Highly customizable and effective program with a good value. Would recommend to anyone who likes a lot of options.
Had problems with my 2FA when I lost my cellphone which was very odd it locked me into that option only for logging in.
Great project management features in the price they are offering. Love the features of timers for tasks whenever starting a new task its possible to log hours for that which is a great feature.

There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.

Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.

Additionally, there is a severe lack of functionality in the mobile app.
I love the "my assignments" view, which helps me stay on task as my work keeps me on weekly deadlines. I also value the ability to discuss items related to a certain task through the message boards.
I was upset that there was no notification system via e-mail when the deadlines approached.
Dependencies are easy to manage and tasks can be dragged to the correct spot with ease. Customer service is great, very responsive and open to suggestions for development.

My Gantt charts always impress the audience because of this this addon. Tracking milestones using this tool is great and visualization of the time makes it easy and understandable for anyone.
Currently their office hours for support are limited which, in the event you need assistance and working on a project that night or weekend you are forced to wait.

The software does not create a grouped object on your slide, but a huge quantity of loose objects. If you move an object around, it will move, unless you edit your timeline through the UI.
The slides it makes are native PowerPoint slides so they are easy to put into presentations, share with clients and managers and easy to edit. They are familiar for everyone else which is good.
Replaces creating timelines in Viso (painfully time consuming) or snipping MS Project Gantts (painfully ugly and complex).

Currently their office hours for support are limited which, in the event you need assistance and working on a project that night or weekend you are forced to wait.
This is a really helpful, easy to use tool and I love it. I highly recommend it for any projects where you have to share project schedule and timeline with others.
The software does not create a grouped object on your slide, but a huge quantity of loose objects. If you move an object around, it will move, unless you edit your timeline through the UI.
The slides it makes are native PowerPoint slides so they are easy to put into presentations, share with clients and managers and easy to edit. They are familiar for everyone else which is good.
Replaces creating timelines in Viso (painfully time consuming) or snipping MS Project Gantts (painfully ugly and complex).
Part of the Office suite is clearly an advantage in terms of integration with other popular bureautic software such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
There are different versions and if others don't have the same version or updated version, the collaboration gets a little tricky.
We like it here to show project shedule, the people who use it the most really love it.
The ease of use to create professional timelines using office timelines is cost-effective and simple. The free version will have you hooked and the plus version is well worth the cost.
The free trial worked like a charm, especially if you don't want to waste time constructing Gantt charts and importing data from Excel.

I have not yet found anything so far that I dislike about the software.
It is a user-friendly software to work with. I would like to mention that the dashboards integrations are great and the way how you can monitor and track resources is great.
I am from Brazil and they support English only. I already mailed them with this suggestion but no ETA yet.
I would highly recommend this to other project managers. The cost of the product is amazing for everything you get with this program.

The ability to customize the document management is also very helpful. The training program was very thorough and helped us to go live very easily.
My AR and AP experience has been turned in to a good, logical, and easy to understand one.
The Job Dashboard feature has been life changing and has really allowed us to keep track of our jobs. The Customer Support team is amazing.
We also love working with the customer support team as they respond very fast and are flexible with their clients.
I work with both the Accounts Payable module as well as the Accounts Receivable module and they are very easy to use. The customer support team responds very quickly and are very helpful as well.

So far, the individual approvals for invoices, subcontracts, COs are all really great and have already streamlined a lot of clunky process we had in the past.
Also, Premier's accounting/general ledger component is easy to use and has helped us strengthen our accounting program.

The team is great to work with first off. Some of my favorite functions are the contra to AP, file customization, cost plus billing, easy search main menu function, and progress billing reporting.

Awful - horrible program that you cant even stop the stupid emails even after you tell them you want nothing to do with their program any longer. I would pay to get rid of this program.

The best feature of this software is to be flexible in the whole process. The linking of different task and the automatic dependencies are most helpful.
What i liked the most is the simplicity, this software is user friendly and provide you what you need without spending so much time trying to understand it.
The interface is clean, simple and well designed. The ability to track time by logging in hours spent on a task is essential in being able to control project costs and fine tune future fee proposals.

We have had an excellent experience with Replicon and the utilization of this software has dramatically improved our Project Management capabilities and streamlined project financial tracking.
I am unable to identify any features that we are dissatisfied with.
I believe what I like most about Replicon is the Support Staff. They are nice and have always helped me when I had an issue.

The Google Calendar integration and its inability to work only one direction is one of these. Keeping track of what syncs automatically or manually between Suite and Online is frustrating too.
The notifications that it is able to manage is very helpful. The capability to link with my customers as well as all the subcontractors is fantastic.
Poor screen layout, poor interaction with construction online, project notices go out under “constructiononline.com” address and goes directly into many client/venders junk mail and is not seen.
Integration with other programs is a great asset. Also, other tools such as the scheduling, RFIs, and Redline are a great tool as well.
It is a bit frustrating that there are 2 separate programs to have to maintain in order to completely utilize the program. It just seems to be more work than what it should have to be.
If you are looking for a software that will give you a great PunchList application that is very easy to use and presentable to customers, this is a perfect fit.
My only complaint is that I have waited too long to implement my software program integration.
The reason Construction Suite wins all of these top awards are evident. The program works fantastic and if there are any issues, the support staff is by far...the best I've ever experienced.
The client portal is great for keeping your customer engaged in the process and customer support is outstanding.

This software charged my credit card the maximum monthly amount without my authorization and I have had to dispute the charge through my bank and change my CC number to get the money back.

