The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

It is one of the best if not the best development environment for almost every type of programming language. Especially if you want to program in any of Microsoft's proprietary programming languages.
Before it didn't support python, and I write code in python, and I used to hate VS for this, but now with the new version of V2017 and VS2019. This problem is catered for.
I have had very good programming experience with this solution. The view and layout is nice and comfortable for when you have a lot to work with.
Often the launch of the application is very slow, and due to bad logs, it can be difficult for me to find the problem that has arisen.
I love all of the out of the box capabilities, but also love how quickly you can add in great tools from others (like custom controls).
Beginners will definitely be intimidated by how hard learning everything is.
Overall it provided me ease of coding , useful utilities , testing tools and easy deployments. It is one window solution for a software Engineer and best environment a developer can have.
It can be sometimes unresponsive or crash, and font rendering could be better. But I guess these are both problems that come with it being an Electron-based app.
What I always loved about Visual Studio is it had an IDE for so many different languages and projects like Win32, WPF, Xamarin, Unity, Cordoba plus so much more in one product.
Best IDE so far, not only for Microsoft-related development but with a high price and need for great hardware to give a good experience.
I've been using visual studio for around 10 years, it's the best for csharp programming and also for other languages like nodejs or even python. The linter is great, the way to scaffold the projects.
In my opinion, Visual Studio is the best coding software ever due to it's ease of use, and it is affordable to everyone.
This software has helped me gain so much money with little help. I recommend this software to be used by many people as well as freelancers if you want to make money online.
Easy to use and integrates with most languages also acts great in CI/CD. Also great with auto deploy.
I love the interface, the ease of use, and the functionality.
Huge user base and strong community. At any point of time, you have someone who can help you giode when needed.
Best for teams to work together with. Integration with GitHub has now become much better.
The thing I like most about this software is that its community edition is free and it can compile almost any programming language just with the edition of the plugins.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.
I like the ease of integration this product has and its functionality.
Agile Crm had finished my search for a long time on Crm software the most helpful thing I get in this is their help desk features that allow you to brighten your task easily.
Great system for tracking and following up with clients through the sales, marketing and implementation phases of the customer relationship.
Good integration with google as well as linkedin. Also it is easy to use marketing automation, crm contact, follow up for deals, + telephony and sms campaigns.
Easy to navigate, best customer service and support.
The tool itself offers some great automation features.
Agile has been a breath of fresh air when I needed something free. When I upgraded to the paid version for our company, it did everything we needed from Salesforce for a quarter of the price.
The price of the software is nice, the features from a glance look really good but once you start using them is when you are in for a surprise.

Nice tool to Manage your Projects with so many advanced features. Its great to have a Strong Support team whenever we needed extra help.
No mention that you have to pay extra. I then said its not on and there's an error in this case.
Unless of course you have read through ALL the fine print and are happy with the terms and conditions.
When I enquired I was informed that I would be billed again for the new month. I'm appalled at the way they mislead.
The reporting feature is great - allows you to customize the reporting, and export into an excel which is very user friendly.
WEB site is confusing to sign up for basic services. I made the mistake by clicking the wrong box and not thoroughly reading my emails, my bad.
The ability to track projects is useful in itself.
This software charged my credit card the maximum monthly amount without my authorization and I have had to dispute the charge through my bank and change my CC number to get the money back.
Gantt charts are a great way of tracking time. Integrations with the Microsoft Office suite.
I then decided to cancel the product all together and received no response from them. I have been charged every month for this bogus product based on their unscrupulous practices.
I did this cause the price point looked fantastic. However, when I went to connect the API, which is mentioned in the FAQ's how to set this up, I was told I had to upgrade to ENTERPRISE.
Arrogant customer service. Deleted my account without any warning left me hanging and would not return calls or emails.
The program was easy to use and the support response time was immediate.
The fact that I was 8 hours late to cancel my trial and was charged over $300.
The easy use tool for project scheduling, resource allocating, costing and construction work monitoring.
Ring menu and icons are easy to identify, customising columns practical overall not overly complex.
Percentages of completion are automatically tracked. Template options are helpful in creating your own project organization scheme.
But its should update like desktop app. Initially its ok. but daily getting more mails, quite issue.

It has improved the way we work and we will continue to use planbox. Overall this is a fantastic product with great features and support.
I needed to pay with Amex and had to contact them for that.
Easy to adopt, quick to use (doesn't add work load!), great UX, awesome customer support, perfect for distributed teams.
No native app (iOS/Android). Mobile website needs an upgrade.
It's easy to train towards, and the extremely helpful support staff has been paramount with the successful roll-out of this application to our managers.
I'm a pm in a midsize company (75-100). I've tried to implement agile in our organization for quite a while (not only in software dev), and I've had trouble getting team adoption.
The interface is very easy to use, and very easy to get started. They have a lot of very cool features, and it was made for agile project management which is great.
Planbox Work is intuitive, easy to use and offers great features. The easy to integrate out of the box features make it seamless for us to use this with zendesk.
Planbox is an easy to use tool for all project management needs. The software is highly intuitive, easy to use, and can help you manage your projects with your teams more efficiently.
We are currently 50 people using the solution within our PM team and I must say it was the fastest tool we adopted. The KANBAN boards are great for visualizing the work.
Its fun to work in Agile since everyone works in same location and its result oriented approach.
Easy to use with great user interface that is intuitive.
Overall I have been pleased with Agile Central.
Great collaboration and reporting tool for Agile teams.
Planbox is now being integrated into our business to provide management and metrics for product development, customer support, internal tools development, WordPress theme support.
