints it's a great help.
The ability to easily turn feed messages into a work item is amazing. Also the integration with Zoho Desk and many other apps is very valuable.
Awesome Buy, would definitely recommend to peer group.
Its a best fit for our projects that require an agile approach; simple, easy to use, works for agile teams.
My requirement was a simple project tracking tool, and Zoho Sprints was the perfect fit.
Very easy to plan, assign, manage tasks, reports. Nice to crosswalk between Zoho Sprints to Zoho projects features.
Intuitive software with good feature to price ratio.
I like complete integration with mails to access this application.
It's energy, the ease of use and the overall stylish looks.
For us the integration with bitbucket was key, as well as the integration with a service desk (zoho desk).

The time tracking is fenomenal, the user interface and the organisation are without a doubt the best. Some features are still chunky, but my overall expeience is really good.
It is really hard to maintain track of who is with each task, the calendar interface is really awkward and hard.
Excellent software for progress management and task and project billing.
The bad part about runrun.it is that you have to spend sometime watching the tutorials before actually use the software.
I really like the interactivity in real time inside the software. It works like a corporate Facebook where everyone can keep up with what the coworker is doing.
I miss a way to have recurring, ongoing tasks related to repetitive processes and routines in the same page, but in different areas from the tasks specially related to a project.
My experience with Runrun.it, after learning how to use, was good.
Sometimes the plugins or features don't work properly. Timer counter stops unexpectedly.
I like the learning curve for our onboarding with new users. It's straightforward and they get it really fast.
Optimizing Workflows with Seamless Task Management.
It was very good while it was the only tool I knew, but we were also required to have an excel table in order to be able to create analyzes on top of the kanban data.
It is easy to use and fast to learn. The team is working closely and we have last rework since we implement runrun.

What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.
The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).
Cross-platform applications ready to use. Amazing open source community built around the product, friendly and helpful people.
For its purpose, I have found nothing about the software that I can find to complain about.
The software is easy to use, similar to the commercial app Slack. It provides good thread tracking and the interface is clean and easy to understand.
A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.
We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.
When i receive message sometimes i miss notifications. When i click pop up window it doesn't begin conversation, i have to find message in contact list.
I like how easy is to use and allows different "rooms" for collaboration for teams. It is a great tool for fast daily communication.
Can be hosted on-premise. Good community support - Apps and Integrations brings great support to exchange data with external systems for software development teams.
Mattermost is intuitive to use and easy to implement in your company. It has a good amount of integrations.
Honestly, the most use we get out of this product is having fun with the wide range of emojis you can add to posts as reactions.
Running the software locally means you can keep a much better eye on its security and usage. Its user management and directory integration is superior to Slack's.
That's a nice alternative to Slack. Managing channels and using the entire product is very easy and intuitive.
It allows all our staff to quickly chat about things without clogging up inboxes or having them on their phones. Groups and channels are great, especially for management needs.
Great for communication and to stay connected.
It is good collaborative tool as alternative to slack.
I like the ability to build very specific groups and control notifications in each group. Was a previous Slack user but Slack doesn't fit with our security requirements and the cost.

I had to make sure to tell my coworkers to use the email I added to make an account before clicking my link but that’s just to say that there will be problems if they sign into a different account.
I like that the software is easy to use, but has many powerful tools and features. If you just want to create a simple kanban, it is very easy to set up.
The current layout seems not engaging enough, there's lack of colors, and not as engaging.
I really like to have a quick answer from the support team of Hygger, they are always ready to help, they are very supportive.
I don't know yet, maybe the lack for deleting entities, many things can not be deleted but archived.
The timeline view is excellent for planning and tracking projects with multiple phases. Lastly the prioritization methods are a great tool for identifying where your efforts need to be placed.
It has something to do with the transactions in Dollars and its difficult to understand, whether the plan is set up or not.
Among other very nice features, the priorization matrixes (ICE, Eisenhower etc), and the deep integration between multi-lane Kanban with Gantt views is a total win for us.
All feature is free, a very interesting and attractive feature. 100MB of internal storage and integration with all major platforms.
There are several reasons: it is very easy to use, you can easily use the scrum methodology, there are many pre-set templates and customer support is fantastic.
Overall, great user experience without compromising important functions.
The experiences is very good, the platform has everything our team need and they also are open to receive feedback and release new features.
Great product for entry-level product management.
A very good agile kanban board and I like it using. It is very simple and easy to use for most of the parts, but need some UI improvement and feels kind of heavy on my pc and mobile.
The software has a clear interface and doesn’t distract me with other features it has. I believe that if I need more than Kanban, Hygger will provide it to me.

