This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.
Asana has a good community and support that can help.

So natural to utilize Very visual Price is correct Easy to add/eliminate individuals Search ability is superb.
The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
I've been using trello for years both professionally and personally and it's fantastic software, easy to use and collaborate with others. There is also a really great free version.
There are problem with the connection with this software, sometimes i can't login to the software at all and keep showing error.
Really good, I love Trello because it's easy and it only takes a few seconds to set up. If you know what you want).
The ease of use, the non-blocking interface, no loaders for every action is what I like. The interface works like a charm, auto-synced with devices.
I love trello as a better way of making lists and making progress on getting things done. It is also a great tool for collaborative use.
The best of this software is the easy to use, the great UX and the benefits of organize in an intuitive way the task and the projects of any organization.

Trello is a very powerful and visually appealing tool for time management. It is great for collaboration and has many advanced features.
It's great - I appreciate the seamless integration with its mobile device application. I like being able to tag people so they can put attention on some project.

I was very impressed on how much softwares you can download for this. They are very useful everywhere.
The only downside I found in git was that it had two levels of dependency support, the first two of which were very strict and the third one was very vague: most people are unaware of it.
One of the best things I personally love about it is CI/CD. I will definitely encourage you to use it regardless of how you are working - as a team or an individual.
Github downtime is always a pain to developers. A bad merge is very difficult to revert.
Their search is fast and easy to find open source projects that are well coded. The Github actions for free is nice to have and all the extras you get for free are amazing.
It can be somewhat overwhelming and intimidating when you start using it. It appears much more difficult than it actually is.
Incredibly intuitive, great features, great network effects, great education available, user friendly.
The only bad thing that I can consider, is the only moment in years that the website went down for some minutes, but then, it came back and I could go back to work.
GitHub is a great way to manage a version control system and to collaborate on the same code. There are many advantages of GitHub like the seamless web based UI to manage Git repository.
Integration With Other Platforms is seamless, collaboration is very good and pull requests are nice to have.
It's so important knowing what's going on and these notifications are perfect. It's really secure and the code review process is seamless with GitHub.
I'm very satisfied with GitHub and the ease with which I can work with different branches and versions of code. Github is really great for code maintainability and reusability.
Even though you will never need it, the customer support is super responsive even if you are the free tier. Undoubtedly the best platform in its category.
The ability to manage your code with your team is great and it doesn't cost anything. Their new Windows app has been great to use and the UI is clean and easy.
What I like most about this platform, is the nice accessibility, where I can build my project, with a very intuitive user interface.
The best part of Github is that it is wildly popular. Other than that it has inculcated an open source in the whole dev community.
GitHub is a huge, active community that can help you solve your problems. Its desktop app is great and is integrated into most IDEs and code editors.
I also love the Package Registry service which fast, reliable, quick to set up and use, and has a fair pricing plan.

