Pros

We really like the checklist feature and the ability to copy and modify them easily. The ability to see everyone's checklist task through the calendar tab is crucial and much appreciated.
It’s not quite as good as what we had before due to third-party integrations and some growing pains, but once those are solved it will be a good value for the money.
Brokermint is very user friendly, it tracks the income earnings which is nice and is a great way to organize files.

Pros

Cons

No longer can an agent complain that a document was turned in and the 'lost' be the office. Agents know exactly what is needed to complete their files in order to receive their commission checks.
Inability to drag and drop files across different functions the entire program, onboarding portal has no drag and drop feature.
It's awkward and repetitive in certain areas. Having to set up a Listing file and a selling file and loading the same documents to both files is irritating.
