This tool is an excellent knowledge base. This is the primary use for it that we have, and it does it perfectly.
Sometimes I have difficulties with formatting some of the tables as it is frustrating when it does not follow what you want it to do and it takes a while to correct the mistake.
It is a great great tool for creating documents like PRDs and Information Documents of Projects and then sharing with team members to view and collaborate.
Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.
Confluence is reliable and offers a good set of functionalities and features, the capacity to organize and edit documentation online is great.
Performance over the last 6 months has degraded and it's now really slow. The over-arching user management is really confused.
The ability for more than one person to edit a document at the same time is awesome. Being able to drag and drop the order/hierarchy of pages and nested pages is great too.
Creating a new page on Confluence can be difficult. The formats that are available for the pages are confusing.
Confluence brings all the things you love about markdown and expands on them into a great product that can also jump into the service desk market too.
Very reliable and robust, user friendly, and easy to use, I have it as a database resource and note taking records.
The best documentation and knowledge base solution available. Perfect integration with Trello and Jira.
I love how well is integrated with the Jira ecosystem and their UX and easy to use. It's better for organizing files than other competitors.
And Best part it is Atlassian product so it has great integration with JIRA.
Confluence is a nice suit of application. I like that you can work with several application in the same environment.
Confluence is super easy to use, and the provided templates are truly useful and cover many common uses out of the box.
I've used Confluence (as a cloud solution - since on-premises licensing costs are significant) for a number of years and overall this is a great tool to use as a central point of information.
I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.
Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

Pros and Cons from Todoist users

It seems like a great platform for someone that likes gadgets, as you are able to use your lists on multiple devices - and you can share tasks with other users.
I've experienced it lagging before but that may not have been necessarily the software (could have been a bad connection or the device I was using.).
It's a fantastic bit of software that is easy to use but powerful, it has good integrations and is inttuitive. I particularly love the integration with Fantastical.
I was shocked when I realize you can't retrieved your "done" tasks. You tick it, and it's gone, that's quite annoying and undesirable.
It is an amazing app which helps me alot to maximize my productivity in my studies and time management. I am using this app to track my studies time & also i made everyday tasks which is very helpful.
Todoist looses some of its functionalities. Adroid users should make a habit to check their tasks by themselves.
It helped me to save a lot of time and stay focused on what's important because now I know what I have to do daily and everything is saved in the app.
I consider its interface somewhat confusing, it is not intuitive and it is too simple.
The mobile app for me is the best because it has all the features and it's very easy and with a clean and simple user interface.
I love that I can link emails as tasks and I can organize items by date and project category. Setting recurring tasks helps me remember important items like paying bills.
I really like the UI and the flawless experience. The last update improved the already good navigation.
I use it for a few years now and I hope it will never be more advanced because for me the biggest advantage of todoist is the simplicity and ease of use.
The smart, natural language way of adding tasks was great, as was the smart scheduling feature for rescheduling tasks. Appreciate educational and non-profit discounts for premium plans as well.
This app is great for keeping up with daily tasks and other things. It's also super easy to use and operate.
I also like that it has a nice bi-directional API for Zapier (unlike, say, OmniFocus.). That allows me to use it with Clio.
I don't feel overwhelmed when looking at Todoist" was one comment. Customer support has also been great.
Simple interface, plenty of integrations, available across devices and a low price make it a really great choice for individuals and small teams.
The 2 big features for me are the templates and the projects. Templates are special to do lists created by experts or the community.