Our company likes the ability to share content with the entire team no matter where anyone is in the world. Simple secure login from any computer and poof instant content for all to read & share.
I believe the roll out of this new website and way of tracking our progress was poor and has cause a lot of frustration, discouragement and even loss of membership for our older members.
Basecamp is a professional software, but I like its simplicity. It is very very nice to connect with.
At times it can get confusing and files seem to get lost in the shuffle.
I like this app because it is user friendly which is important but most important is the pricing.
You know how you have to have check your email and phone regularly. You can just add Basecamp to the list, but it's worse, because at least you get notified of emails.
The best part of the Basecamp is it provides daily activities updates to both the Client & the service provider. It is very user friendly and secure for confidential information sharing.
Some notes and files can get lost when attached to a task. Maybe if there was some notification or something more eye catching to let the user know there is more to look at before starting the task.
I absolutely love how user friendly the software is. It’s been a great asset as a communication and collaboration tool.
Love the feeling that Basecamp gives me, it is like I'm in a virtual office. It was very easy to setup and start going, the crew loved it.
Basecamp give myself and my team the ability to expand our projects, make to-do lists, set expectations with ease. It highly recommend this software to other Creative Companies.
I love the apps interface and the developers have some great unusual ideas. The flat pricing is also appreciated.
They all love it and enjoy the interface, the ease of use, and the productivity improvements because we're using it regularly.
It is fantastic for managing our team and different partners. Our operations side has also been thrilled with the lists that Basecamp provides.
Name of Customer Support Personnel). Now coming to the software, my favourite is the in-house chat system, its so wonderful, my team uses it for both work and social.
Easy to use, great organization, and helpful integrations/compatibility.
I think basecamp is a great, well-organized project management solution for members who are going to work on a specific, easy to work and integrated project.
Customer service is excellent and UI is pleasant to use.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Online time sheets specifically have been useful and easy to use. I absolutely love it and has saved time and money for my company.
Sometimes projects are abandoned in middle stages, which is really frustrating for the professional involved in the project.
The ease of use and wonderful customer service. I like this as an alternative to our prior platform am as well as our contractors prefer it.
System crash issues while user time sheet logins. Downloading errors in reports.
We were able to see when employees were on site and when they were remote, which is a great advantage during the pandemic.
It removes the collaboration of the basecamp app. It is having a difference in time calculation of candidate and admin (as received multiple complaints from the team).
This a best tool for online teams.it helps me in the project management and time trackers. Very clean and simple interface.
Desperately needs a pre set layout of hours worked.
Easy to use effective software, useful in monitoring employees, the budgeting feature is very useful.
As now everything is done remotely this is a very good innovation. Helps employer keeps eye on employees through the product.
I like the the tool, and its been very helpful in tracking my team/employees activities during working hours to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
We have successfully managed the team remotely in the whole lockdown period. The time tracking and screenshots of the screen is a most useful feature.
Easy to use, stable desktop app, great visualizations and statistics, many possibilities for integration with another tools.
It does everything we need at a price we can afford. I've recommended it to multiple business owners of remote teams and they've loved it as well.
Easy to set up use with good ,quick customer service help and advice when needed.
It's user interface is very friendly and easy to understand and you can get number of reports using this application. Lastly it also have a free version to try it.
I have been using this application for last 1 year and I like the fact that this tool is quite user friendly.
Good for time tracking, no so hard to integrate, easy to use.

Use Teamwork every day and great task management software and absolutely love it and make constant updates to improve the experience. A good place to document everything.
Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
Notifications and customizations are very helpful. The ability to add users from different companies to collaborate in a project is amazing, and for me, it is an edge over other similar PM tools.
In order for a task to be sent to billing it has to have hours attached. This is a pain if you have no hours but do have materials.
I have been using TeamWork for 6 years now, I am very happy with it, and new useful features are always being added, making the tool more and more helpful and efficient.
I did not noticed any 2FA warnings when signing from new devices. That's an issue, because projects and tasks may contain some sensitive info.
From the sales team to technical support, the responsiveness and dedication from the crew at Teamwork has been fantastic.
We do struggle to get reports out of the system in an automated or less manual way, particularly the billing side of the system.
The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Overall, it's a great product. Once all the creases are ironed out, it is probably the best on the market for the price.
I like that it is a good PM tool, it allows you to manage your projects as well as add your team. It is also great for file sharing.
What I love about Teamwork is how easy it is to use and navigate. Training new members of staff on the system is really quick and easy as the system is so user friendly.
Overall the product is great. It integrates with our time software where we invoice our clients pretty seamlessly.
Teamwork has committed to adding useful features over time and the team at Teamwork has been a joy to work with.
Ease of use, Flexibility, ability to have unlimited users for the same license fee. Timetracking aspects of it.
Very friendly and fast customer service. I would really like a credit card payment option.
Easy to use, full of great features, budget Project Management Software.
Ease of use for customers. Integration with email clients.

