Pros

The Help Center is wonderful. Any time I have to call I get good response and answers to my questions.
Getting better over time, but the best of the bread so far. Hope they can maintain their competitive pricing and rapid development and not let it reverse like their competitors.
It has been a fantastic experience, many of my colleagues have switched to AppFolio and are as excited as I am to see what they add next, as they are always improving their product.

Pros

It was great that the sw synchs with my bank accounts but this is no great thing now a days.
Accordingly, we had to try and find an MRP software and the only way it would work well was moving to QBO. This was like making a choice to either get punched in the gut or punched in the throat.
It was reasonably easy to set up and connect to my POS system and bank accounts.

Cons

I hate change and had built a cumulative system of various software's to support our business. The idea of dumping all that into one system was scary and took some adjustment.
We have had new clients furious with us homes did not get listed or shown due to appfolio changes without warning. It really has gone from a 9 to about a 6 overall in the last year and a half.
Example, you can now email tenants/owners from their page. If the email does not go through there is no notification so we are unaware that tenants/owners did not receive our communication.

Cons

Doesn't listen to customers and has terrible support.
They have radically tried to over-simplify the product. For instance, the Vendor tab being under Expenses.
The constant distraction like to write this review, caused by the incessant pop-ups to upsell you on additional features and products. There is no way to stop the constant notifications.
