The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

Highly customizable and effective program with a good value. Would recommend to anyone who likes a lot of options.
Had problems with my 2FA when I lost my cellphone which was very odd it locked me into that option only for logging in.
Great project management features in the price they are offering. Love the features of timers for tasks whenever starting a new task its possible to log hours for that which is a great feature.
Sometimes we face some problem of finding tasks which are assigned to a particular team memeber as this tool has so many features , it becomes difficult to find things.
I like the reminders and integration with other softwares. ZOHO is a big help in keeping me focused on what I should be doing and what I have done.
I need to installing the software, and can't using it from my mobile device to using it. The dashboard design is outdated with no hint of they will updating it near future.
The features are great and the customer service is always there to help when something goes wrong. It's been an absolute pleasure working with this project management tool.
Zoho projects are hard to customize. Its scalability is very limited to certain tasks.
I love this application, the ease of tracking my teams status is impeccable. Customer support help my team understand the proper usage and helped a lot.
What I really like about ZOHO project management software is how it helps keep me on task, the timer is especially helpful.
It is s good tool for small/basic projects and comes with affordable price with lots of customisable.
Relatively easy to collaborate, track progress and keep on top of our projects.
The ability to create templates for re-use is very helpful in an environment that repeats the same processes for various clients throughout a product life cycle.
I have use it to planning a workflows in recruiting new employees and sorting a candidate. It help me and my team to parting the job in separating and filtering the candidate and their qualification.
Integrates with other Zoho products like Desk and Books.
It does offer a lot of options to customize. Once you get the hang of it, it is relatively easy to use.
I've been trying a lot of project management software lately, and Zoho stacks up pretty well. There are tons of options for customization and various visual displays to choose among.
Zoho projects is quite easy to use and implement. It makes tracking and assigning tasks a cake walk.

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.
Bad support - no quick reply from the team on the chat.
This product is fantastic. I love that I can have multiple projects and tasks going on at once and I can view it all however I would like (sort).
However, once you get past that point, it is worth it as the platform does a great job and is very robust.
Functionality is great, customer service is awesome, updates are great, and works for what we do very well.
It is graphically very appealing - which really is a big deal when trying to be very clear on assigning important tasks to a big group of people.
The large amount of tools, coupled with the possibility of customizing are the strengths of this tool. The cost-benefit is very good and provides much more functionality than the competitors.
Very impressed at the ease of use and can't wait to explore it more and utilize more of the features it has.
I like the integrations that this tool offers and its easy of access on mobile. It is a great way to keep track of yours and others projects.
It makes management easy and simple - a great interface, great mobile apps too.
Super easy to use and can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be.
Clickup is constantly updating their app with relevant and useful improvements. Especially love that their price is much lower than many their competiting apps.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.
Asana has a good community and support that can help.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Easy to use, good loading times, simple but effective design, great reporting capabilities.
We basically had to figure it out on our own. THe "integrations" through thier integration tool are very poorly built and the tool is terrible.
I really love the ease of tracking time and the multiple options you have as a user of the system. The system is intuitive and there are great resources for reporting.
Really bad UI and it's difficult to use correctly. You should consider a modular set up where there are core functionalities that are streamlined for the need.
Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The sales and support team have been outstanding.
Many ways to do similar things and often so many features you’re unaware of. I find it is intimidating for new users and not as intuitive as other products.
Mavenlink helps me track the progress and budgets for my projects. It's easy to use and I like the many different reports that I can pull from the tool.
Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, no other application sends me so much email. The color scheme is also boring.
Nice tool with powerful reporting that needs significant improvement on usability.
For the price, and for what we THOUGHT we could do, very disappointed with the tool to date.
It's a work in progress, there's a world in Mavenlink still to discover and we're hoping to get there one day. It's still one of the best tools out there, in comparison.
The lack of integration of Avaya tools, yet. I know you are working hardly to have it soon.
Overall it had been good so far. Working had been flawless and as expected.
API Documentation and API Implementation is very good. Integration is key for effective use of the tool.
Once you are using it, however, it is pretty good for resource management and reporting.
Mavenlink is a great way to keep track of everything you need for multiple projects across various areas. Budget burn is clear to see, it's easy enough to add and message people on a project.
I love the easy UI of Mavenlink. The side menu bar is very easy to navigate.
Overall I feel that Mavenlink is average. The people I've worked with there have been kind, helpful and have average to good customer service.