Pros and Cons from ConstructionOnline users

The tech support team is always a pleasure to work with, so eager to help with great patience.
The Google Calendar integration and its inability to work only one direction is one of these. Keeping track of what syncs automatically or manually between Suite and Online is frustrating too.
The notifications that it is able to manage is very helpful. The capability to link with my customers as well as all the subcontractors is fantastic.
Poor screen layout, poor interaction with construction online, project notices go out under “constructiononline.com” address and goes directly into many client/venders junk mail and is not seen.
Integration with other programs is a great asset. Also, other tools such as the scheduling, RFIs, and Redline are a great tool as well.
It is a bit frustrating that there are 2 separate programs to have to maintain in order to completely utilize the program. It just seems to be more work than what it should have to be.
If you are looking for a software that will give you a great PunchList application that is very easy to use and presentable to customers, this is a perfect fit.
My only complaint is that I have waited too long to implement my software program integration.
The reason Construction Suite wins all of these top awards are evident. The program works fantastic and if there are any issues, the support staff is by far...the best I've ever experienced.
The client portal is great for keeping your customer engaged in the process and customer support is outstanding.
Efficient tools like this one, will help to collaborate, share and manage a project in the field. Keep in mind cost effective tools in order to share with the Department.
The best thing about the software is that it's easy to use, intuitive and seamless.
I like the line item breakdown with the ability to use notes that translate to the word processor. Seeing the graph of percentages on the budget has proved helpful.
I like having the ability to communicate within and outside our organization and we will be able to integrate our system with our quickbooks once we have everything worked out.
He took his time with me. Also called back today and was super helpful again.
Client selections, etc makes managing projects seamless. Also the reports are so helpful and imperative.
Extension to add products is a great time saver.
When I contact the company for questions or input, they are always quick to respond with resolutions. But we hope to use the GamePlan function when it's ready.

I really love Caspio, The Customer Service is wonderful, it is an easy application to get up to speed on and provides so much benefit.
Worst experience ever in 20 years of IT procurement. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Caspio was great to use. It took us very little time to learn it and we were able to build a secure database that provides great information to our students.
When we need to do condition assessment of field asset and we have no network connectivity, we all end up frustrated with the platform regardless whether Caspio is to blame.
When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.
It is flexible enough to allow you to build literally any kind of application you want from simple to complex, which is powerful and liberating.
In this respect, Caspio has played out an important and critical role by offering a reasonably priced and powerful platform to them.
I am able to create standardized reports with appealing charts and graphs. I like the latest version of Caspio which incorporated responsive DataPages.
Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.
The best aspects of this app is the ability to quickly get an app on line or modifications to existing apps you have built.
Ease of use and functionality. Good customer service and support.
I love Caspio because it is so easy to use. I work frequently with much larger companies, and they gush when they see how much power we have to manage our data with the Caspio platform.
My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

The ability for FileMaker to talk to anything else on the internet is just amazing. It has help our business grow quickly without the overhead and everyone just loves what it can do.
Integrating FileMaker in other applications or a custom applications is hard and frustrating. The documentation of its API is hard to read and integrations with Claro Connect are limited.
It can integrate with nearly any web service that has a Rest API. FileMaker has a fantastic community of developers that are willing to share and help each other.
If it's SQL there doesn't seem to be a problem but to other ODBC access such as Microsoft Access (.accdb files) the access seems to be a bit more difficult.
We have dashboards for departments to only show what they need and it is very helpful. Windows and apple products both can be used on the same database, which is awesome.
Support on the phone told us to disregard these mails, and, lo and behold, the service was in fact terminated in spite of our months of trying to pay them.
The easy and stable way to use it and improve it daily, as you want.
But year by year it got more difficult to keep up with it's upgrades and changes. Finally, we abandoned it for a mix of integrated special-purpose tools that do what we want.
I instantly fell in love with this humble but powerful software.
Filemaker has allowed me to create what I need myself. Without hiring or outsourcing, I was able to save a great deal of money.
My favorite part about this software is the amount of things you can accomplish using it.
I find the customization of FileMaker to be the key to its success. With some software development knowledge, I can set it up how I'd like it and maintain it for a low overall cost.
One of the best softwares I have used. Intuitive and user friendly.
FileMaker is full of impactful features, including the ability to low code just about anything you need for your business. Integration into the current business process was as seamless as could be.
Excellent customer support and a vast library of online k knowledge and solutions.
I have found FileMaker to be very user friendly. It bridges the needs between our customer viewed data and our manufacturing needs.
Overall, I would recommend this, as it creates a sleek file database.
Much different software integrate very easily with Filemaker. Filemaker is a dream to work with.