We work with several people and it's easy to see who's working on which project and what we have to do each day. It works perfectly and I'm glad to see a more structured environment at the office.
I have leaved the software because my team prefer gitlab but I miss all the organisation features.
Also, the team behind Vivify Scrum are responsive, personable and helpful, they listen to their customers and are always improving the product. Decent integrations with other platforms too.
It’s really hard finding and discovering the features.
Great to use with the development of software products. Covers great variety of features that one would want in their agile development process.
Also some clicks, text edits, and mouse drags don't register sometimes when you expect it ... seems to be just S/W polishing required.
The ability to try out VivifyScrum for free was great, since we are just starting up our company, and we wanted to keep costs low.
I found it a little bit difficult to nest subtasks.
I liked the fact that is a really complete solution, with a great design and complete reports.
Visually very simply organized, so no need to fuss over cool animations, for those of you who are over-thinkers. It has great over all UX design, things are put into comfortable places.
I like VivifyScrum because it is highly customizable to meet varying desires such as team collaboration and project management. VivifyScrum also has great customer support.
Certain features are extensively used by our team and works perfect for us like reviewing older stories, adding checkpoints, project timeline, burndown charts etc.
Vivifyscrum is an excellent user friendly and very intuitive agile project management tool.
I like how organized it and how it is easy to navigate around the software.
Great Product, easy to use for Agile Project management.
As a community manager in a small business, I require a robust solution that can handle all the projects in one secure place. That is why I implemented VivifyScrum.
We use scrum on projects and vivify scrum really helps get an overall view of project status and track hours invested.
Big feature lists and API access helps in making custom solutions.

Happy Customer as always, Nice dedicated support team and wish to get more enhance similar smart feature in near future.
However, there have been a few downsides to the software. It can be slow at times and there have been instances where I've had trouble with the accuracy of my time tracking.
I like that it is very affordable and that for the basic needs of timesheet tracking it is very affordable and works very well.
I don´t want to track the GPS of my users, so it´s useless for me and raises eyebrows of my users. Admin interface could be clearer.
Best time tracker tool that helps manage time effectively. Makes it easier for the seniors to measure and allocate the work.
There was never anything that could be a problem.
I hope it continues like this, I totally recommend it.
No count of keystrokes and mouse clicks yet (but they say they will add it).
THe UI is also good and easy to understand with a shallow learning curve.
It makes tracking time easy and convenient. I can also improve on my productivity by being able to determine time worked versus time spent on leisure.
Solid technology that has developer-centric integrations.
Trackabi is a great time tracking software with huge functionality for a democratic price, it's not inferior to similar services.
A couple of colleagues to whom I've recommended Trackabi to have also become quick fans of it.
It is intuitive software and easy to understand.
Now you have Trackabi hit the market that does everything you need and more. If you are in the web development industry you can even integrate your GIT commits to track progress and much more.
Very easy to use and get the information needed.
Features such as one-click timer, personal leave schedule, estimated time and budget, user roles are very helpful.
Need to upgrade the customer support and after sales service.

Pros and Cons from Forecast users

Forecast's customer support is one of the best I have ever had to work with. Second would be the ease of use for staff to help plan out projects and timelines.
Not usable on mobile devices, and disappointed by the aggressive upselling and hidden cancellation terms.
Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition.
I think the feature that is missing the most is being able to see on the scheduler that the resource was already allocated with tasks in the projects.
It was worth taking the time to set up my programme properly so that I get the best from the available functionality.
The budget pages are a bit confusing and it's a bit tedious to update task and time entries. It's quite expensive for a large team.
This software automates a lot of things in our planning / controlling / time reporting. If there are ever any problems, the outstanding customer support will gladly help out.
The learning curve is very steep, even though I am tech savvy person, I found it difficult to begin with. I feel it has too many ways of achieveing the same outcome.
Intuitive, thoughtful layout and architecture that is seamless and easy to use. No need for timely project management investment or to rework agency structure to fit the tool.
Ease of use and clear overviews. The design is very clean and the UX is topnotch.
I like the fact that you don't have to save the hours and it automatically updates when the value is entered into the slot.
Good easy to understand visuals with plenty of colour ques. Easy to manipulate timeframes and shuffle tasks with only a few mouse clicks.
It helped me to save time and I could keep track of the many projects the team had and prioritize them. Very suitable as well if there is a variety of projects and you need some organization.
Have yet to experiment with it, but could hold some awesome potential for custom integrations.
It is easy to use and the overall look of the platform is great.
It doesn't make time tracking or project management feel like such a chore. I'm really happy with Forecast.
Was good for budgeting and basic project tracking features.
The workflow view was helpful to our web developers because they were used to using that type of system.