Customer support was great and really helpful - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] went above and beyond to successfully help me several times, I do appreciate it.
It can suck up a lot of time just configuring and experimenting.
Their support is also incredibly responsive and friendly, and their documentation is good. It's been really easy for me to teach myself the ins and outs of the product and get answers to my questions.
The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).
Good, support are brilliant. Often find the solution complicated, requiring research and dedication on how to set it up correctly.
During the evaluation period I did not find any specific features that I dislike.
This really helps with strategy and helping to inform everyone why we are doing something. When everyone understands the shared vision it makes it that much easier to execute and track.
Platform can be confusing at times. There are times where i cant find a specific ticket for unknown reasons.
I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.
I get a great overview of customer ideas, and, most important, the customers have the possibility to vote, which they have been asking for.
The roadmap feature is very good and it helped to organize some of our project timelines. I like that it's more than just a roadmap, you can integrate with Jira, you can add tasks.
We have had great success at visualizing complex product and portfolio roadmaps, where previously we were creating multiple separate PowerPoint presentations to capture the same information.
Superb product, flawless customer support, fast replies and personal support.
The user experience and design of the product is very well done and he customer support is outstanding.
There's an abundance of helpful documentation, and the support staff is also excellent.
Love all of the features available within the software and ease of use.
Extremely positive interaction with Aha! overall. We're still finding our way and really appreciate the support that's available with our subscription.
The customization and integration capabilities are better and more user-friendly than any I've seen in any product.

Generally awesome, the fact that our boss retains its subscription after more than a year now, it's definitely useful. It's actually the basis of our timekeeping and salary.
The software on my employee's end was intrusive and frustrating to use. The software is expensive for what it provides.
What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
So the clocking can be redundant and may annoy your employees.
The wee app that it comes with is useful once you get the hang of it. The good thing is that even if you cancel the wee bar, you still have the tracking running which is great.
A couple of gripes - it keeps reminding you if you are back at work if you have paused the tracking - that is a bit annoying.
Overall is a nice program easy to use, does what it is build for and has a good support.
I also still see it on the system tray even after logging out so I'd have to manually close it every time, which can be a bit annoying.
It's very user friendly, you can see the report at-a-glance which is really great for users like me who handles a team of 15.
Time Doctor helps me to effectively manage multiple users. Time doctor customer support response is superb.
So far, I am happy with the services that Time Doctor offers. If you could work on the web and app ratings per projects, that would be wonderful.
I like this software because it is very reliable and easy to use.
Overall i like time doctor compare to others as i saw its integration to other services. The shortcut controls, fast syncing and its dashboard / web page is pretty good.
I like flexibility it offers with managing multiple clients. I like how easy it is to set up and use.
The best benefit that I could get is transparency. I know how long I work and how much I get paid.
Easy to use, quick setup, contractors are used to the concept, great support.
The Asana integration was by far the most helpful. It allows everything that we do have an hourly meter and corresponded cost to each project.
Since the pre sales until the day use, the customer support was really good.

Great for productivity, clean and intuitive user interface, love that they continuously improve by requesting new feature adds from users.
Miss an integration with Gitlab. Pretty weak on the customer feedback management.
Productboard is customizable and has a lot of features built-in (Drivers, Objectives) to help you prioritize and plan effectively. It has a portal for intake and the ability to save views is helpful.
A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.
It has a pretty UI and can handle a lot of data, plus give you the ability to really organize it effectively. Does a good job for early customer discovery.
The upvoting features can be difficult to use.
It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
It would be preferred if the internal insights could be seperated from customer insights when calculating the user impact score which we utilize to measure the customer demand of features.
A little help on our bandwidth and if we have the pipeline full. This helps us have a clean deliverable to stake holders.
It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.
The public feedback forum is also really, really nice. Then the beautiful roadmap view is just icing on the cake.
Its been a great experience, lots of good support and we've really been able to build a process behind using it.
Good integration with Jira. Helps a lot when discussing the plans for the nearest weeks/months with the main stakeholder.
Link customer feedback to Features. Great and responsive customer support when it's needed.
Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.
The UI is a bit funny, but once you get used to it is intuitive enough. The limitations on reporting make it difficult to recommend.
Nice tool with questionable subscription policies.
To start, you can use just the parts that are the most important to get up and running, and then you can use more of it as your team begins to integrate productboard into their process.

