If you need something that will manage your contacts/relationships, send mass emails, and generate/manage leads, this is a great starting point.

Pros

It has a clean UI with everything organized appropriately.

Cons

No transaction management feature of integration option to connect with an external software that provides transaction management.

Cons

I had a little trouble setting up the website integration to allow the property alerts, but I was able to work through it on my own.

Is Chime CRM worth upgrading to from Follow-Up-Boss

It seems that feature requests are being taken seriously but I will know for sure when some are in future releases.

Pros

We love the integration of "Listing Discovery" which is basically an MLS interface that is very convenient for creating Listing Alerts for clients, inserting listings into emails (not supported by the Chime SMS texting), and setting up Hot Sheets for easy listing reviews.

Cons

Only one Lead Pond is provided in our package (We were accustomed to more in FUB).

What I like most about this software is the fact that it's an all in one tool. Lead gen, CRM, mass e-mailer.

Cons

That I am unable to integrate my Yahoo account. That is probably the only con I have to say about this product.

What a frustrating company to deal with

I am not happy at all. The only reason we are staying with this CRM is because we feel stuck with everything we have set up and do not have the time to set up another one right now. I am disappointed on so many levels and have even spoken to some of the "managers" who just feed you BS and do not seem to care. One manager there [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a total jerk to me because I was upset on the amount of problems I was dealing with for WEEKS.

Pros

Tagging and lead tracking are not too bad but every other CRM offers this.

Cons

I do not even know where to start honestly. They offer a lot but they do not take the time to fix the new things they are implementing and just move on to new features. Working with the tech team (That works overnight by the way if you are in the U.S.) is like pulling teeth. I have several tickets open. I get generic responses and temporary fixes.

Pros

It’s easy to use and I really like the design of it and my debit card.

Cons

Hopefully, it’ll have a feature where you can add money from another card like PayPal does.

Overall, Chime has been a good CRM. I find that not many people in are area are using Chime and it gives us a heads up in our market.

Pros

Chime makes it cold calling easy, we know the people who are registered on our Chime site are interested in learning their house value or interested in purchasing a place.

Cons

There is some data that we are not able to export with out requesting it from our account executive.

view of other options outside of what is my current primary CRM. I know it is lacking and I want a new option to select from. I am still testing to see if this is that tool or not.

Pros

Ease of use, communication logging is a great feature. The best part for me is the app on my phone it is fast and effective.

Cons

Setting up campaigns is tedious would like to be able to import an excel spreadsheet to execute upon.

Pros

It makes it easy to find the contact(s) you are looking for and the app is a great sidekick to the CRM.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of a dialer. I have used Mojo for a long time and having two separate CRMs became a hassle early on. I understand Chime is working on a dialer to compete with Mojo, and if it is anything like the CRM portion of their offering, it should be a good one.

Quick snappy transferring of money with no delay is nice

Pros

Simple interface. Takes no time to connect to your bank and get started.

Cons

The one major drawback is the interest rate on the savinga account. At only 0.1%, its hardly worth it compared to my standard bank's rate of 1%

Serious Realtors' CRM

Works equally as well for single Realtors as Teams. Incorporates everything you need to works with clients including texting, emailing and calls inside the software. It's really a one-stop-shop for my real estate business.

Pros

If you have a team it has a Team Dashboard showing how many leads and how effectively they are being handled.

Cons

It's many amazing features means you have to learn the product, but Chime makes it much easier as there is a 'Show me how' instruction that walks you through whatever it is you're trying to do, step-by-step.

Pros

Do no move to next plan as designed. Importation was terrible.

Cons

EXTREMELY FEATURE RICH AND YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA IF THEY WORK OR NOT...or worse, are they currently working?

I love Chime...they have every feature I want and more.

Pros

I love the ease of use and support is always responsive.Highly recommended all around. Our rep, is great!

Cons

Moving form another system is hard, but thats not on Chime. Original sales person didn't inform me of every cost (sub-domains), but that person is gone now. He was still pretty good...just didn't inform me.

Run do not walk

Was told I could cancel at any time but can not get them to stop billing me.

Pros

Initial uploading seemed to be very customer service oriented.

Cons

Received leads daily but have a high suspicion that none of them were legit. Did not receive one response from the leads. When I made the decision to cancel they have given me the run around and have charged me 2 extra months despite asking to cancel.