I have found FileMaker to be very user friendly. It bridges the needs between our customer viewed data and our manufacturing needs.
Overall, I would recommend this, as it creates a sleek file database.
Much different software integrate very easily with Filemaker. Filemaker is a dream to work with.

Great for our business is that Nuclino supports images. So I can give a visual representation as to some of the guides I have put together (and it means we can throw a funny gif or two in).
I felt that the only missing piece to this platform was the inability to set reminders.
I like how easy it is to use and organize large amounts of information. The integration with Google is fantastic.
I hate this feedback form, too complicated, a lot of information being asked. At least tell about time it will take in your email feedback card.
It's really easy to see the progress you've made compared to previous method and really allows for a nice layout to be proud of.
Full text search only looks for title pages. No simple way of adding reminders to tasks.
We really enjoy this solution, it's very easy to use and practically works like our internal database. We are also able to link external documents for easy sharing.
M not sure there are any; the fact it’s simple is the selling point.
This is a great product for the free version and used with small teams, sharing information is easy and presents a solution to off-site collaboration.
And the price tag is VERY reasonable. The team behind the product is small, excited and very responsive.
Utility was obviously their #1 priority when building this software. The ability to nest topics and lessons makes it a great resource library for our team.
I think it is a great software, it’s gonna help you to make everything easier.
It has amazing tools to use for any project making things go smoothly for any magazine users magazine creators social media marketing or anything else imaginable.
Really happy about the release of a Slack integration. Was pleasantly surprised when I started using the tool.
Currently I'm using only the free plan, but definitely, the paid subscription also worth the cost. It has a web app, android app, windows app, and even Linux app.
It was really intuitive to start using and has continued to be useful throughout my 9 months of use.

Pros and Cons from Yetiforce CRM users

Offline installation, safe code, many many many features (you're good when you use 10% of them), nice responsive interface, e-mail integration, customization, ease of maintenance and backup.
The system is completely useless when you cannot change the currency from USD to Euro.
This is really amazing crm, what make better job on my company! easy to install, easy to use and with great community.
The only downside for me at the moment is the lack of documentation, but it is a small price to pay for the quality of the product they produce.
Yetiforce is one of the most feature-rich CRMs I have ever seen and is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for alternatives to what is currently out there.
Each phase implementation is quite time-consuming and needs excessive testing, but we have faced no major issues.
It's very user friendly and easy to navigate, you can customize pretty much anything you want. You get exactly what they promise - a complete and fully functional system for free.
There is not paid support for this system aparently. The documentation isn enough if we compare with others CRMs.
It is easy to set up and use, nice GUI, excellent and elastic support. They can implement custom module for You.
I can honesty recommend YetiForce as a great CRM not only for companies but also for different organizations and offices.
Project management and product catalog I can find and use easily. All software is like a puzzle you want to match with pleasure.
If your business is small like mine, you can slim it down to suit your needs. Highly customizable with a very large and supportive community.
It increased efficiency for accounting and project related processes, and saved us a significant amount of money.
What I like about Yetiforce, is that although it is a free download tool, it is very complete and intuitive.
Feature rich, easy to customize, ability to create your own modules, fast loading (no shaky screen transitions like my old vtiger used to do), superbly integrated with components such as Roundcube.
It is a decent application that requires no subscription or license fees. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable open source CRM.
It's open source and built with PHP and Mysql, so can easily setup on your on localhost or your remote server, and any other platforms that supports Apache.
It's responsive, so you can use it in your cell phone, tablet, or laptop. The skin has a new face, according to new flat designs, that are not available in most other CRM applications.