I then decided to cancel the product all together and received no response from them. I have been charged every month for this bogus product based on their unscrupulous practices.
I did this cause the price point looked fantastic. However, when I went to connect the API, which is mentioned in the FAQ's how to set this up, I was told I had to upgrade to ENTERPRISE.
Arrogant customer service. Deleted my account without any warning left me hanging and would not return calls or emails.
The program was easy to use and the support response time was immediate.

Earlier our business used to suffer because of lack of resource planning and accurate estimation process.
Access to help (have built up a good relationship with the reps over the years & have always had excellent service).
Its hard to undo stuff if you have changed it accidentally.
I have work with Candy more then 9 years. It was very good for the tender pricing works and also latest updates versions are very help full.
The only concern I have with candy is that if an error is made it is not easily correctable.
Very good Software, Customer service very nice. Also it is very easy to use, once get experienced.
Some actions do not follow through into all applications eg The "No off"in estimating cannot be used in "Cost & Allowable.
It is a good alternative software for project management. Please try it, recommended.

It is excellent value for money and the updates just keep rolling in so that I always have the most current version. One of the best software purchases I have ever made - a great investment.
I have a very old Mac that lost its hard drive. When I tried to download RT to the new hard drive it would not load the latest version due to the age of my OS.
The support from the team was excellent and my overall experience was good and I would recommend it to people who are actually running "manageable" projects.
I was getting an error about having tasks outside the project date range but couldn't find it. It was actually in the Info section for the Estimated Start Date.
It was easy to use and provided the best results. Professor did help but everything seemed easy after this software was started to used in the class.
Another thing I find bad is when I change tasks duration/resources/manhours. I would kike it to be in "full manual" control if I want.
Support has also been terrific, quick replies, friendly and right there when you need them. We use both Multi and Single versions.
No automatic planning based on task's work and resource availability, but it's the only thing missing from MS project, for a fraction of its price.
I was able to provide it to many people in the organization for a reasonable price, with the assurance of knowing that it incorporates good, solid project management principles.
It integrates with Outlook, so tasks can be emailed to responsible staff. The export to PDF is great for sharing a snapshot of all the tasks in the entire project along with the Gantt Chart.

I recommend it because, and easy to use, help in the organization, thus allowing the advancement of the company in the competitive market.
Our customer experience was a bit disjointed and delayed, however I understand this is being or has been addressed.
The excellent cost-benefit relationship, it helps your company from strategic to operational perspectives with a fairly accessible price.
There is no drag and drop functionality in the Gantt screen. The Gantt bars cannot be customized with colors to show red, yellow, and green tasks.
As a developer and project manager recommend ITM Platform. We use it with the development team and was a great help.
Very low price comparing with similar softwares. As cons I can't personally point one, because we pay less than "we should" for this type of software.
Fortunately, ITM Platform is a valuable need to achieve that. I need to mention its superb customer support as well.
In "Services" I have missed a calendar, in the style of the Gantt, to visualize the key dates.

Entire team brought up to speed very quickly on the use of PI. Permissions are a bit tricky so pay close attention to this in the training.

Definitely love the scenario comparison function. While it is pretty easy to get up and running, you can get more complex the more comfortable you are with the tool.
In general this is a particularly difficult software to get started with when you are dealing with multiple team members with varied experience levels with enterprise-level software.
Meisterplan was designed to help PMO's and resource managers to find the best fit in the project portfolio. The software is easy to use and as a SaaS solution easy to implement.
Currently no possibility to change basic data inside the system natively. You have to take an import-xls and re-import changes.

It is a great opportunity for my manager and I to interact with each other and collaborate on projects and ideas.
I don't like having to add my activities in error week, even when I'm able to copy them from the week before.
Projectplace is a great tool for planning and collaboration. Easy to use and I love the personal todo list that helps me prioritize my cards on different boards in one single view/to do list.
It is difficult managing several projects, by not being able to tie them together within PP. For instance, Workspaces feeding up to a global roadmap.
Easy to use clean set up loved that i was able to try it for free for 14 days.
Being a busy wife, mother of 3 and a blogger at times I find it hard to stay on task. I work from home online.
I love that they give you a 2 week trial to try the app before purchasing. This gives you 2 weeks to navigate around the app and use all the useful features with your team before purchasing.
Is not very user friendly. The look is not appealing and for my taste is a bit disorganized and a bit confusing.
It presents information in a highly visual and dynamic form that keeps my team motivated. There are several nice features about ProjectPlace.

It´s easy to understand in most features, it has an excellent support, a very good thinking and backgrond theory that is generously shared and also very good tutorials.
No place to document and rank environmental factors that you need to monitor and plan for. Currently no support for ideation around how to meet objectives.
Cascade delivers on its promise - is very easy to use and provides fantastic functionality.
It might be better if the software can be used in different other languages since it can only be used in English, but, it is a small negativity of the software that can be greatly overlooked.
It's a great way to keep everyone aligned and accountable to achieving the business strategy but also a good way to build a culture around the vision.
UI could be enhanced to introduce drag and drop capability.
I am very pleased with experience with Cascade, I strongly recommend.

The complexity of configuration, the user interface that is not user fondly, the amount of small bugs that annoy the user and the lack of integration between the configuration menus.
Overall I was impressed with what the software could do, how helpful the CS was and how it could integrate with other software we already have.

Genius project is a great project manager, very complete and usefull. This product is not dedicated for small enterprise but if your manage a midlle or more society, this tools is very cool.
I had certainly expected it to be buggy as with most notes backend, It did prove me wrong.