I feel like a professional developer using it, my code is always backed up and up to date on a beautiful web user interface. I love how the badges look and how it feels colorful.
Sometimes , build fails after delay of 20-30 minutes and then i get to see the error. This is obvious that it needs to reach that stage first before displaying the error.
It is a great collaborative tool that allow us to manage the projects and ensure the progress is on schedule. The reporting function is very helpful for the communications within the organization.
Some features are missing and that's what's missing compared to the direct competitor.
It's an awesome tools, perfect both small projects on a budget or for large applications that need paid features and great support.
It lacks some features, and sometimes the menus are really confusing and hard to navigate. There have been some occasional crashes too when you need to restart your server to get it up again.
Wonderful community, welcoming atmosphere, pleasant to work with all the employees I've encountered.
But it wasn't made for me, I lost myself easily, and it took a long time to do things that would be faster in other task managers. So I ended up abandoning the tool.
It's good, it improves the workflow and collaboration between developers.
We have been using Gitlab in some of our projects in our company and it´s really useful and powerful.
GitLab is free and open source, making it a great choice for companies looking to save money. It provides many features and tools for users use in managing their Git projects.
GitLab is one of the best subversion control if you are working on any project with multiple developers , it helps me lot to track changes in source code.
Allows to setup CI / CD in easy way, gentle learning curve. Ability to install on premises to have a good level of security.
The folks at Atlassian are genuine code and design artists. All their software is fantastic.
Great Git standard support, easily operation (merge requests, etc), good communty support, modern CI/CD integrations.
Collaboration is made easy among the various contributor and product deployment is easy to handle. Gitlab is actually made user friendly, once you get used to GIT commands.
Fast git servers, integrated CI options, nice and clean interface.
GitLab is Open Source, so trying it is free, and the community edition has a generous set of features. The self-hosting aspect is critical to our clients and us.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
I've been using trello for years both professionally and personally and it's fantastic software, easy to use and collaborate with others. There is also a really great free version.
There are problem with the connection with this software, sometimes i can't login to the software at all and keep showing error.
Really good, I love Trello because it's easy and it only takes a few seconds to set up. If you know what you want).
The ease of use, the non-blocking interface, no loaders for every action is what I like. The interface works like a charm, auto-synced with devices.
I love trello as a better way of making lists and making progress on getting things done. It is also a great tool for collaborative use.

Trello is a very powerful and visually appealing tool for time management. It is great for collaboration and has many advanced features.
It's great - I appreciate the seamless integration with its mobile device application. I like being able to tag people so they can put attention on some project.

I was very impressed on how much softwares you can download for this. They are very useful everywhere.
The only downside I found in git was that it had two levels of dependency support, the first two of which were very strict and the third one was very vague: most people are unaware of it.
One of the best things I personally love about it is CI/CD. I will definitely encourage you to use it regardless of how you are working - as a team or an individual.
Github downtime is always a pain to developers. A bad merge is very difficult to revert.
Their search is fast and easy to find open source projects that are well coded. The Github actions for free is nice to have and all the extras you get for free are amazing.
It can be somewhat overwhelming and intimidating when you start using it. It appears much more difficult than it actually is.
Incredibly intuitive, great features, great network effects, great education available, user friendly.
The only bad thing that I can consider, is the only moment in years that the website went down for some minutes, but then, it came back and I could go back to work.
GitHub is a great way to manage a version control system and to collaborate on the same code. There are many advantages of GitHub like the seamless web based UI to manage Git repository.
Integration With Other Platforms is seamless, collaboration is very good and pull requests are nice to have.
It's so important knowing what's going on and these notifications are perfect. It's really secure and the code review process is seamless with GitHub.
I'm very satisfied with GitHub and the ease with which I can work with different branches and versions of code. Github is really great for code maintainability and reusability.
Even though you will never need it, the customer support is super responsive even if you are the free tier. Undoubtedly the best platform in its category.
The ability to manage your code with your team is great and it doesn't cost anything. Their new Windows app has been great to use and the UI is clean and easy.
What I like most about this platform, is the nice accessibility, where I can build my project, with a very intuitive user interface.
The best part of Github is that it is wildly popular. Other than that it has inculcated an open source in the whole dev community.
GitHub is a huge, active community that can help you solve your problems. Its desktop app is great and is integrated into most IDEs and code editors.
I also love the Package Registry service which fast, reliable, quick to set up and use, and has a fair pricing plan.