Pros and Cons from PlanPlus Online users

This is very helpful software that has robust database features. The friendly and knowledgeable staff has aided us in customizing our product and tailoring it to fit our needs.
They’ve blamed gmail (I don’t use it) outlook (I don’t use it) Windows (I don’t use it) Mailchimp and Godaddy. Blame anyone we can do we don’t have to fix it.
Great product as it is, and it is my understanding that changes are coming that will capitalize on the great features that already exist.
I think I deserve a refund. I'm surprised how mad this makes me when I use this program or just think about this program.
I knew shortly after looking at it that this was the product for us. The simplicity of use, combined with the rich features, and customizable nature of the product was just fantastic.
It's just awful when it comes to syncing with, well, anything: Outlook, iPhone, Google.
Fantastic planning, organization and communication tool. Price is great and so is the customer service.
This software was so cubersome and the mobile apps was useless.
They help set up the account efficiently, and if you ever have a question, their support is ready to help you. The product helps me organize all the different things I have going on in my life.
They don't respond to emails. I have been trying for two weeks to get an answer to my problem about PlanPlus Online with my Mobile Phone.
They have very responsive customer service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive.
I have limited technology experience. There needs to be more guidance on who to integrate the phone with the computer.
The staff is very helpful with the product. My favorite part about this product is the automation.
The website is very difficult to operate on a touch device.
One thing I really like is how user friendly the interface is. There are multiple navigation paths to get things done.
There are rapid changes in technology and it's hard to keep up with little glitches.
The company is committed to customer support. Rep. who is the Director of Business Development, reviewed my profile and made sure I had all of the options to increase my productivity.
This is a super simple web based online CRM that I started using two years ago.

Fantastic - the team has been great, always available to answer any questions. It's changed our business completely.
I think that there is almost too much in HighGear and that can make it overwhelming and confusing.
Very easy to use overall, provides amazing transparency and accountability.
Learning how to create forms, workflows, etc. is a bit difficult.
Good way to track workflows and good for auditing purposes.
Manipulating the reporting features (BI Module).
For the first time, ever, we have complete transparency into our business processes. We feel very supported and thankful to have HighGear.
Their assistance with understanding our business model and clearly defining outcomes in workflow was impressive. Any questions to the support team are answered quickly and efficiently.
If we want to do something that is over our head we can ask for additional support and the HighGear team is always easy to communicate with and I feel that their pricing for extra support is fair.
Highgear has automated our business logic and provided fantastic customer support.
If they don't know something they find out. Also, the software itself is super unique.
The reason why we started using HighGear is because it's flexible, customisable and suitable for large volumes of prjects.
They allowed us to become entirely virtual, innovative, and lower costs all at once.
Ease of use for daily project managemnet and workflow.
Clearly defined roles and responsibilities on their teams have ensured that at each touch point we are able to get an answer quickly.

Pros and Cons from Dusk IOP users

The ease of use, seamless scalability, compatibility to other softwares, applicability to our needs and great degree of customisation.
After syncing jobs from desktop to mobile, the app would crash (tested over several days).
I like best about this software is the ability to tailor it to your own operations from pre planning, accountability, visibility and client delivery.
Nobody in your team can hide from the project from forms to tasks to even the job features in the app when they are on the field.
Fantastic support throughout the journey. I like that there the modules are interconnected and that the date flows easily.
The forms are really hard to understand and navigate.
Dusk IOP took time to really understand the brief, develop a bespoke solution and ensure it was effectively rolled out. It has been a great experience to date.
They were super-helpful in the setup process, but it does take time and effort. So I wouldn't say it is hard to use or setup, I would just say those things take some time.
We have been informed of all progress and any issues have been resolved within a quick timeframe.
I really like the strong API capabilities. Dusk's industry experience is evident when conversing with them and they really understand client need.
They built a solution in a very timely manner and created forms and workflows which are easy to use for the teams on the ground and effective in capturing the required information.
Great experience would recommend to any company looking for new software and setup.
Integrates with Hubspot, has field management and [sensitive content hidden] is a pleasure to work with.
The simplicity and easy of navigation. Dashboards have also been very well thought out and are relevant to a large majority of industries.