What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.
The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).
Cross-platform applications ready to use. Amazing open source community built around the product, friendly and helpful people.
For its purpose, I have found nothing about the software that I can find to complain about.
The software is easy to use, similar to the commercial app Slack. It provides good thread tracking and the interface is clean and easy to understand.
A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.
We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.
When i receive message sometimes i miss notifications. When i click pop up window it doesn't begin conversation, i have to find message in contact list.
I like how easy is to use and allows different "rooms" for collaboration for teams. It is a great tool for fast daily communication.
Can be hosted on-premise. Good community support - Apps and Integrations brings great support to exchange data with external systems for software development teams.
Mattermost is intuitive to use and easy to implement in your company. It has a good amount of integrations.
Honestly, the most use we get out of this product is having fun with the wide range of emojis you can add to posts as reactions.
Running the software locally means you can keep a much better eye on its security and usage. Its user management and directory integration is superior to Slack's.
That's a nice alternative to Slack. Managing channels and using the entire product is very easy and intuitive.
It allows all our staff to quickly chat about things without clogging up inboxes or having them on their phones. Groups and channels are great, especially for management needs.
Great for communication and to stay connected.
It is good collaborative tool as alternative to slack.
I like the ability to build very specific groups and control notifications in each group. Was a previous Slack user but Slack doesn't fit with our security requirements and the cost.

Really love this product. I have tried many of the top task management softwares with myself and for clients and this one comes out tops for functionality and ease of use.
We used to use email or Sharepoint for collaboration, email was too limited and had no accountability, and Sharepoint was way too expensive and complex.
The accountability and help the tool provides is great. I also love Redbooth Meetings for an easy video chat and screen share.
We struggle to get everyone on board, and therefore a lot of task management still has to happen over email and text.
It's simple, intuitive, engaging and even fun to use. From the desktop to mobile, we're all on it everyday and it makes us better at what we do.
To cumbersome, ugly and more complicated then our staff needed or could handle. Redbooth ws the 3rd little bears bed that just fit right.
Helps us work together on client projects and let our client know the progress on projects. Also love their integrations.
The layout is not user friendly, it is hard to find a task if it wasn't submitted by you (hard to follow up on tasks submitted by other users) and the field were somehow limited.
Compared to its competitors and other collaborative solutions no one can beat there price with these features. There is a great team behind there product so it is onl getting better.
Test it out, and I guarentee you'll be happy with it. It helps with time management, to-do list oriented tasks and builds conversation with co-workers.
Best Combo of Ease of Use, Power & Graphic Design out there.
A collaboration tool that is good for dispersed teams, getting employees ramped up quickly and for storing documents. You can also integrate your Zoom technology with the platform.
I like that you can organize your tasks into different sections and move them around. It is easy to view items.
It's been a great tool to keep client communication organized.
They have really responsive customer support also.
Used for marketing project management - good for limited budget + quick onboarding.
The ability to share information and files with the company. The interaction available to work as a team on a product or project.
Overall Redbooth is a great service, just very poor customer support.