Our company likes the ability to share content with the entire team no matter where anyone is in the world. Simple secure login from any computer and poof instant content for all to read & share.
I believe the roll out of this new website and way of tracking our progress was poor and has cause a lot of frustration, discouragement and even loss of membership for our older members.
Basecamp is a professional software, but I like its simplicity. It is very very nice to connect with.
At times it can get confusing and files seem to get lost in the shuffle.
I like this app because it is user friendly which is important but most important is the pricing.
You know how you have to have check your email and phone regularly. You can just add Basecamp to the list, but it's worse, because at least you get notified of emails.
The best part of the Basecamp is it provides daily activities updates to both the Client & the service provider. It is very user friendly and secure for confidential information sharing.
Some notes and files can get lost when attached to a task. Maybe if there was some notification or something more eye catching to let the user know there is more to look at before starting the task.
I absolutely love how user friendly the software is. It’s been a great asset as a communication and collaboration tool.
Love the feeling that Basecamp gives me, it is like I'm in a virtual office. It was very easy to setup and start going, the crew loved it.
Basecamp give myself and my team the ability to expand our projects, make to-do lists, set expectations with ease. It highly recommend this software to other Creative Companies.
I love the apps interface and the developers have some great unusual ideas. The flat pricing is also appreciated.
They all love it and enjoy the interface, the ease of use, and the productivity improvements because we're using it regularly.
It is fantastic for managing our team and different partners. Our operations side has also been thrilled with the lists that Basecamp provides.
Name of Customer Support Personnel). Now coming to the software, my favourite is the in-house chat system, its so wonderful, my team uses it for both work and social.
Easy to use, great organization, and helpful integrations/compatibility.
I think basecamp is a great, well-organized project management solution for members who are going to work on a specific, easy to work and integrated project.
Customer service is excellent and UI is pleasant to use.

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
Notifications and customizations are very helpful. The ability to add users from different companies to collaborate in a project is amazing, and for me, it is an edge over other similar PM tools.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.
I did not noticed any 2FA warnings when signing from new devices. That's an issue, because projects and tasks may contain some sensitive info.
From the sales team to technical support, the responsiveness and dedication from the crew at Teamwork has been fantastic.
We do struggle to get reports out of the system in an automated or less manual way, particularly the billing side of the system.
The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Overall, it's a great product. Once all the creases are ironed out, it is probably the best on the market for the price.
I like that it is a good PM tool, it allows you to manage your projects as well as add your team. It is also great for file sharing.
What I love about Teamwork is how easy it is to use and navigate. Training new members of staff on the system is really quick and easy as the system is so user friendly.
Overall the product is great. It integrates with our time software where we invoice our clients pretty seamlessly.
Teamwork has committed to adding useful features over time and the team at Teamwork has been a joy to work with.
Ease of use, Flexibility, ability to have unlimited users for the same license fee. Timetracking aspects of it.
Very friendly and fast customer service. I would really like a credit card payment option.
Easy to use, full of great features, budget Project Management Software.
Ease of use for customers. Integration with email clients.