Its Dashboard widgets and agile boards are super useful and easy to use. Many of the fields are super configurable to allow for a very personalized integration.
I have not come across anything that I feel is negative about this software but I think the admins here might need more training because I am not getting all of the notifications I need.
I'm glad it exists, it looks nice enough to convince the management and knows enough to satisfy most of the developers too.
I dislike that users (not the IT people, the lay person) cannot edit their own tickets after submitting without IT enabling the option.
Great super search feature and also good workflow customization.
Still has some bugs, glitches and UX issues that can be rather annoying at times.
The user interface and supporting agile are wonderful on this tracking system.
Monitoring, tracking and searching for work is difficult.
I like the ability to see Agile Boards related to our product sprints. I like being able to add screenshots or videos of bugs easily for our development team to use.
Ease of deployment comes first, the integration with TeamCity (CI) and the IDEA IDE itself is another thing worth mentioning, I also like the Android app.
YouTrack was firts in all out categories, like: easy to use and administrate, flexible, powerful and reporting system and value (features/cost).
Have a great and smart search tool , you can search by more than one criteria in the same time and in one input by separate it by specials characters. Have dynamic/ customize ticket workflow.
YouTrack is very useful in helping us track and work on bug fixes for legacy product.
A lot of custom fields and options to customize issue tracking experience. Great customer support from Jetbrains.
Integration without problems, the look and functionality of the application. Using @ guarantees collaboration, the individual posts resemble a social network and not a working tool.
Pricing is based on storage so that is really very helpful. You can do custom queries to search for bugs, and my team uses it every day during the agile meetings.
This software is easy to use and doesn't take too long to learn. I was up and running within an hour of getting my rights to it.
After fixing the tickets you can also change the state of those ticket as Fixed and then after support team can easily test it and if it is fixed then tester can easily change the state to veified.

This suite is just as good, if not better than IBM's or HP's suites. I've now worked with all three and can easily recommend this for all but the most complex and complicated organizations.
Too bad it does not have copy features for workflows etc from 1 project to another.
Excellent company to do business with in all aspects. Outstanding Sales, Service, and Product.
Very occasionally can be slow, for no apparent reason. Validation against AD can be difficult to setup.
Very good keep up the great work you guys are doing including development team, customer support(Adam stand out in his response) very positive team.
Misunderstanding the designed use compared to their personal opinion.
Again we have been very pleased with the number of features and ease of use, not to mention its integration with SpiraTeam.
One of our number 1 complaints from Managers that use the system including myself is that we can't easily get data out of the system.
So far, we would highly recommend the product and the company. It is a great light-weight alternative to HP Quality Center, which we also evaluated.
Strongly recommend it, it provides much more functionality than expected, and the support team is awesome.
Spira is a very good QA tool. It is very easy to use and very nice documents to follow.
We are eager to also adopt the other modules, especially incident management and requirements management, to benefit from the traceability between all the different artifacts we manage.
Excellent support even during the weekends. Very good integration facilities offerd.
Fantastic support team and a vendor that listens to the user base addapting and improving the application at every new release. Very reasonable licensing and support fees.
High Functionality, Low Price & Responsive Support - It's a Winner.
It seems that the company's sales team are well versed in using the software tools that they sell. For us, it is the support that wins out over any rivals.
The feauture i like mosto are remote launch, easy to duplicate project structure.
My philosophy is that the tool should fit the project, not the other way round, so I use SpiraTeam as and when the project requires. All my tests begin life as Excel checklists.

I like to list and manage all to-do's in a seamless and customizable way.A software that perfectly supports workflow that simplifies organizations with all its flexibility and functionality.
There have also been some bugginess issues that caused frustration with our team.
They really listen to their customers and strive to make the best possible tool for your project. Also, their help page is outstanding.
There isn't really a lot to dislike about the software so far. It's comparable to a lot of other project management software at a much lower price.
Outstanding customer support and an amazing product. Rindle takes collaboration to the next level, streamlines project management with features like mirrors, repeating tasks, automations, and more.
I am anxiously awaiting a few changes that are right around the corner.
And I love that integrates with the tools that my company already uses. It's a perfect fit for our needs and exactly what we were looking for in a Task management/Project Management tool.
I also love Rindle's clean, easy to use interface. It's an incredibly powerful tool but easy to use.
Brilliant features, such as mirroring tasks and tons of automation. Super support from customer service.
Rindle meets all of these requirements and more, and provides a great platform in which our company can operate and communicate with each other throughout project timelines with ease.
As with any new program there is a learning curve, but between scheduled video calls, and the AWESOME chat feature, Rep was able to help me through it and learn a ton.
It's amazing how fast we could build such a powerful system with non-technical users.
The price-point is very reasonable. The staff over at Rindle are very friendly and respond quickly to questions when help is needed.
There are tons of benefits to this product – here are just a few that really helped us. Automations keep your Rindle board clean, organized, and make it so you can do more in less time.
This product helped us move from paper to remote workflows, it is a great product for collaboration and workflows, task reminders and schedule of repeated tasks, templates are easy to set up.
Rindle has been great for us as a small company, needing to stay organized across many different areas, but with a small budget.
Its customizability, Gmail integration, and automation features are all extremely helpful in streamlining my workflow.

