The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
I've been using trello for years both professionally and personally and it's fantastic software, easy to use and collaborate with others. There is also a really great free version.
There are problem with the connection with this software, sometimes i can't login to the software at all and keep showing error.

The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
I recommend this for the staff who work for me so they can ensure they're accounting for their correct number of hours worked. Have had a great experience with it so far.

It is a super easy, useful, and simple to understand interface... perfect for the project that we are trying to complete.
Not having all the right add-ons features when editing templates. No clarity on what each block does, no suggestions, or lack of templates to use.
She exceeded all expectations in thoughtfully working through and creating a checklist that I am thrilled to be implementing with my team as of this week.
This is a problem because Process Street's reporting tools only surface the checklist due date, not the subtasks.
Allows the team to keep the track of our customers, to see the exact phase of the journey and the specific tasks. The integration with our CRM is awesome and very helpful.
Inability to set permissions on subfolders without affecting the main folder. Inability to assign templates to members (which would surprisingly be useful in different situations).
Customer service is amazing and quick. Takes time upfront to learn the software, but you have great support along the way.
If i could decide it would be better for me that we payed for a year in advance since that would remove my problems but if the creditcard holder disagree what can you do.
I love checklists, and if you do as well, than you’ll love a Process St.
This software is great for creating processes and checklists that interact with the user. I especially like the conditional logic function for creating complex processes.
The product was pretty easy to learn how to configure and not only captures the completion of tasks but also automates parts of the process. It's a great product for minimal cost.
Its ease of use is in its ability to allow you create a simple to follow processes referencing different online media - such as video, pictures to guide process actors.

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
The software on my employee's end was intrusive and frustrating to use. The software is expensive for what it provides.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
So the clocking can be redundant and may annoy your employees.
The wee app that it comes with is useful once you get the hang of it. The good thing is that even if you cancel the wee bar, you still have the tracking running which is great.
A couple of gripes - it keeps reminding you if you are back at work if you have paused the tracking - that is a bit annoying.
Overall is a nice program easy to use, does what it is build for and has a good support.
I also still see it on the system tray even after logging out so I'd have to manually close it every time, which can be a bit annoying.

It can become difficult to manage a work space with many projects (50+). Details can get lost and it can be overwhelming to users.
I love how easy this software is to use and how organized everything is. Nothing falls through the cracks, I LOVE how organized LP is.
I found some of the screens such as "My Work" rather constrained.
The best part of the software is that it provide you best idea for best product.
There are so many ways to miss something that impacts the flow of the project. You have to be REALLY meticulous in order to use this software.
The software is easy to use, organized, and helps me know what my day and week are going to look like. It also provides helpful analytics when gauging profitability of clients.

Schedule is powerful and is always up to date. You can also have virtual members which are not "seats" and is perfect for clients.

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

I think it is a nice on-line customer based system with a good overall user experience.
It is so frustrating you still can not upload multiple files at once for one customer, you still have to upload one by one, wich is time consuming and sometimes frustrating.
Overall it is a great app! you get good support for sure as well.
The crm-package is not very customisable. You are limited to the options Teamleader is providing you.
It boasts a couple of nice integrations which make daily use that tiny bit simpler. In all, it's a simple and effective CRM tool that goes beyond the basic sales functionality.
Furthermore it doesn't allow for attribution and has lousy export functionality.
Also, it's so good that we can enter all the quotations and in such a way to control the budget.
The way deals, contacts and companies are interlinked makes it sometimes hard to keep a proper sales flow structure as the organization scales.