As for timer, it's dominating your screen, so it saves me from distractions of all kinds. Overall, what I like the best about this software is the blend of simplicity and feature-rich functionality.
As for its negative side, it should be taken into account that paymo does not track the cost of each project directly on the fly.
Paymo is a combination of some kind of CRM and PM tool. It's good we can track budgets and payments, and also great integration with slack.
The filters can get confusing, sometimes its to many filters or not enough.
Easy to implement and to use. I can add as many projects as I want, tasks, view these in different formats, and never undercharge again thanks to the awesome time tracker.
This buffers a lot and has many technical errors.
I have worked with a few other project management softwares and it seems to combine the best features of all the products I liked. It is very easy to use and see the progress on each task.
To achieve the results of these follow-ups, said project must be completed before, which ends up being a waste of time.
One of the great benefits for the company I work for is that they can measure the time each of the employees invests in customers, making better decisions in the medium and long term.
Paymo is very good designed for time tracking for various projects and that helps me a lot to manage my task on time and the below features I like most in Paymo are.
Great and nice team too that always provided quick support and feedback whenever needed, which is equally important.
I'm not sure if it's generally the best project management software out there, but it definitely is the best for our company and our business model.
I use Paymo for freelancing as a single user and it's awesome for time tracking, task management and invoicing purposes. It's priced well and has a great support team.
My two favorite features are invoicing and timer. Invoicing is neat, the design is simple and clean and your clients will like it.
The task manager is a very simple and nested task is also a very attractive feature for me. To manage projects one man is enough, this helps me to save a lot of time and money.
I love the ease of use when it comes to time tracking. I usually jump between projects and the app makes it really easy to switch between jobs.
The CRM functions that paymo brings integrated are very precise, and help to achieve a much more stable remote work in terms of productivity.
We can keep all project information in one place and Paymo is very clear in design. The customer care has very individual approach.

We love Nifty and the support team just keep improving the product at all times with slicker and new feature.
Limited direct integrations. Too much reliance on Zapier/Integromat will be costly as you business is expanding.
Its overall design features are good and you can customize them to fit your needs. I also like that I can put my tasks in order of importance, integrate my documents and I can organize my work more.
The UI for the my calendar is terrible, since filters from my tasks or even all tasks can affect it. We have to constantly check if filters have been set up right.
Nifty has been our core project and task management system for a while, and is super helpful for inviting other team members and customers to collaborate.
It's been very difficult for us to coordinate projects and communication across the team, and as we bring on new team members, this was becoming more of an issue.
Yes it's the best project management tool, but in terms of app design, feature set, quality, interface, customer support and beyond, Nifty is also the best SAAS tool that exists in any niche.
I've asked for a refund, as we would really like to leave the platform, but we cannot get one. We're stuck, and that's about it.
It's the best UI/UX I've ever seen. Using the tool is super intuitive, and then you find there are even more powerful functions just underneath the surface.
It contains accomplishment following and it is a strong section in the endeavor the board since accomplishment shows the keys, and guide progress ahead.
If you use a free version of trello for project management and are looking for something better without adding way more than you need this is a perfect fit. A super easy import from trello.
Its price point vs features where perfect and this is what originally attracted me to the software I am interested to see what the future holds for the development of this software.
Nifty helps me to always on track and organized. I really like also the client view of milestone e tasks that help me to keep customers on track.
Nifty makes it easy to track their time and export their time log. Nifty is also integrated with Google Drives, so we can complete all our tasks within Nifty on a Google Doc.
What I really like about Nifty is that it has become a one-stop place for everything task related. I can track my own progress, create different tasks and even add files.
It has a really good UX and a mobile app to manage everything from your phone. It allows you to see either the teams workload or only your workload which can be especially useful for project managers.
Nifty is very capable of helping individuals and teams manage tasks at a fraction of the price of comparable task management systems.
Superb tool, very generous on storage 100GB. Unlimited is the key and it makes it so easy to use the tool with little worry.