It is also a beautifully designed peice of software that is clean, modern, and a joy to use.
Sometimes it's not accurate when it comes to who edited a story/item. This can cause quite the problem for paper trails.
Overall it has been great, wonderful find to have up to date information.
Plenty of bugs and poor usability features. Assigning a story to somebody will move the current swimlane to the first swimlane.
This tool ensures shared understanding with the entire team, arguably the most critical aspect to a successful product launch. Oh, and yes, it does push and integrate with Jira with two-way sync.
Otherwise they get difficult to manage beyond a point.
The reporting functionality is great and is just what we needed.
Also while I find it quite intuitive, new users find it particularly difficult to navigate round craft unless given some training.
Supports the entire product management life cycle with a rich and easy to use interface.
I like the way new features come readily and they are listening to their users. Even the handful of times of needed their support the answers have been always helpful.
It's also quite simple to turn your random ideas into user tales. You can also use story points, effort, and custom fields to help you organize and prioritize your stories.
In overall it's still a usable product. The developer needs to focus on fixing the bugs to improve overall usability.

What I love the most is the way I can customize the data in the task list making it fit our projects and work style perfectly.
No logical breakdown of hours invested for individuals for shared tasks. There should also be discord integration as HnP is for game dev, and discord is as well.
They almost get there too, there's a central design repository that is great for keeping your projects latest and greatest documentation in, and then tasks can be easily managed per discipline.
When you get between 10 and 50 of these a day, it get a bit annoying.
I love the agile workflow, particularly milestones and time estimation. The integrated time tracker is really nice too.
When the sidebar is present the loading circle is not aligned with the center of the custom background image, that bothers me quite a lot.
It is easy to use , the interface is very intuitive and the GDM makes it a great product for game development compared with the competition.
Sometime, it's hard to connect and work. Beside it, we need more minor features.
Easy to use, easy to look at, easy to manage. I like the fact that it has a log hours option.
Ease of use, fairly easy to add and manage tasks and milestones. It is an easy interface for our developers to use daily.
Flexible boards, gantt, milesones, autosave, several assigned to one task, sub-tasks. It is also great that you can integrate several third-party services.
Hacknplans customer service is top notch and fast.
Buttons pushed do what you expect, and navigating through certain hierarchies move you to screens you expect.
The GUI interface is very friendly. It might be overwhelming first time but it's nothing compared to overpriced jira for example.

The best feature of the software is its elasticity and simplicity. This tool does an excellent job for me in collaborative work.
There is a learning curve and the program is hard to learn. The UI is especially is confusing and can be hard to navigate.
There are a lot of feature that are included in Axosoft. The ability to track projects and sprints are great.
I dislike the lost dashboard functionality from converting to the Web.
We started off years ago with the free bug tracker and then they carried us forward into the more full experience and a great price. Up time has been great and rarely is there ever a problem.
Also, the search function is not intuitive at all. The methods for filtering results are difficult to navigate and often inadequate for what I need to display.
Axosoft's customer portal is the best feature that we like that other tools do not provide. Customer service is fast to respond.
It would often crash, the bugs would sometimes render it inoperable. Sometimes it gets stuck loading.
Our experience with Axosoft has been very good. Our business had the tool as a Project Management tool, and, as we grew, we were in need of a tool to track our customer support tickets.
Subscription plans are confusing. E-mail integration lacks feature present in the competition.
We started with Axosoft when it was called OnTime. It worked great for us as a smaller organization for planning, tracking, and releasing software.
We realize that this is in part due to the poor data management inside of Access.
Cloud based software that provided a fairly good user interface. Our team members did not have many issues using the software.
Functionality and pricing is very competitive. The UI is intuitive and offers lots of glaceable and reportable information.
Axosoft is customizable and you can use it to follow the metrics you need. The time-tracker is well developed and progress is updated in real-time.
Easy of use, tracking of time, easy for creation of tasks, bugs and features. It has an API that can be integrated with other managements systems.
Easy to use tool that will support Agile develomnet.
Ability to organize tasks by varying projects, assign releases, and customize to fit our team.