I would strongly recommend this tool as it's super simple to use, with some great UI and graphics, making the tool very easy to use, read and understand by anyone.
This was the missing link I've been looking for.
Customer services is awesome and they have worked with me a number of times to help solve and understand how to best use their product in tandem with JIRA.
It's hard to collaborate with my team. Not everyone has a paid account just so they can occasionally update one bar on the roadmap, so it falls on the 1-2 people that do.
The software Pro's are the following. Ease of use (good intuitive design) and less steep learning curve compared to MS Project and if you get stuck there is excellent, responsive customer service.
Sharing roadmaps with others is possible, but users are always confused and think they need to pay for a license. I often feel milestones jack up my roadmaps.
Its very easy to extend or adjust each task bar which makes it very easy to use and also to update stakeholders on the project progress.
I haven't found anything that I dislike about ProductPlan yet.
Very compatible with our "two pizza team" approach to software. Good integration with JIRA and Slack which is important to us.
I LIKE using this tool and the roadmaps we create look nice enough to put into presentations.
I like ProductPlan due to its simplicity to start using and ability to share dynamic views quickly with others. No training is necessary to quickly build a detailed road map.
I like that it integrates with development software Azure DevOps to track progress of features we implement.
Communication with teams is improved because the teams I support have information that is up-to-date, active and can be quickly changed during a project review session.
ProductPlan helps me show those dependencies and track activities clearly. It's keeping the whole business accountable.
I've found this tool has been incredible helpful to keep all the business functions aligned and coordinated.
I also like that it has an intuitive user interface, customizable and even very easy to use because it saves us time and avoids having to spend hours designing or planning for long hours.

We are early in our adoption, but the most significant observation is the quality of the delivery of the implementation. Particularly, the consultant has been excellent.
Some functions dead end and you have to go backwards to move forward. IE Create a job from a SO you have to then go back to the SO to get to the work order.
Keyedin is loaded with more than enough features to be a great enterprise project management solution yet the customer support will more than exceed your expectations. They do a great job over there.
The project hierarchy can be confusing initially.
Overall, the UI friendly Keyedln is something that I recommend to all the firms who are looking for affordable and interacting timetracker for their firm.
Confusion around forecasting and poor reporting abilities. Also poor process guides/documentation.
Feature rich, graphically rich, intuitive user interface, with strong portfolio and programme capabilities.
The reporting function is currently hard to use.
The team are providing detailed and ongoing support. The fact KeyedIn are open to and seek feedback on how they can improve the system is great for us, as we have plans that involve KeyedIn Projects.
The support is terrific. Also the ease of setting up new users.
Overall, KeyedIn is working really well for us and the support team has done a great job helping us launch and continue to expand our use of the system.
The portfolio planning capability is a brilliant tool for annual planning and evaluating multiple scenarios. Finally, KeyedIn offer a very sensible cost model.
As a new KeyedIn User, I found the product easy to use with all they key aspects of a good PPM solution encompassed in this product.
Growing company that continues to invest in upgrades. Excellent Customer Support.
Resource management functionality is good. Single source of the truth.
Its really easy tool as compared to my previous quite essay to use and user friendly.
We selected KeyedIn do to is ease of integration with other cloud based solutions (i.e. SageIntacct, SalesForce) to create a complete seamless ERP with "one source of truth" in regard to data entry.

It is also a beautifully designed peice of software that is clean, modern, and a joy to use.
Sometimes it's not accurate when it comes to who edited a story/item. This can cause quite the problem for paper trails.
Overall it has been great, wonderful find to have up to date information.
Plenty of bugs and poor usability features. Assigning a story to somebody will move the current swimlane to the first swimlane.
This tool ensures shared understanding with the entire team, arguably the most critical aspect to a successful product launch. Oh, and yes, it does push and integrate with Jira with two-way sync.
Otherwise they get difficult to manage beyond a point.
The reporting functionality is great and is just what we needed.
Also while I find it quite intuitive, new users find it particularly difficult to navigate round craft unless given some training.
Supports the entire product management life cycle with a rich and easy to use interface.
I like the way new features come readily and they are listening to their users. Even the handful of times of needed their support the answers have been always helpful.
It's also quite simple to turn your random ideas into user tales. You can also use story points, effort, and custom fields to help you organize and prioritize your stories.
In overall it's still a usable product. The developer needs to focus on fixing the bugs to improve overall usability.

In overall it's still a usable product. The developer needs to focus on fixing the bugs to improve overall usability.