Experience has been good. The customer service is responsive and determined to find the answers.
It can become difficult to manage a work space with many projects (50+). Details can get lost and it can be overwhelming to users.
I love how easy this software is to use and how organized everything is. Nothing falls through the cracks, I LOVE how organized LP is.
I found some of the screens such as "My Work" rather constrained.
The best part of the software is that it provide you best idea for best product.
There are so many ways to miss something that impacts the flow of the project. You have to be REALLY meticulous in order to use this software.
The software is easy to use, organized, and helps me know what my day and week are going to look like. It also provides helpful analytics when gauging profitability of clients.
It's a bit of a struggle getting used to the flow of things.
Schedule is powerful and is always up to date. You can also have virtual members which are not "seats" and is perfect for clients.
The software is a bit expensive compared to similar alternatives, and there are no integrated billing or invoicing options at this time.
What I like most about LiquidPlanner is that I have noticed an increase in my productivity from using this software.
Interface presents a learning curve compared to conventional project management software. Limited integrations with other software.
Amazing tool to keep track of project progress and budget.
This streamlined our training and minimized our project management overhead. LiquidPlanner did a great job at what it claimed to do - project management.
The customer support from LiquidPlanner has been excellent. We recently had some very helpful web conferences with the customer support team and found some new features we were previously unaware of.
Overall, my experience with LiquidPlanner has been positive.
With an agile team of 11 employees, this tool has allowed us to balance employee workloads, better predict time-to-market, and analyze our department efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This keeps our firms client tasks easy to find and easy to integrate into our billing system.

I really admire it beautiful it helps me in tracking the time and essentially to ensure productivity of work in a much more convenient way.
The lack of integration means that sometimes members of our team have to ping-pong between both products, or fail to understand what's happening there.
Packs a lot for the pricing. We are super satisfied with the product and excellent customer service.
Lack of integration with Git or another version of control system.
The one that I like the most about this software is the quality of service versus to the cost. As I found, it is one of the best in the market.
The time logging structure was also a pain point compared to alternate software options we've since pursued.
The flexibility of reports. The fantastic customer service you can tell they put the customer first and genuinley care about you getting the most from the software.
While it isn't a functionality issue, I also dislike the visual design of the software - it feels antiquated and can be draining for such a frequently used tool.
Working with ActiveCollab has been easy and great. It doesn't get in my way like other apps do and it allows me to focus exactly where I need to.
I like mostly that the software has a simple layout, and has a pretty small learning curve. I also like how it integrates to other web apps like quickbooks and slack, etc.
Creating task are very much inline with how iOS works. Also it's nice that at the great price it has integrations with 3rd party as for file storage, that all team members can access.
This tool is an excellent and intuitive way to collaborate and track timelines on our larger projects. It has been significantly better than our previous tool (Basecamp 3).
Ability to star projects to keep them at the top. Multiple timers all reside under a convenient clock icon at the top.
I really appreciate the simplicity and the power behind the features it delivers.
It was clean and easy to use. Onboarding to the tool was fairly straightforward.
Great for tracking history on a project and letting the team to know whats going on. Can tag people so they get notifications.
This tool is intuitive to use and had a pretty easy ramp-up period.
I truly hope that nowadays the ActiveCollab team managed to improve and integrate such feature, but talking 6-7 years ago, that was the only downside that I can say about it.

This software has outstanding features such as it has the great ability to create the custom folders in a more efficient way.
Hate it will be looking to creating my own app this company is a horrible company and hope they go under one day.
I love the ability to customize databases, workflows, and project management. We've played with the API a bit too, and are excited to try other integrations with our ERP.
Hence, sharing of projects is so difficult for the beginners and users. This software lack a lot of features which is very essential for the new users.
I love the check lists on it, and I really love the ease of use. We have different workspaces, and it's linked in with gmail, so, I can create a task automatically.
Is it a Podio or a user problem. But it often happens that I will add a person a workspace and then they can't access it.
I love how we can customize everything and how many integrations are supported.
I don't like if I have an employee who is no longer at one work space and moved to another, I can't easily move their workspace location.
I really like the functionality of Podio, the fact I can create my own apps, as per my needs, and also choose from a vast pool of options, makes Podio a great and powerful tool.
It is so simple yet powerful that I don't understand why every company out there aren't using it. I use it for numerous functions in my business: workflow, registration, contacts, fun, events, etc.
I like that it is customizable, it has moblie access, and I use it to communicate with my real etate team. I think the pricing is not too extreme and it is fair according to usage.
The support staff is eager to assist, and there are plenty of tutorials to help get you started.
Podio is great for organizing and storing information.
Podio has a high level of customization, which gives good working possibilities.
While it's not the easiest program to use, there are very many helpful articles as well as a support team that is more than happy to help.
I really like how fast I can build, update and change my own workspaces and apps. I use the web-form functionality all the time and it looks very professional.
The ease of use after you get everything customized.
Easy to use on a number of devices once you're done with the initial setup. Podio allows you to access your most crucial business data anytime and anywhere at a reasonable price.

UI is pretty snappy and is reasonably good at updating without reloading. Story templates are nice, and the new code/qa review options are a nice move.
Pivotal tracker User experience is pretty terrible, only has a cardwall view. It was hard to find information.
It is a very reliable program with great backing (customer service support) and detailed processes that are easy to follow.
Incredibly slow and laggy to the point of hurting team productivity.
I love how simple estimates are on stories, how it tracks velocity, how easy it is to use and it's a great price point for my business.
It's hard to keep track of what you are assigned to across different projects.
Outside of the tool itself, the Tracker community and blog are great resources for best practices as well as learning about how other organizations are leveraging this tool.
The layout can feel congested. Organisation of work into projects is awkward if possible at all.
Ease of use allows for multiple parties to communicate in a seamless manner. Ability to reference and call out are huge positives.
Excellent tool for keeping all team members focused on the backlog and it's easy to keep the backlog prioritized.
Great collaboration tools within the company. Their integration with GitHub/GitLab also really helpful for our engineering team to track the code implementation.
One of the most user friendly management tool. Love how it integrated so many different other applications.
Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend this tool.
Tracker is great value for the cost. Having visibility into which task is next in the queue and easily adjusting task priority when demands change is really helpful.
This has been a great way to manage tasks of everyone instead of each person trying to keep up by using notes on things they are working on.
Pivotal Tracker is the right tool for the job when building software (or similar) using a Scrum or Scrum-like approach. I definitely would recommend using Pivotal Tracker for anyone doing so.
This tool is nicer to use because it has alot of very clear cut usages. It makes it easier for you to clearly mark out which feature belongs to where.
Very easy to use; intuitive - didn't need to train anyone.

Really love this product. I have tried many of the top task management softwares with myself and for clients and this one comes out tops for functionality and ease of use.
We used to use email or Sharepoint for collaboration, email was too limited and had no accountability, and Sharepoint was way too expensive and complex.
The accountability and help the tool provides is great. I also love Redbooth Meetings for an easy video chat and screen share.
We struggle to get everyone on board, and therefore a lot of task management still has to happen over email and text.
It's simple, intuitive, engaging and even fun to use. From the desktop to mobile, we're all on it everyday and it makes us better at what we do.
To cumbersome, ugly and more complicated then our staff needed or could handle. Redbooth ws the 3rd little bears bed that just fit right.
Helps us work together on client projects and let our client know the progress on projects. Also love their integrations.
The layout is not user friendly, it is hard to find a task if it wasn't submitted by you (hard to follow up on tasks submitted by other users) and the field were somehow limited.
Compared to its competitors and other collaborative solutions no one can beat there price with these features. There is a great team behind there product so it is onl getting better.
Test it out, and I guarentee you'll be happy with it. It helps with time management, to-do list oriented tasks and builds conversation with co-workers.
Best Combo of Ease of Use, Power & Graphic Design out there.
A collaboration tool that is good for dispersed teams, getting employees ramped up quickly and for storing documents. You can also integrate your Zoom technology with the platform.
I like that you can organize your tasks into different sections and move them around. It is easy to view items.
It's been a great tool to keep client communication organized.
They have really responsive customer support also.
Used for marketing project management - good for limited budget + quick onboarding.
The ability to share information and files with the company. The interaction available to work as a team on a product or project.
Overall Redbooth is a great service, just very poor customer support.

The fact that it is so customizable is great (we were able to have the perfect tool). The fact that it needed to be customized wasn't so great (we spent time building a tool instead of other things).
The organization is very confusing and is hard to navigate. I've learned how to navigate it, but it's still a pain to find anything.
Very good discussion groups and good community for issues and new ideas. Pretty cheap developers for development and customizations.
For starters, the interface is obsolete and the overall experience is a misery.
Great price (free) for a good set of project task and time tracking features.
It was missing some of the core features I was looking for in this type of tool, and I had to develop them myself.
Good option for keeping teams organized around the work and more budget friendly than JIRA.
Having very limited features for managing large team and project. App integration are not there need to download limited plugins.
When you keep it organised and updated, Redmine brings to you a great set of data to track and forecast your project. With git integration, it's very easy to link your code with your tasks.
There is a Docker image as wall, but I have no experience with it.
I like the fact that it's straight forward and does what it's meant to do.
I'm forced to use it everyday but honestly I'm getting more and more frustrated by it. I understand the limit of the tool and obviously I'm supportive of the open source movement.
Redmine is my de-facto BTS every company I go. I am very happy with its stability, versatility and easy to use for the end user.
The community gathered around Redmine is not so big compared to other existing management solutions. And the last thing and in my opinion the biggest disadvantage of Redmine - the design.
However, Redmine is a solid product that allows you to fully describe project tasks, assign to team members, and keep up with project progress.
Redmine is not as well equipped for Agile development processes. Its markdown syntax is also clunky.
Ever one easy to Understanding this tool , easy to logging bugs. This is free tool and easy to analyzing each employee performance status.
But most of all, it is free and that is its biggest plus point. Anyone, with some configuration can get started with it.

I currently use it to track client projects, but exploring more ways it can benefit my business. It is a great tool and I assure you, you will love it as well.
Some missing features (e.g task templates) and integrations (e.g API connection possibilities).
Overwhelmingly positive, a great solution to my company's task management. Support is also very responsive.
I think it was a bit limited and basic, we needed to change for something a little bit more complete.
It is easy to use, realiable, and looks very clean and modern. There are so many features that makes it the best in its industry, in my opinion.
One answer may fit multiple questions and the applicant is forced to think of a new response each time.
I have to say that i am satisfied and want you guys to improve in a smart way both your pricing and UX.
Sometimes the application process can be a bit repetitive with the questions listed for the candidate to answer.
It helps make work transparent for everyone and the UX/UI is just amazing.
Fantastic Task Management solution where time tracking is also needed.
We use Hubstaff as our main time tracker so both being from the same company made everything smoother. It’s easy to use and the support team is great.
The most liked feature about this software is easy check-in and easy work flow of project.
The pricing is also great. I couldn't be happier with Hubstaff Tasks.
It has the core features you need to get up & running with a Kanban flow. It's easy to make a quick board either with a blank template or one their preset workflows.

We have been using Breeze to manage our software development project and the experience is fantastic. A perfect blend of simplicity with the right amount of functionality.
This application alerts through email or messages and it is annoying sometimes to get many alerts at the same time but, this time check can be off if it bothers a lot.
Nobody can block this software from making strong policies that are not only applicable but also excellent to lead to further growth. Its communication is more adept to check the output pace.
Now it seems everyone is on board with very little trouble.
It aids to encourage the novel estimates and provide strong strategies to carry out those ideas, hence, this application also tracks and traces the ideas for real-time management.
I feel that the types of reports that you can generate on the software are limited.
Breeze is a super easy and affordable software that’s provided the power management to control and collaborate the student’s detail.
When we first announced Breeze to the team it seemed to be difficult for everyone to remember to track their time using the start/stop functions.
It's pretty easy to use and very understandable and quickly to learn for anyone. Inviting other people to collaborate it's also a matter of seconds.
It has such a simple yet very powerful way of laying everything out visually, helping your team see where each project is and where it needs to go.
Breeze is very easy to use and allows us the flexibility we need to seamlessly integrate with our internal process and workflow.
It's easy to use and provides integration with various business applications like Slack, Github, Gmail, Google Sheets and many more.
We selected Breeze because it integrates with harvest and because we liked their cards based approach.
Its data entry scheme is comfortable and surprisingly different as this application can locate the individual file and folders to serve you on the situation.
